Upon completing his diagnostics, he again asked us what we wanted to do based on his diagnostics. We replied we wanted one computer updated with a new operating system and we wanted the second computer replaced. Alexis took the first computer with him for the software updates. He noted he would send me estimates for the replacement of the second computer via email. We purchased two maintenance agreements for both computers. We were very pleased with Alexis' attention to our concerns and needs. We look forward to our continued working with him or others from South Florida Tech Group.

Zach Castellanos did a superior job and showed a lot of patience and technical know-how for someone like me who is not really technically-inclined. He did not seem to mind explaining basic things and answered my questions very well.

The on-site two hour computer assistance can be boiled down to this. You are paying an individual $49 to run a malware program and a clean-up program which incidentally is for sale. You will likely be told that one of your computers is outdated, and he just happens to have a state of the art computer on sale. You will be told that your security system (like Norton) is prone to problems, and he just happens to have a proprietary security system available for a special price. All of this information is helpful, but the sales pitch is annoying.

I reached out to the company in reference to get the key code for the software. I was told that Microsoft would only issue the key code once and if they had to issue it again it would be $35 however South Florida Tech Group stated that if they were to uninstall and reinstall the program itself it would cost $40. I explained to them that I do not need them to reinstall the program just to give me the key code code and that I am capable of installing the program myself if they would just give me the code however they refused. I explained to the company that I had already spoken with someone from Microsoft and that the code could be issued without a charge. I stated to South Florida tech that if they were not wiling to cooperate that I would report them to Angie's List. They came back and stated that since I threatened to report them to Angie's List they would do nothing. I have a service contract with the company for a quarterly service for my computer which I feel may not be honored in the future due to this issue.

The company and the people associated with it are OUTSTANDING. Tammie Ryan is the overall coordinator of everything with South Florida Tech. My conversation was point on. She scheduled the appt for the next day and notified me of who and when they would be here. Alexas, the very knowledgeable technician arrived as scheduled and without fanfare went to work. In 2 hours he had our computer up and running. His performance was outstanding. The total cost was extremely reasonable for what was involved. I strongly recommend this firm without reservation.

It was a disaster, they totally locked us up for a entire week screwed up all computers at work and put us at a stand still. They charged me $60 an hour they guy was here for over 5 hours. Five more hours just sitting there scratching his head. I had to hire somebody else the next day who within 10 minutes found out the problem. In the meantime, everything was screwed up in our machines, lost all of our passwords. Everything. I suggest you don't use that company anymore. They charged $750, it was a disaster. I got $250 back and still out $500 and should have had to pay because they messed up. I have nothing good to say about them.

Disaster ( we were without our computers and paid the sum of $760.) p.s My new Computer service provider said I did not have to upgrade to Windows 10 so I left all the other computers on Windows 7. They were wrong The upgrade was totally unncessary !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess they did a good job but I was hoping it would help some glitches I had, and I didn't notice much difference in speed or the glitches I had. I'm not a techie; I just want the computer to do what I want it to do. What they did may have helped the pc to be up to date, but I didn't notice much difference

The tech spent hours at our home and I was extremely satisfied with the results.

Fair Technician could only get printer to print from MacBook not iPad. This is an expensive printer, should have worked with all devices.
