Description of Work: Would not recommend their remote package where they will clean computer remotely. Clean-up/upgrade is done much better in person and you don't really save any money by letting them do it remotely. Otherwise, very good service. My computer guy even answers my questions via text messaging at no extra charge.

Description of Work: Purchased a session for my computer. However, within a few minutes of the time purchased; they told me they were not able to fix it. Waste of money. I understand that I was paying for the time; but if it was not able to be resolved - I should've at least received some if not all my money back. What annoyed me is as soon as they told me they couldn't fix it - they offered to sell me a computer from them. |They were friendly and prompt so I did not give them an entire bad rating.

Description of Work: A representative came to help with some issues I was having, and was able to solve the problem. Since then I have bought a new computer, and they have been most helpful (and patient!) with a few problems I encountered. I would most definitely continue to use this service.

They also recommended a program to solve a long time problem that I had..they also offered assistance in helping me download the software if I needed it. They were the BEST computer service I have ever had.......and they came to my house. Love it!!!
