Description of Work: I would highly recommend David of South Florida Tech Group. I am so glad I purchased this offer! I have now used David twice since, once at our business. My computer is now super fast, and I truly had great confidence in him both at our home and office. He suggested just a few modifications which were excellent and noticed immediately by our employees as well. Great service, good price, excellent professionalism. I could not give a higher recommendation.

Description of Work: put a bigger hard drive in,put windows 10 in my PC and my wife's laptop. Took my PC apart to put bigger hard drive , and blew out dust and tighten my usb ports

Description of Work: My PC was extremely slow and would not complete start up. SFTG remoted in and cleaned it out, installing a program which my internet security does not address. Almost 6 months later and it is still working well.

I think they fulfilled the services adequately, but I was frustrated because issues I had on my computer were still happening. They may be 'user' issues but I guess the service just didn't seem to meet my needs.

Description of Work: Did quarterly remote computer maintenance per one year's contract agreement. A one year contract is $99 plus tax.

Description of Work: This company has serviced my company since I bought (don't remember how much the package cost) the maintenance package last year. An appt. was scheduled for 1/15, but I didn't get the call. When I called Jackie, after waiting for approximately two hours, she said she didn't know what happened. It has been rescheduled for 1/22, this is the only reason I gave them a B.

Description of Work: David was very professional. He corrected the issues we had. My computer had been corrupted and I was having difficulties with it. He ended up cleaning out the entire computer (with my approval), installing Windows 10, Office 2016 and basically giving me a new computer. The garbage is gone, it's running much more quickly and I am very pleased with the outcome.
