They were wonderful. They came in and the technician that was came here was just phenomenal. He was extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable, helpful and actually couple of days later something strange came on the screen I called him up and he told me how to deal with it and that was no charge. It is a phenomenal company. I have nothing but I regards for them. I would use them again.

They returned my PC the next day installed with all agreed upon programming and the printer works fine. He advised that I could call if there were any problems. About a week later I noticed that my PCs microphones would not work with Skype. I also tried them on a different Microsoft program. However, both programs work if I plug in a headset. I called NiteLite and they returned my call the next day. They wanted to send someone out again, but I knew they had installed remote access software and asked if they could check it remotely. They said they would call me back. They called back a few days later and during our conversation they were interrupted and asked if they could call back. I said OK. They still haven;t called. Aside from the microphone problem I would have rated all A except B for price.

A week ago a storm came through and fried our computer. We had the Geek Squad come out but they did not seem to know what they were doing. Best Buy sent another guy out, and he was more knowledgeable than the first guy but wouldn't listen to what we wanted. We ended up cancelling with Best Buy and called these folks (who are also out of the Coconut Point mall) and they have been fantastic. They came out and looked at our problem, verified the old computer was fried, and then we sat down at the kitchen table, face to face, and just talked about what it is we use the computer for, what we expect to use the computer for in the future, some interests of ours with new learning opportunities (Like Facebooking and Google Maps) and he explained what was going on with the market in terms we could understand. We settled on a great computer with a lot of accessories. They have free tech support over the phone 24 hours a day to help after the purchase. And it's been a week now, and things have never been better. I never thought a computer could do so much. My wife and I are very satisfied and we encourage you to call Nite Lite PC. NiteLitePC is very prompt in terms of when we need them. They have done a very good job. They are responsive. They answer my phone class and seem to be very knowledgeable. I would recommend them because they do very good work.
