He is a very nice young man and did not make me feel incompetent he taught me so much he answered my silly questions in a way I could understand. Thank you Aaron.

Description of Work: South Florida Tech Group Inc D No 11-Aug-15 Purchased the voucher through Angie's List "Deals" and called South Florida Tech Group Inc and was told that because of the coupons run on Angie's List that they are "overbooked" and it would take at least 10 days before they could even begin to look at their calendar to repair my broken computer! My suggestion to him was to take down his coupon - as they have multiple coupon offers running on Angie's List. If they are getting that many customers - and they cannot handle that many; take down the "Deal". When a computer breaks down nowadays it is like not having an operable vehicle when you live 20 miles from civilization. A computer is mandatory in today's life, I received a message from my doctors office yesterday via my tablet that my bloodwork required immediate attention; I needed to search for a place for rheumatology, physical therapy and other medical specialists (just moved to the area) as a result of a motor vehicle accident- what is a person to do WITHOUT a functioning computer - and also when the clock is ticking since it started with the Windows 10 upgrade and they have a 30 day deadline in their fine print. If it was a tune-up, or to install new software that is something different because your computer is fine; however, when I went to upgrade to Windows 10 I LOST all of my 50,000 photos and every single document I have created since computers came out - that is a CRISIS and not one that can wait 10 days since everytime you use your computer little bytes of each keystroke goes out and writes over your past work - not something that can be repaired in more than 10 days! They may have a great rating; but that is because it doesn't count all the customers who cannot get service from them. They bit off more than they can chew by running simultaneous sales and deals and should be limited as to how many offers they can provide on Angie's List if they do not have the manpower or ability to honor them. I'm a very disgruntled customer right now with Angie's List and South Florida Tech Group, Inc do not let any provider hold multiple "Deals" if they cannot handle the volume and once you get a complaint about scheduling nightmares -Remove the deal.
