The service came out alright. We had already had our computer up for a monthly fee, where if we had a problem, we would call, and they would take care of our problem remotely. I saw the big deal advertized, so I gave them a call, and they were prompt in coming out. The only reason we bought it, was becuase we were wondering how you can remotely start fixing from Texas, or India or whatever, when you got somebody right here in Florida. What we asked, is do we need that for $100 a month, when we can get the same thing for $4.99 a month! In that light, it didn't make economic sense. When the fello came out, he was very good, and very professional. I just thought afterwards, it wasn't the best item for us. You have to pay $100 yearly in advance to do that, while I pay $4.99 per month for speeding up the computer, checking for viruses. It wasn't for us. I paid them the additional $100. The only thing I would say, is that if someone does not have any system to call to do remote control, because most of these places offer remote control assistance, and if you are not already working with someone, I would advise you to go to their website, and check out everything very carefully. Check out the cost for the service. In my case it was costing me $100 for remote control assistance or for someone to come out to your place 24/7 or 365 days a year. The company is very good, and very professional. They are very good at what they do! The service was good, but you can always go back to the computer, and see changes that make you ask more question.

I believe that exclusive offers a fair product but I have reservations on whether they are capable of handling major or more complex issues. Considering it was an Angies Big Deal Special, I received fair service for the price spent.

I went with these guys with a deal off of Angies List. The tech came and seemingly knew what he was doing and completed the job. The next day we were locked out of the computer with what he had set up and was kind enough to come back and re fix the issue. This is where it ended though. He placed a access program on my computer without asking and It made me uncomfortable that someone could access my computer at their whim. Against my better judgement I went ahead and paid an additional $200.00 for two laptops whereby they would go into my computer every quarter and clean out any un necessary junk files etc. After asking for my password and other details I was informed that I would get a call and schedule a time to let me know when it was time to do this service. I tried to believe that this may be a good thing in this new age of ours. One month later my both computers glitched despite again being only several months old, At the exact same time? One woul;d not turn on and the other would not work allow me access. I could only deduce that the company was doing some thing with my computers and gave them a call. Irritated I spoke to a girl named Heather who informed that they were not doing anything to my computer and shocked my with her attitude instead of helping me. It was all very fishy it was as if she was waiting for me to ask her for more services. Without getting to wordy they did not feel the need to help me with regards to giving me pointers or advice as to how to get my computer working before they could perform services, this was on me. What she did tell me is that the had only made $11.00 off of my business so far [ I guess through the Angies List deal] so I the market share trade off for a discount was not working out for them and it seems got mad. I eventually had to go to another computer business to get it straightened out and bought McCafee. A total loss of $200.. DO NOT GET CONNED WITH THESE PEOPLE. I am currently filing a grievence in small claims court and let them explain there actions to a judge.

I had a major issue with my email being hacked and sending out malicious links. I called Exclusive Consulting and was advised that the primary Orlando technician, Sean, was busy, but that he would call and schedule an appointment. He called back immediately, and set up a remote access appointment for later that night. We connected at the promised time, and Sean performed the diagnostic scans and sweeps. He was very thorough, and described each step as it was being performed. So far, the computer runs much more quickly, and no virus issues have been noted. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and the thoroughness of the job was far better than the former two attempts to resolve the issue from other vendors. I would highly recommend using Exclusive Consulting.

Everything went well for the most part. Scheduling the appointment was easy, the technician arrived on time, and he was successful in removing the viruses. The only problem was that it took him longer than two hours to finish the work, so he charged an additional fee.

The tech called and said he was running late. He came at 1:40 PM instead of at 1 PM. He tried to fix my problem but got frustrated when he couldn't. He kept getting phone calls, rushing him. With the job not done, and my computer opened up, he suddenly started packing up and said he was leaving at 3 PM with 40 minutes still left to complete my job. When I asked, he said he was going to fix it by remotely accessing my computer, as soon as he reached his office. I haven't seen him or heard from his company since then. Towards the end he kept looking for a disk which had the cloning software on it. But this was irrelevant because I had already cloned the existing disk and the required software is easily downloadable from the manufacturer's web site. And, this is the top rated computer repairs service on Angie's List. Makes me wonder!

It went well. However, I have massive computer problems he or anyone cannot fix. It was for 4 hours of computer service which was accurate but it is my feeling he handles multiple customers during the time frame thus lots of waiting. It is not advertised as an exclusive 4 hours and that is accurate.

They called me every three weeks to ask when I wanted them to swing by. They were good about scheduling. The individual, Zach, was very competent and well spoken. He was able to look at everything for me and gave me a great deal of confidence that everything was working okay. He was able to deal with every curve ball I had. He was able to get everything done within the two hours the deal stated.

He got my computer working again and got rid of a lot of junk.

It was OK but had some scheduling issues. They offered to come again for 2 hours @ a reduced rate today. Now satisfied.

It went extremely well. He was excellent!

They are very knowledgeable. I am not completely comfortable with Windows 8. I wish they had given me more instruction on how to use it.

Obliviously, I am not a satisfied customer of this site. I m retired and on a limited income and can not afford to give away $59.00. For my first experience with this site, it is not something that I would recommend to anyone that values their money. Sel Brown

Cleaned temporary files and disabled 6 start up items which were making it start slowly. Computer was running hot and Toni recommended that I could buy an external fan but said that the internal fan should eventually be replaced or since my laptop is about 5 years old I should think about buying a new one before this one crashes. Very pleased with the service.

Very knowledgeable, and personable. Answered all my questions, evened email instructions on another problem I had. Would highly recommend them.

Exclusive Consulting sent technician Toni Clark to service my computer in my home. Toni is a real professional....showed up at the assigned time, did an excellent job working on my computer, answered all of my questions, and she did it all with a friendly and positive attitude. Later that day, Toni called me to make sure that I was happy with her work and if I had any questions. She's amazing! I will definitely use Exclusive Consulting for all of my computer needs.

He concluded the monitor needed to be replaced soon. It did not go well because he did not tell of ways that the windows could be made better. (I found this out because several people did know how to do that.) His work was of no use to me.
