I used the "59.00 for two hours" deal from Angies List offered by Exclusive Technology Consulting. Hamilton Perez arrived early (after calling first to check with me if that was okay) and evaluated the problems I was having with my Centurylink internet service and made effective recommendations. He saved some picture files from my camera SD cards that my computer wasn't recognizing, solved the recognition problem and taught me how to work around that if it happens in the future. He hooked up my TV antennae and taught me how to access the station scanning and gave advice on that and hooked up a Netgear Wireless Extender for me that I was having trouble with. He also reconnected my Roku after connecting the Extender. He generally did a lot of problem solving and "teaching". He was professional, courteous and very mindful of keeping within the 2 hour framework by multi-tasking and working efficiently. It was a relief to have a technology person who could trouble shoot multiple electronics devices and make everything work together. Well worth the money!

He was able to update laptop and a tablet. He was on time and did a good job. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and informative. I would highly recommend him to others.

It went very well. Frank Roderus arrived at 9:00, after he had called to advise me his arrival time. He was a very pleasant person who explained the process he was going through. He also helped me set up a free security system offered by my computer. I did not have to load up my tower, take it to a store, leave it there, wait until it was ready, pick it up and then hook it up again. Love the "at home service". Would recommend this firm and service to my friends.

Hamilton was Great! And Patient! Stayed the whole two hours and even threw in some help with my Smart TV. Will definitely be using then again. And requesting Hamilton.

The provider was professional, showed up reasonably on time (I had indicated I was somewhat flexible on time so I may be judging too harshly), worked quietly and efficiently, made the computer run much more quickly. Offered a maintenance service at a very reasonable price. My only concern was that he installed some software (clean-up and spyware removal items) and didn't explain in detail what they were. I questioned these additions via email after the appointment and was happy with the additional explanation and information.

Everything went great. The service did not cost more than the $59 coupon because they finished within the two hours time allotted. Their price was really cheap. Everything worked with the things we asked him to fix. Everything was working after he left. He was right on time.

It was great. Their was one person, he was on time, he spent the whole 2 hours on my computers. He answered all my questions and he was very nice. He has a yearly plan for 99 dollars and i was impressed with them.

Sean arrived early. He was very professional and extremely courteous. He repaired the issues I had with my microphone connection and slow email connection. If I have a need for computer services in the future I will definitely call this vendor.

He was good. He worked over and above what I expected, and got it fixed. They called and set up a time, and he showed up on time. He worked until it was done. He set it up so that he can now fix anything remotely from now on.

We discussed the items needing attention, Hamilton offered a background on each problem and finished his work within the two hour time allotment. The entire work was professionally handled including an opportunity to evaluate the computer technician and firm. This is an A+ firm and I'll call them when needing professional assistance with my computer.

Turned out my hard drive is failing. He was able to get all my files off the computer and onto my external hard drive for me. He was also able to get the computer working again but said due to the hard drive damage the computer would likely fail again in the near future. At least I have time to shop for a new laptop or hard drive and I got all my files. Only took an hour so the 2 hr angies list deal wasn't as cheap as it could have been but still worth it.

All went smoothly. It took a little over an hour toclean up my computer. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I learned a lot from the experience.

Sean phoned before his arrival to check in. He arrived promptly at promised time. I happened to be outside and so we met in the street and he immediately introduced himself and presented his business card. He got right to work on my computer. I had changed security providers and now my e-mail account was asking for passwords much to my surprise. He resolved that issue right away and went on to install a couple of free programs for me to deal with malware and a free cleaner for temporary files. He also set up a new g-mail account for me because I asked him for an alternative to my current e-mail provider. He ran a scan and cleared up the issues he found there. He showed me how to distinguish legimate offers/notices from malware offers/notices. Exclusive Consulting Technology offers remote computer repair as well as live "warm body" help. I am speaking for myself when I say the face to face help and a chance to ask as many questions as I needed was priceless to me. I have used certain "off-shore " computer techs before and between the language difficulties and a bad phone connection, at times it was hard to know what was done to my computer. Sean asked me several times if I there were any other complaints or issues I was having with the computer. His goal was thoroughness and consumer satisfaction. Which he achieved. He also taught me new ways to set up passwords which I won't reveal, but it is very clever. He also adivsed me on ways to upgrade my computer with more ram and perhaps a new dos. There was no hard sell, no B.S. Just the facts mam. If I filled out the survey on his company's website, I could receive a coupon for 20% off of labor charges for the next time. Excellent! Of course I did that. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat. I would use with confidence either their remote repair capability or live in person repair. Delighted I got this deal.

All I can say is you be the judge on using this company .... I purchased the 2 hour service "Deal". We had a minor list of issues - typical I would think: home computer running a little slow, laptop would not connect to our HP all in one printer, youtube videos would buffer and freeze, and a problem with ms word. The technician came one day last week - said to speed up the computer we needed a new hi-speed hard drive / he was unable to connect the laptop to the printer, so eventually he connected to the printer via our home box and network / he did fix the youtube issue / he could not fix the issue with word - that was all several hours later. He even attempted to sell us new speakers that we did not need. He had to take our computer with him in order to purchase and install the new hi=speed hard drive. He delivered it the next afternoon - along with a bill for $490. YES... you are reading correctly - $490. I thought to myself - I could have purchased a new computer for this amount. He never was able to resolve the issue with ms word. A few days later, my wife realized that she could no longer scan documents from the all in one to our home computer. This function had always worked perfectly fine. Obviously the tech managed to disable - effectively "break" this function while doing what he did with our system. We contacted them immediately and said they must come out and fix what they broke. The same tech came back this morning and spent another couple of hours trying to get our scan ability back to where it was before he came to fix things. Upon finishing, he demanded payment for his time. The time to fix what had been working perfectly before his arrival. My wife told him - no - we're not paying for you to resolve an issue you created. He stormed out of our house and threatened that he would hack into our system and disable functions. We don't know if he has or hasn't.

The guy that came over did good work, but the computer is still having problems. He is supposed to come back sometime today again to work on it. I would recommend them, but I think they need to have some more experienced individuals that are working there. It was a fair price.

Very well. Knowledgable and Professional. Did work in the 2 hr allocated time. See fine print - we were setting up small office (basically home office type setup in one office commercial bldng) and tech commented that the Special is normally for home only...I was surprised that this might not qualify, as what we needed was basically what you would do at a home...

It went okay. I had a particular problem that other people probably wouldn't have had and they took care of it and that was it. When they were finished, their suggestions of what else to do during the time allotted weren't very helpful. For what I wanted them to do, they did a good job.

I was notified who would be my service person. I was told the visit would be within 48 hours. The next communication asked the best times for me. Within 48 hours the service person, Rick (Roberts, I think) arrived in Bradenton, on time. He spent the next two hours working on my 5 computers. All had issues and I'm not tech savvy. He solved every issue and did not waste any time at all, in doing so. He was very courteous and professional and a credit to the company he represented. I'm a retired personnel manager and this guy makes a lot of service personnel look like a joke. He was friendly too.....and he got the job(s) done!

The service went very well. They were very polite and were on time. They were fast to respone after setting up the date of service. They were very friendly and helped me out a lot with the problems I was having with my computer.

It turned out moderately well. I had one computer that couldn’t get locked in WiFi and they fixed it. The printer wouldn’t scan. He updated the software and now it scans. There were couple other issues. He gave me advice. He pointed out one computer was XP and Microsoft stopped supporting them. He said that in general it wasn’t worth investing more money since their not supporting it. I felt it was worth it based on the cost. He got done what my major issues were. It didn’t go very quickly but it might be because they were older. He didn’t have a business card and he gave me a mouse pad with the company name. The company sent them out quickly.

The repairman came in and worked on my system on my laptop for the full two hours. By the time he left, my laptop was good as new and he fixed the problem. He tested and checked all the drivers and did good job testing my whole system. He in my opinion went over and above the call of duty in fixing my laptop. I'd use them again in a second!
