I purchased the 2 hour introductory special through Angie's List since we are new to the area and not familiar with computer services here. The L.T. consultant, Sean, arrived on time, looked over my computer components, got to work and had all my components connected properly and running wirelessly within the two hour scheduled time period. Plus he cleaned up my system. His company (based in Orlando) has expanded into the St. Lucie/Stuart area. Very professional. I will definitely use this company again.

They didn't back up any of our information. We caught them tapping into our network. They were supposed to secure the network, but there was no security with them. They sold what we thought was a server, but ended up being a gaming computer. They told us that we had licenses and we did not. Charged us for non existent software, and software that was free. I want to make sure that no one else is cheated by this company. I want people to know that they are no good.

Their service tech arrived on time and was very professional and a gentleman. He spent 2 hours cleaning up the computer, taking care of any problems encountered, etc. My computer now runs exceptionally well. I would highly recommend them.

The young man was nice, patience, he did not worry about the time and he was thorough. I would use them again.

The guy took out a whole lot of things that he didn't bother to tell me what he was taking off. I would like to remove so many of them that he didn't want to remove; but he did things on there that I didn't want him to do. He took my McAfee and put his own thing on there. I told him three times on three different occasions to put it back. He said yes, but he never did. He kept taking things off and put his own. The fellow that they sent was a junior and I didn't like it. I was not happy with them. I am not going to use them anymore. I am not happy to do the work with them. His personality was very personable. The price was too high for the kind of work he did. He was responsive.

They sent Chris to repair my computer. What a knowledgeable courteous young man. He was a joy and knew what he was doing.

We bought a years-worth for an additional $250.00. They check the computer for us every 3 months for us from their office. I paid another $250 so that I could have them work on 3 computers. With the Big Deal purchase the computers work a lot better and that is important to me. He stayed for about 45 minutes to an hour. They were fine when they came out.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL and I would both recommend and use again. Significantly better pricing than competing vendors. Chris couldn't have been better. A wonderfully positive experience. I call and got service the very next day. Chris had the wireless done very quickly, but the paper jam took longer. As it turns out a 'push pin' had fallen in under a roller and wasn't visible, but the paper pulled down on one side and would misfeed consistently. He systematically went through an elimination process and found a solution. I appreciate his determination to see it through and fix the problem. I had been very concerned that I would need to replace either the entire printer or a printer roller (which would be a nighmare!).....and was at wits end when I called for service. I will use them again and I will tell all my friends what a quality service they provide at a reasonable price in a timely manner. What more could you ask for???

He was fantastic. I'm very, very happy with him. He sorted stuff out, some of my programs and different things that weren't working and he did an excellent job tearing it all up and an excellent job explaining it. We were very happy with his work and everything about it was excellent. We would highly recommend him to anybody because he did everything that I needed, he was polite and explained it well. We would definitely use him again.

Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to explain the issues to me in terms I could understand. Although he was running a little late to his projected time, he kept calling to assure me he was on the way. Once he arrived, he was willing to stay as long as necessary to fix the problem to my satisfaction. I would call Exclusive Consulting again for any computer issue.

I was able to get accomplished what I needed. He was punctual and professional. He is more oriented to businesses than individuals but I would recommend his services.

It turned out good. They came out the next day after I purchased the big deal. There were extra charges beyond the deal amount. The total cost was $266. They are professional and knowledgeable.

David Regis spent some time asking me questions and looking at solving some issues. He told me to call him with further questions and advice. He was easy to work with the whole time. I will working with them for all my computer and printer related issues.

Could not have gone better. Definitely, will use this company in future. Have recommended them to my friends!

Their Sr. Computer Tech (David) visited my home. He arrived exactly on time. He was dressed very professionally, he had a company name tag, he was very friendly, and he told me what he was doing, and what he was finding at every step of the process. He used a variety of software programs to scan my computer to find software and malware that needed to be removed. The lists of "stuff" that needed to be removes was surprisingly long. The virus and malware "search and destroy" process took about an hour. He then updated all of my software such as my Adobe reader to make sure that I was using the latest versions, that also had the best virus and malware protection imbedded in them. He looked at every program in my directory and eliminated the software that I didn't need, or that were downloaded unknown to me from various web sites I visited, or from E-Mails that I opened. He eliminated all of the spyware on my computer. He was at my house for about 90 minutes, and then transferred control of my computer to his remote colleague who was located in their office. Courtney took over and she proceeded to remove my antiquated 2007 version of Microsoft Office and download the 2013 version. The version I was using was more than 6 years old. All in all, my experience with Exclusive Consulting, Inc., was outstanding. I was initially concerned about letting anyone I didn't know into the guts of my computer. I heard horror stories from my daughter, and from neighbors, about their terrible experiences with computer techs that changed all of their computer settings. In my daughter's case, her computer was so badly messed up she had to get a new one!!!! However, my experience with Exclusive Consulting, Inc., was exactly the opposite!!!! At the conclusion of all of their work, nothing was changed in the way my screens look or in the way they operate - other than everything now operates faster. I asked David for several of his business cards so I can give them to my neighbors when they have computer problems and they need an IT professional to help them resolve their issues. We scheduled an appt and the tech came out right as scheduled. He was here about 2 hours. Tuned up our desk top computer and left us with information on if we should have any additional issues. I would certainly call him again.

My new computer was running slow with lots of pop-ups...so I got the Executive Consulting BIG DEAL through Angie's list--which was $59.00. This was well worth it!!! I was contacted by the company and they arranged to come to the house at a time convenient to me. The gentleman who arrived was very professional and answered all of my questions. He spent a lot of time at the computer doing maintenance, installing free virus software, running scans, etc. While he was there I asked him to install MS Office Professional 2013 (269,99) and Windows 7 Professional (89.00). I got the impression that these upgrades would help prevent future malware/viruses because they were the latest software. Also, I had seen MS Office Profes on sale in stores for around $400.00 so I thought this was a good deal. I was pleased with everything they did and I would use them again. Only one concern I had, which was when I received the bill, they charged me $90.00 for them to do remote installation of MS Office and Windows 7. I should have figured that this would be a cost, but the gentleman who came to the house did not tell me about the remote cost (I was just assuming that this was covered in the "BIG DEAL"). I would definitely use this company again.

The service tech was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He did everything I requested and completely went through the computer. He was fast and very professional. The company is very accommodating in scheduling calls. I would definitely use them again should I have any problems in the future.

very slow computer,lots of unwanted things on this laptop. Was fixed through exclusive consulting,inc. not works great!

David was great.... he didn't mind all the questions I had for him. He also explained different items in non-tech language, so I understood. 3 weeks later, I knew I now had to have a new computer....the company gave me estimates.....but did not pressure me to buy the most expensive....ordered the printer on a Wednesday and it was delivered and installed on a Thursday.

Exclusive Consulting, Inc. were really good. We had some viruses on the computer and they cleaned it out. They were here two hours. I was happy with what he did. So, I have no complaints. He stayed longer than the Big Deal covered, but he didn't charge me any extra. I was very happy with their work. It was an excellent service and I was impressed by how late he stayed. He came around 6:00 or something and then stayed until about 9:00. He finished whatever he had to do, which impressed me. He stayed and finished and did what he had to do to get the computer up and running. I was impressed with their prices.
