Description of Work: I stupidly allowed my computer to be hacked. I'd reached out to the South Florida Tech Group before but this was by far the biggest job I'd needed them to do. I paid for their wonderful '2 hour' deal but it turned out I needed more hours of work than I had paid for. The technician that helped me went above and beyond what was required of him. I stormed him with many questions regarding my computer, asking him things like what's the point of having cookies, what would be the best software to stop possible future attacks as well as other things I had always wanted to know. He was patient and treated me with complete respect, answering all of my undoubtedly annoying questions while continuously cleaning out all the nasty things he found in the files he worked on. The two hour job went well past his quitting time including the amount I had initially paid and although he had every right to 'blow me off', he didn't. He was determined to leave me with a clean and workable computer. I had wanted to buy the two programs he had suggested that would keep hackers away, but short on funds, I have to wait on my new credit card to arrive before doing so. I will be returning to buy the anti spyware and anti virus programs the tech not only suggested I purchase but that they also have installed on all of their computers. And in the future, any computer related purchases needed will also be done through this company as they offer a wide selection of products. I can't say enough about the South Florida Tech Group's management and especially their technicians. I'd also like to add the computer work was performed over the phone, something I've never allowed in the past. Trust is certainly earned and they have mine hands down... and that's the highest compliment I could give anyone. R. Merriam

Description of Work: Ring doorbell issues with connectivity with the wifi extender Ring told me to purchase. Something happened to the security cameras on my devises not pulling up and wifi extender issues.

Description of Work: My PC was not powering up after a recent move. Sean checked out all connections and power supply, turns out I needed a new power cable from Dell which needed to be ordered. Sean returned a few days later with the cable and installed it and my PC was up and running again. He then ran a few diagnostics and found a couple of issues which he took care of. He was very professional and knew his stuff. He even helped me set up a new sound bar system to my TV during his service call which I appreciated. I gave them a low rating for punctuality because he was half a day late on his first visit. Other than that I highly recommend their service if you have any PC or laptop issues. Thanks Sean & Jackie for a job well done!

I have talked to the office once about a question and they were nothing but helpful. I recommend this company!!
