SINCE I WAS SO PLEASED WITH HIS PERSONALIZED SERVICE, I ASKED TO SIGN A ONE YEAR CONTRACT FOR FOUR ADDITIONAL SERVICE CALLS AND PHONE HELP ANY TIME DURING THAT YEAR. I WAS REALLY RELIEVED SINCE I DON'T HAVE ANYONE TO ASK FOR THIS KIND OF HELP.

My computer had gotten very slow and would freeze up a lot. The young man came out, was prompt, courteous and informative. He worked on my computer and deleted some things, ran a scan on it and in general "tuned it up". It is much better now. He did explain to me that I needed more memory and my machine was old and I needed to think about upgrading. He explained my options to me and advised me on what he felt would best fit my needs. He was very patient in explaining things to me...I am NOT tech savvy at all. I would definitely use this company again.

The tech arrived at the appointed time, came in and looked over my computer. He asked me a few questions about any particular problems I was having. He then set about cleaning out a lot of unnecessary programs, files, etc. He was very professional and seemed to have a thorough knowledge of computers. I say seemed because I don't have enough personal knowledge to judge and if I did I wouldn't have needed this particular service. After my computer was given a good clean-out he checked it for malware. He found a number of items and cleaned them out. He left me the programs to periodically clean out my computer and to check for and remove malware. Now my computer works like new, actually better than new because all the extra things they install in new computers and for which I had no use are now gone. If I have any problems with my computer or need help with an installation in the future, I will definitely use Exclusive Consulting.

The only complaint is that the original offer on Angie's list said they would contact me to schedule the appointment within a week, but I had to call them. They said that Angie's List did not provide them with my phone number, which seemed odd. But once I called, they were very responsive.

They were absolutely wonderful. Chris knows his business. They originally missed an appointment. They made another appointment and made it within the two hour window.

computer.The consultant (Hamilton) arrived on time and analyzed the problem. He got to work immediately and solved the problem quickly. He then scanned for viruses and offered some advice on ways to speed up my computer. I have since taken his advice and my computer is running as well or better than it ever has

Chris was an absolute lifesaver. This was a major failure and but for his skill, we would have lost priceless pictures and data. Needless to say, we are backed on the cloud thanks to Chris's advice. He was very professional and very competent. It was a delight to work with him both in our home and over the phone.

Also they followed up with the estimates; I was very pleased.

The service was great. He did everything that I requested that he could do.. He also cleaned up the computer and stayed for almost the full 2 hours. I would definitely use them again.

It now runs like it's brand new. He was an excellent representative of their company. I have recommended Exclusive Consulting to others based on what Hamilton did for me.

Everything went a lot better than expected, it was refreshing to watch someone work who really enjoyed his job. I would recommend Exclusive Consulting to all who need pc work done.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out very good. The service was provided about a week after I purchased the deal. They were very professional and he explained everything that he was doing to the computer and I would definitely recommend him.

The consultant (David) from Exclusive Consulting was spot-on-time. I can not say enough good about David and about Exclusive Consulting! He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable . As I expected, David knew exactly what the problem was and fixed the printer quickly. Then he did something unexpected, he went way above and beyond...he showed me that I could print from my IPad and IPhone (he set these devices to the right settings and showed me how to print)...he even set my mother's older IPad so that she could print too. He continued to provide service by cleaning up my files from spyware, viruses, etc. My computer runs much better now and the primary issue (printing) is resolved. I would highly recommend Exclusive Consulting and will certainly use them in the future! I wish I had called them earlier instead of struggling with my computer issue.

Purchased a new computer and was not able to set it up properly and need help to get it up and running properly. Sean was great. He was on time, very courteous and answered any questions I had and offered to help me by remote if and when I needed further assistance. He also stayed an additional half hour at only $20.00 which I consider was well worth the cost. I will definitely call Exclusive Consulting again when I have a need I.T. work.

Chris was right on time and a great professional. He listened to our concerns and helped us speed up our dell, deleted many unneeded files and programs, installed a new browser that works so much better and restored my dads laptop to its default stage! Everything is working so much better and our understanding of what we'd want when we purchase a new computer. I have called him with a few questions since then and he is always willing to help! I HIGHLY recommend this company! Thanks Angies List for another great recommendation!

It turned out very good. They did exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend them. They are very proficient at networking computers and finding problems. It was a big deal purchase. I did not spend any more than the big deal. They were very good.

Angie's List doesn't quite get it that I cannot give a full review because appointment services couldn't be performed due to the above. Soon after Mario's departure, the snags were repaired

Their I.T Consultant, Sean Nuzzo arrived on time. I had just bought a new All-in-One Dell computer and I needed someone to check it out, install some programs and do a few tweaks. I had transferred the data from my old computer and was puzzled that 500 gb were involved since I am not a heavy user of data. Sean quickly discovered that "something" had been installed on my new computer that was eating up 1 gb of my hard disk every minute or so. He eliminated about 490 gb of infected used space. I later copied what he did on my old computer and wiped that out as the gizmo had nearly eaten all of my space there. My old computer had transferred duplicate files and Sean eliminated those which were not required -- particularly my Picasa photos. Also placed them in the Picture folder instead of the Documents where they had previously resided. He then did a virus check on my new computer and removed 270 viruses. These had been transferred from my old computer. He installed a free virus detection and removal program (I thought I had one!), along with a disk clean-up program. Also Java and Adobe. Upgraded three other programs. He recommended that I upgrade my Office 2007 to 2013 to which I agreed. Apparently Office is an attraction for viruses and has to be updated periodically. His company gave a good discounted price on Office 2013. (This is not included in the $59 special). He successfully tweaked RoboForm which I had installed but could not get to work. My new computer came with Windows 8 and Sean suggested that he download the free 8.1 upgrade, which he did. Although he worked quickly there was not enough time to accomplish everything which had to be done even after giving me a little extra time. He therefor (with my permission) handed over my computer to his remote Senior tech (Andy) who then completed the Windows 8.1 installation for me. Andy then installed Office 2013 and also set up Quicken, which was giving some difficulties. That took some time but I was able to leave the computer and have dinner whilst Andy did his stuff. I found Sean to be a friendly, personable individual who certainly knows his job. Likewise Andy. It was a fruitful and pleasant two hours and I am very happy that if have made this new contact.

Reviewed everything in my computer and cleaned up all the garbage. Answered |any questions I had. Excellent service I would highly recommend to anyone.

computer is still slow, 7 not added properly

It has been a few months since this service and I don't remember the date or the price but I was definitely happy with the service.

He was great and spent quite a bit of time fixing my computer.
