They were hired to repair my computer, not physically, but I had viruses and all sorts of things and it disconnected me from the anti-virus software. He was here for two hours and I even paid for an extra hour and I am in heaven. Now I have a malware stopper in place. He was very pleasant. I was comfortable having him in my house. He was presentable and business.

Angie's List gave me a list of about five different companies. I used one. It was only marginal, at best. They charged me a lot of money. It took forever to get the job done. He didn't include enough software on my computer and I actually had to buy it myself. It cost $1100. He almost had to give me back my money because he finally got the parts on Wednesday. He put them together. He was here on Thursday and didn't get the machine working. He was here on Friday and didn't get the machine working. He was here on Saturday and finally got it working. I can't call that top line service. He had to take the machine with him to get it working again. The machine is working only because I have a friend who also does that kind of work and he helped me tremendously. I had to go out and buy Microsoft Office software and he is the one who helped me put it into the machine and get the job done.

John spent two hours checking my laptop. Previously my computer seemed to be getting slow so I had run one of those "free" software scan programs which found a thousand plus "errors" and wanted $99 for software to correct. I am more core comfortable having an expert make these changes. John found and fixed 3 malware programs, two Norton programs running at the same time, fix registry and links, cleaned temporary files, and speeded startup. Appears as if the computer is running faster, but I need several weeks of use using different programs to be sure. He installed several programs I can run myself whenever the computer seems slow. Overall I was so pleased with John and their service that I signed up for their quarterly remote checks and problem solving service at $99 per year..

The company was very efficient in communicating with me, scheduling, and providing specific details regarding computer issues. Vincent explained everything he was doing and offered several options available to me. I would definitely recommend this company for your computer needs and services. Very professional, efficient, and fast.

had wanted audio working on computer but wasn't able to accomplish .. also tried getting my laptop to work but found out that Comcast modem for desktop was uncompatible so need to go out toComcast and get new modem for laptop to work.

They call me every 3 months and setup a remote cleanup of my computer and suggest updates if I want. They are extraordinarily polite and professional. I will stay with them, have complete confidence in them. also their prices are vary fair.

We moved into a new house and purchased the 2-hour promo from Angie's List. We initially had problems as the tech did not show up or call on the date of the appointment. I spoke with the office and they were very apologetic and offered to do whatever they could to resolve the problem. We rescheduled, and the work was done without any problems.

young man was very polite and on time after a reschedule was made because his car broke down the day before. He seemed to be knowledgeable within a limited scope but spoke of changing careers which made me question the commitment and true understanding he had in this line of work. He ended up not being able to fix the problem I had and was not able to help on several other things I asked about but at the end of his session my computer was running faster and he was able to recapture and back up my pictures and company data on a separate drive which was very important. Overall I think he was qualified enough to do most of the basic work I needed but openly demonstrated his limited knowledge and commitment to the business. I would also suggest the employees of this company be given a small amount of training on how to dress and present ones self in a business environment. If the companies technicians are expected to stay in a back room with no interaction then his dress and appearance was acceptable for his company I suppose, but in the case where he is presenting himself as an extension of the professionalism of his company he needed some help, combed hair, clean pressed pants and shirt with appropriate shoes would help a lot.

David was on time, efficient, professional, focused. He did all that I asked and made some excellent suggestions.

David was the best professional I have worked with or observed in the past many years. I myself am very computer literate but David's knowledge was like the difference between elementary school post-grad . He made several upgrades that I was never aware existed. He actually brought back to a like new condition a laptop that I was going to throw out as nothing was working on it. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs computer assistance.

Called when he was 15 minutes away from our home. Very professional and personable. Completed the job I requested and offered suggestions when asked. I corresponded with their 7x24 operations center on several occasions and always received a timely response. Already planning to have them return to help me transition from laptop 3 to laptop 4.

He was very patient, as I know nothing of computers, as explained everything as he went along. He made suggestions about certain upgrades and explained their service they provide for PM maitenance. He was very personable and knowledgeable.

Prompt response to initial correspondence. An appointment was made right away and someone was at my house when promised. He explained each step as he did tests and removed corrupted files. Very personable guy. I would definitely use them again.

The repairs went well. One person came out to work on the laptop and it took him about an hour and half. He was very knowledgable. He was on time and we had no problems at all. I would tell friends to expect prompt service and knowledgable staff. I would use their service again.

Laptop now seems quicker and more responsive. Problems solved. Good advice given by professional technician.
