Description of Work: We bought our computer from the South Florida Tech Group. Greg spent several hours in our home setting everything up, answer getting us connected. They provided a turnkey operation, and we continue to use them to service and check our computer for problems remotely. If Greg feels he needs to come to our house, we make an appointment. He lives here locally. They contact us by E-Mail when check-ups are due. If something seems unusual with our computer, they look into it immediately. They are also active in security systems.

Description of Work: Excellent diagnosis of our problem and accurate solution. The servicemen was warm and technically very good. Some appointments were late or early. Also, double check the bills in case of small billing errors.

Description of Work: Azar Ahmed came to my house, fixed my problem and returned my phone call when I had a follow up question. Computers are fickle but he knew right where to go in my Windows 10 operating system to fix my issues. I will use him again.

Description of Work: After a few months, they called and made an appointment. Then the called back and cancelled. I would like to have a refund. This is a very unreliable company.

Description of Work: |cleaned my computer, solved some minor technical problems. However, the technician called and said he couldn't make the morning appointment, but could come in the afternoon. That was slightly inconvenient, but there was no real choice.

Description of Work: Cleaned computer. 1 year all inclusive guarantee. Bought another year contract for a second computer. Excellent service anytime of the day or night. Services provided by remote which is so convenient for me.

Description of Work: He cleaned up my laptop, removed bloatware, increased the speed, identified some problems with my wireless carrier and helped me work thru those. I was so impressed I bought a 1 year service plan where they do this every 4 months. It was all done remotely.

Description of Work: Updated my computer with Windows 10 and I purchased an updated Windows Office package $250. All in all I believe the charge was more than fair. The computer tech was very professional and took the time to be sure all was in working order before he left.
