Description of Work: The technician updated my computer, cleaned up junk that had acquired, and handled problems with the computer that I had encountered. He also helped me a bit with my phone. I bought a yearly contract so they can update my computer quarterly. I haven't used that service yet. I feel my computer is working better and faster now.

Description of Work: Had several problems with my computer. I also bought a new computer from Exclusive and have purchased a yearly contract. It will be so nice for my questions being answered while I'm on the phone and they can view my computer at the same time when I have a problem. Also the technician was courteous, knowledgeable and a good personality!

Description of Work: The tech cleaned up 4 computers. Got data off 2 hard drives, and fixed a problem with a PC. The only issue I had was that I was told that the computer maintenance plan that I was offered was only available that day. I went to the website and found it offered there for the same price. I will probably purchase it, as I believe it's a good deal.
