The IT tech chris was the greatest.

It went well. They were here on time. The guy who did the work was very competent. He had all the tools necessary to deal with the problems that I identified. They cleared them up.

The appointment needed to be rescheduled and the computer problem was resolved with a couple of Microsoft updates. They have been very professional on the phone and I've had no problems with them. They have been very willing to work me.

I signed up for a plan with them but there were no extra charges on top of the "Big Deal" price. The technician did a wonderful job and I was very pleased. He came at the schedule he promised and did exactly what he said he would do and more. I would recommend them to anybody.

Arrived on time, Sean and Nick did a great job! Explained alot of info to us! We had purchased the big deal and thought that the setup and transfer could be done in 2 hours! Sean was training Nick on his first day and the guys did alot of chatting, which of course you do when training. I thought maybe the process would be faster if one tech was here and just did the job! I paid for the extra hour, no big deal really, since they did do an awesome job!! Will definately use them again!!

I wasn't overly impressed. I think he probably could've done a little bit more with the technical stuff. It was more like a lesson on how to transfer things. It was okay, but I wasn't that impressed.

Worked for about two weeks, now not working again, same issue.

Courtney and Robert were both very professional and easy to do business with. We had an appointment scheduled and both laptops running as good as new within two business days. We just had our yearly maintenance and as always Courtney was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Courtney and Exclusive Consulting to anyone who is in need of their service.

Great. Instead of complaining about what had to be done, the technician just got to work.

He sold me a new computer. Took away old computer. Loaded in new programs and old files into new computer and returned after the weekend with new system ready to go.

Zach arrived on time and after I explained what problems I was having, he immediately went to work. My computer was slow and even though I had antivirus and antispyware installed it would frequently drop the internet connection or the screen would freeze among other things. Zach checked everything and removed a lot of old software and programs that was either obsolete or not being used. He ran his antivirus software and found more viruses that my antivirus didn't locate. He completely cleaned up my computer and installed new antivirus and left it 100% smoother and faster. I don't lose internet connections anymore and the screen doesn't freeze either. I was more than impressed with Zach's knowledge and the easy way he had explaining things. I definitely recommend Exclusive Technology Consulting and will be using again in the near future.

Exclusive Technology Consulting, Inc. did come and I was happy with them. They showed up one time, he helped me with everything I asking him to. I was very happy with him. I think they asked me to suggest 3 or 4 times, they selected one of those times and they showed up right on time. I would recommend using them. I thought he was intelligent, he knew what he was doing. He was courteous, on time, responsive, did everything I asked him to. I would use this provider in the future.

My relationship with the company started last year when I was plagued with stubborn viruses that I could not correct. I contacted them because they are a local company and had good reviews. One of their techs (Hamilton) came out to the house, spent a couple of hours and got the computer problems resolved. Because I am on the Internet frequently (banking, etc.), it is important to me to stay secure so I signed up for their yearly contract - quarterly remote reviews. The first remote review happened in March. He found many viruses, identified the vulnerable spots, suggested upgraded software (which I did) and again the computer was in good shape. Most recently, I could not generate a new folder to organize my pictures. A different tech accessed my computer remotely, discovered the root cause as a registry problem, and resolved it. I am very happy with the company, their employees, the price, and most of all the peace of mind that their work gives me. I would recommend them to anyone.

The man was very knowledgable and pleasant. He made many suggestions about keeping the computer safe.

I had a follow up phone call from the company the next day asking how the service was and I responded positively. The tech cam back on time for the next appointment and installed more information. I am very pleased with this company.

I purchased the latest version of Microsoft word from him which he loaded for me.

They were absolutely excellent. The tech was fantastic. I would recommend them to anybody.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. She was good. She was very helpful. After all was said and done, it was pretty good. I didn't get all that I wanted but it was my fault for not asking. She was very personable. She spent a couple of hours so I thought it was a pretty good deal. She wasn't able to correct my fan that runs on high speed. It was something that I would have to take into a repair shop to fix. Other than that it was good and I was happy with her. My computer was much faster when she finished. It was easy. I didn't spend any additional. They came out the same morning I purchased the deal.

I don’t like the fact that it is remote, I would prefer hands on. However, what they are doing has been okay, because I haven’t had any problems with the computer.
