Computer running better, but still slow. Because they had to reload the Window's operating system, I lost most of my programs I had before the computer before the serviced. Having a lot of trouble finding and reloading the lost software programs. Frustrating!!!

I initially had a problem with this company which was caused primarily by a phone receptionist who was somewhat rude and incompetent. However, after I emailed the manager the problem was promptly resolved. I will definitely use this company.

After further discussion with the company I am updating my review. I wish to not publish my review at this time till we are able to resolve some questions we had and have not been able to address. The company has been more than agreeable to assist us with any issue and questions we have. Therefore we have agreed not to publish our review till the repairs are finalized. Thank you again for being professional and caring about providing excellent customer service. I would use this company again.

There was a bit of trouble in the beginning with communication, but once they came out they were efficient and the technician worked for the allotted time. He got my printer going and assisted with my computer.

All went very well. David Regis is a real tech expert, thorough, and swift. He can solve any problem.

Zach did an excellent job removing all of the viruses from my computer. He was very professional and polite. He never made me feel computer-dumb, even though I am. He also restored my web cam functionality which I had accidentally deleted a couple of months ago.

Technician was running a little behind but was very informative and provided explanations and advice.

The consultant was dazzling good. As an experienced mainframe system programmer, I recognize technical proficiency, and I witnessed it at the highest level during the consultant's visit. The consultant was the epitome of professionalism in dress, speech, deportment, and accomplishment. He is backed by a very strong and committed company. I was so impressed that I bought 1-year maintenance contracts for all three of my computers.

They were really good! They ended up coming out very late but they helped us considerably.

Our computer went down due to a power surge. I was able to get the computer to boot up but that was it. Rick took the time to copy all of my files from my hard drive and put them on a thumb drive so they would not get lost and he did diagnostics to see what the problem was. He tried numerous ways to get it to work to no avail. Unfortunately, he was not able to fix it so I asked him to hook up my old computer so that at least I could get online until I could order another computer. He was very thorough and was able to save all my documents and pictures.

Went very well. I was ready to buy a new computer, but now should be able to hold off for awhile. I will definitely use them again. Rick was very knowledgeable and helpful.
