Description of Work: I was pleased that South Florida Tech Group was able to come to my home to fix my computer, but when the technician was ready to leave, I checked to see if my Juno account could be opened and that problem was not fixed. However, he fixed that problem and it was not until later in the day that I realized I was still not able to open PDF files. The next day I was not able to open Juno again and I called the company and told them and also mentioned that I was not able to open PDF files. They remotely fixed the Juno problem, but nothing was done regarding opening PDF files. |Perhaps I should have mentioned I had a problem with opening PDF files when I called to have my computer worked on, but assumed the technician would have checked to see that everything was working. Because my computer is old I am not willing to pay more to get this problem fixed, but am disappointed this was not addressed during their initial visit. |I thought their price was very fair and reasonable and in all fairness I don't know if I was right to expect this problem to be fixed without mentioning I had problems with Adobe opening PDF files.

Description of Work: Comcast "upgraded" the system. I needed a new router and I needed it to work with Comcast and all other electronic devices, including my printer. They sorter it all out. The only complaint I had was that they were so busy that it took 3 days to get me a first available appointments. I was glad it wasn't 'season' or it would have taken longer to get an appointment. They knew there stuff, they were punctual and professional. And they dealt with Comcast!

Description of Work: They offered an "on site PC computer tune up" on Angie's List for $59. When they came to my house, they told me my 7 year old Dell PC was outdated and needed to be replaced soon. They convinced me to purchase an HP Tower from them for what now appears to be a $300 profit over retail price at Best Buy (plus $120 for installation). They advertise "quality at great prices". When I called them to inform them I could not hard wire my computer to my modem, they told me they didn't do that type of work - I should hire a computer tech, which I did - twice now. The most recent service tech informed me this is the cheapest PC he has ever seen. The Mother Board is the smallest, and it has no room for expansion to install a network card needed for hard wiring. I am more than disappointed with Exclusive Consultings business practices and would strongly NOT RECOMMEND them to others - including Angie's List - where I am a member and have employed their input as reliable references in the past.

Description of Work: Aulbery came out and spent time diagnosing the problem. He has worked on my behalf before at an earlier company and was pleased with him there. I was surprised to find that he was the tech assigned to me. I have full confidence in south Florida Tech and will use them again in the future. |By the way., I have networks, wired and wireless, many computers, tablets, laptops and phones - android and apple - and they know how to do just about everything I need. Very friendly, professional and prompt!
