Went very well. He fixed issues with Google Chrome on my PC as well as my Samsung Tab...took about an hour.

There were no troubles with scheduling and they arrived on time for the appointment. They tried to repair the searching ability. They weren’t able to completely solve it, but they were able to provide help in other areas. There were no additional costs beyond the costs. It was a good experience.

Hamitlon, the tech arrived on time. Very efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. Patiently listened to my various concerns. Fixed each one, except one that would require reloading software. The hourly rate is very good, but the service is top notch.

Chris was very helpful as I also needed all the cords under my desk organized. There were so many it was a mess. He worked till he had my printer working from my laptop and my desk top. This was money well spent I will call this company when I need computer help.

That turned fine. They were on time and did the installation that I asked for. David was able to do the work for 2 hours while he was here and then we he got back to his office he did the rest of the work remotely. Since then I have called him for other things too and he has been responsive and helpful.

It went very well. Tech was knowledgeable and did everything requested and then some.

I cleaned up my computer and found 121 viruses on it. He fixed a few little things for me and explained some things. We backed up and he showed me some equipment. I ended up purchasing my back-up hard drive, so I can back-up my files. So in case my computer crashes, I will have all the documentation and photos and music. I was pleased with it. I spoke to him a couple of times since then. I will probably use them again. He came to me. He was there for definitely two hours, but he also spent another 15 minutes discussing things on the patio, before he left. I had a bunch of questions. I was very pleased with the results.

Zach, technician, was extremely punctual, professional, efficient and talented. I have not had the luxury of access to a top quality computer service provider in over a decade - since I built my last company in San Francisco. Since then I have had to handle all of my own work because I have been so disappointed by everyone I called in. I had a lovely first experience yesterday and I will definitely continue to use this firm. I would also highly recommend them to anyone based on their responsiveness (they came within hours of my initial call), cost effectiveness (they offer Angie's list discounts for first time use and then for ongoing services), and most importantly the quality and speed of their work (highly skilled tech). Thank you!!

They showed up on time and was very professional. The man who came out took his time with me and explained thoroughly exactly what he was going to do. He also showed me how to use my laptop as well as my tablet. He worked very efficiently and I would continue to use them in the future. I would highly recommend using this company.

He was just terrific. He knew everything. I felt like I took a 2 Hour Final exam without studying and Aced it. Advised me on how long the computer will last for. It was like talking to your brother. Advised me to not spend too much money on the computer, was very honest with me. I will probably buy a new computer from him.

It was OK. Nothing special..needed to get info from several online places to check and purchase items.

I purchased this service as a gift for my mother who lives in Florida. From my first contact with Alissa to the final ecstatic phone call from Mom. Exclusive Consulting not only hit the mark... they went well above the professional standards I had hoped for. My initial call was handled wonderfully and with an exceptional understanding of what I was trying to have done for my elderly mom. Alissa not only recapped my list of requested service accurately, she also followed up with a timely email just as accurate! When mom's schedule changed and she had to reschedule her appointment I again received email updates from Alissa as well as a "finished the job" email! Additionally, Robert the tech who went to mom's home to do the work was punctual, clean, courteous and incredibly professional! He won mom over big time and that is not easy to do believe me. Robert made sure mom's computer was connected properly to the internet, tuned up her computer removing viruses and malware, checked her printer, connected her Magic Jack and even helped mom set up her email. THANK YOU Robert you made mom one happy lady! I've done this before over the years for mom and I have used the big name stores in the past and it was a nightmare, Not only did they not show up at the scheduled time they didn't even give mom a courtesy call.. So I can't sing Exclusive Consulting's praise enough this place ROCKS! Our experience with them reminds me of how companies used to do business. He looked at my computer to make sure everything was compatible, and cleaned it up. He hooked up my ipad to transfer some information from my computer to ipad. He was great!

We didn't like them. We really trust Angie's List, and my wife said that I could have done a better job than they did. There is nothing against Angie's List, just that the consultant didn't do a good job. The guy didn't know that much about computers, and that is what my wife thought. We wouldn't have them back. My wife asked them to come out. I have issues with my computer now, and I wouldn't have them. Every time I turn my computer on, they left their name on it, which I thought was weird. My wife thought he was trying to milk the 2 hours out and not being aggressive. My wife is pretty computer literate, and so when she said that, it was shocking. I thought he was lazy, and my wife was not impressed. She loves Angie's List, she swears by them.

The service turned out very well. He did a good job. He was nice and polite. He was on-time and was very efficient.

That turned out just great. My husband was happy and our computer is going faster now. They showed us how to get rid of some things too. They let us know also how to cut back so that we have more computer memory. Two guys came out and they answered a lot of our questions. They definitely stayed for the full 2 hours. They were professional and really relaxed.

It went well, but after he left, I realized that he had said he got my outlook e-mail working on the laptop, however, it was not working. The email working was one of the things I wanted done. When I called about it not working, I was told I ould have to pay the regular $40.00 A half hour for them to see why it was not working. I told them I as not interested in spending any more money and thank you very much. I did not like that response to my problem.

It seemed as though the technician that came to the house was ill-prepared to work on my specific operating system which meant that I had to do a lot of follow up work. However, he did arrive promptly and was friendly and courteous during our interactions.

It was great! Sean arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable, and completed the work in no time at all. In fact, he finished so quickly that he was able to do some additional work during the time he was at the house.

He was running late for the appointment but he called me with plenty of notice. I expected more of a comprehensive service. He just came to do a basic job, when I asked if he could do additional checks and add programs he said he didn’t have the tools to do that or that my computer was too old for the upgrades he had. He was a nice pleasant guy but wasn't prepared to do additional work or offer to take my computer back to the shop. I also expected a follow up from the service which I didn't get.

Did a good job and we were totally satisfied with their service.
