Description of Work: The tech cleaned up 4 computers. Got data off 2 hard drives, and fixed a problem with a PC. The only issue I had was that I was told that the computer maintenance plan that I was offered was only available that day. I went to the website and found it offered there for the same price. I will probably purchase it, as I believe it's a good deal.

Description of Work: Had several problems with my computer. I also bought a new computer from Exclusive and have purchased a yearly contract. It will be so nice for my questions being answered while I'm on the phone and they can view my computer at the same time when I have a problem. Also the technician was courteous, knowledgeable and a good personality!

Description of Work: Bought a coupon. They did some software maintenance and some trouble shooting of my network. They got all of it done within the time of the coupon. Prompt and professional. I have actually use the twice and will definitely use again.

I bought the $79 for two hours offer that was supposedly giving me a discount of 40% of the %150 original price for the services. however the technician who visited me showed me their regular Term of Services, in which the original price per half hour is $20. For two hours the regular price should then be $80, so in fact their are giving a $1 discount!!!!! I called to complain and was told that the offer was about the taxes, that wouldn't be charged. to make things even more interesting, the technician did not perfom the whole backup of my dead computer. I want my money back!

Description of Work: I purchased a prepaid offer from Angie's for a computer/PC tune up. Scheduling was fine, but provider was running a bit late. No worries, that happens, they called, I was home, no biggie. Technician arrived, very personable and knowledgeable. The tuneup was done and he explained everything very clearly. Some cleanup was done to my hard drive and a systems diagnoses was performed. I chose an overall grade of "B" because a promised follow up email with suggestions for some enhancement ideas and product suggestions was promised, but never received. For the low cost price of the offer, perhaps it was too much to expect, but none the less it was promised. Was I happy with the service provided that day, yes. But will I choose to use them again, probably not. There are other options out there for us. I am always looking for that "wow" service provider. You know what I mean?

Description of Work: We had a problem receiving our emails through Outlook. Very slow and inconsistent. Technician was courteous and prompt. He cleaned our files checked our internet speed and seemed to think our Outlook software may be out of date. Problem still exists.

He's a very knowledgeable professional but also a really nice and likeable person. You can comfortably tell him things you don't know how to do and he's happy to show you how it's done (as many times till you can do it yourself). I highly recommend Joe Devlin.
