They're fine and the staff did quite a lot of work on two computers. They're good. I would use this provider again in the future.

They came out and worked on my computer for a solid hour. They were right on time and easy to schedule. Ultimately, they weren't able to fix my PC without upgrading to Windows 8, which I would have had to buy from them. I have since recommended them to other people, though.

David did a great job troubleshooting and fixing the issues I was having with my PC. Services performed as presented and I would recommend Exclusive Technology Consulting, Inc. as well as use them in the future. I'm very satisfied with the service I received.

Very well. We had a "deal" with this company thru Angie's List and the cost was only $59.00. After the Comcast technician came out he fixed our internet connection, but did not hook up the printer properly. The rep that Exclusive Tech. sent quickly fixed the problem and reran the starter disc that came with the printer. We were very satisfied.

Chris DeBona explained that I had a bad virus and refreshed my computer for me. I am an elderly person who knows very little about technology but Chris explained everything as he went along so that I could understand. He was kind and patient and lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend this company if Chris is an example of their fine employees. Thanks Angie.

Dayani was my tech. She is knowledgeable, professional, punctual.

Dayani was the IT consultant who sold me the new computer and did installation. Had to return a couple times to help with windows 8, mail, TV and phone. I had a couple IT people over the years that were excellent but they stopped doing computer repairs. Went to a big box store after reading some info on computers sales person no help and then another department for set up no help. Frustrated went to Angies List found this company with great reviews and A rating. Called my call return promptly. They would help with my computer problem did not matter if I was an individual or company. My other IT people usually dealt with companies and they came first.. The IT person for my area Dayani called right away. She knew exactly what kind of computer I needed not a business and don't do a lot of games or videos. Prices about the same for the computer as with the other stores. The tower is a professional model. Everything is up to date. Told me what software and monitor to purchase. Not to go into a big expense with a monitor. Dayani is efficient and fast and accurate. Technology no problem to like water off a duck's back. Very knowledgeable. She has been working with computers for years and has a IT degree. Courtney her supervisor very helpful and responded right away. I had sent many e-mails to the IT consultant as I was working on my computer using windows 8 which is a difficult operating system. Dayani came out the next day. Just amazed my monitor did not have sound so she got a sound bar knew exactly what to purchase and the sound is great and it was not expensive. I purchased the maintenance plan for quarterly check ups to keep this computer running smoothly for years. Very happy excellent customer service and installation. Would certainly use this company again and Dayani the IT consultant. Cost included computer and labor and maintenance plan not additional time or purchases.

The tech spent over an hour and a half trying to install a modem but was unable to even after calling Comcast for help. The problem with the service is they charge by the hour and not by results. I wasn't going to complain but I finally called Courtney at Exclusive Technology and she said I waited too long to call and that her tech claimed he completed the job, which he didn't. She offered to get my printer working by phone but I declined. Since they are a tech company you would think after being in business over 8 years they would have sent me an email asking if I was satisfied but they didn't.

It went great. Hamilton was patient and very knowledgeable. He explained things in terms I could understand.

Hamilton got rid of all the viruses and other errors and excesses in my computer. He also cleared up the concerns on my daughter's computer. While he was here he also set up our wireless network for printing and made it possible for us to print from our tablets. He dowloaded the correct program for my disc drive so I am view DVD's. While this was happening he explained to us what we needed to know about it. I feel that I got more than my money's worth. If I were his boss I would give him a raise. This is the first time I have used Angie's list and if all my experiences are like this I will continue to sing your praises , too.

Besides being extremely polite, he was very patient. It was an excellent experience and I will definitely call on him again!

She came on time and spent about an hour cleaning all the junk from my computer. Now the computer is much faster and I think I will keep it a while longer. They did a good job.

It took me three days to get a hold of them when my computer started acting up. I tried using the maintance program they sold me months before and it completely killed my computer and now I have to get a new one. I would never call them again for anything else.

They were able to network the computers together with time to spare. They completed the time by completing some tune-ups and minor repairs. They did a good job.

This was the third time I have used their service and previously they did a good job. Instead of repairing my problems, they took my computer apart and left it when the time through the deal was up. It was a new employee who had come out. I would use their service again if was a different technician.

Initially, my husband and I were really impressed with the technician. He seem very knowledgeable and diagnosed our problem pretty quickly: there was nothing wrong with my computer. The problem was that my computer was wireless and the signal was being interrupted due to the distance of my computer from the modem. He suggested that we purchase a Wifi Extender which would alleviate the problem. We decided to take his recommendation because the computer was giving me a fit with the constant searching, searching, searching for internet access. The technician required a small deposit before he could order the Extender and my husband gave him $20.00. A few days later, he came back and installed the Extender which appeared to work for a few hours, then my computer began to exhibit the same searching for internet access as before. We called the technician on the number that he recommended we use and for at least five days did not hear from him. Finally, out of frustration, my husband called him on a Sunday and he answered promising to come out on Monday morning at 8:30. He apologized to my husband and inferred that he'd been ill. Monday morning he called to say that he could not make it at 8:30 and would be there by 2:00. He did not show up nor did he call. Since he'd told us he was ill, we decided to back off and give him some time. After a week or more, my husband called him again and stated that we'd have to get in touch with Angie's List if he didn't contact him soon. I admit that we probably should have called the other number on his card to reach Exclusive Technology directly, but we weren't thinking and did not. We reached out to Angie's List for assistance and they got in touch with Exclusive Technology and one of their representatives emailed me offering to help resolve the problem. After explaining to her what had happened and that we wanted to return the Wifi Extender, she told me that the return would cost me a 30% restocking fee. I wrote her back that I felt this was unacceptable and if she insisted, I would never use her company again. Besides that, in the meantime while I was without a computer, my husband tried to help me and decided to run a wire through our attic down to my computer to wire it directly to the modem. Now, my computer runs perfectly. We had extra wiring laying around, so the cost for this: zero. The technician never told us about this option. After explaining this to the rep, she decided to drop the restocking fee. I then requested that she also refund my $20.00 deposit. She explained that she could not because it was considered labor and she could not add it to my credit card because it had been paid in cash. I insisted that the company may not be able to add it to my credit card but they could, however, write a check for the $20.00 and that I considered it an unfair business practice to retain my deposit due to the circumstances. She emailed back that American Express had somehow allowed her to add the $20 to my card. After haggling with this young lady, who I must say was always polite in her correspondence to me, I finally received a positive outcome. I do believe that it is true that the technician originally assigned to us did, in fact, become ill; however they should have a system in place so that another technician can take over in these cases and not leave clients hanging. I admit that my husband and I should probably have called the direct number to complain and that is the reason that I'm amending my F score of Exclusive Technology. I thank Angie's List for their help in resolving this matter. The lesson to other members is to stand up for what is right. There was no reason that I should have been charged a 30% restocking fee, especially since we'd not been warned of this beforehand. Also, there is no reason that my $20.00 deposit should have been withheld. It is unfair. I do, however, thank the representative of Exclusive Technology for reaching out and helping to resolve this matter.

First of all, the Exclusive Technology Consultants completed all the work at my house. The tech called and said he would arrive in 30 minutes. In 25 minutes the tech was at our home. The technical support we received from Exclusive Technology Consultants was GREAT!!! Aaron was EXCELLENT, OUTSTANDING, and SUPER!!! Aaron was courteous, professional, and skilled. I'm extremely confident and satisfied with the support I received. Before we decided to use Exclusive Technology Consultants, we spoke with Courtney. Courtney explained everything that would be completed. Through Courtney's professional approach and knowledge I became confident and comfortable with using Exclusive Technology Consultants. If you are having desktop or laptop problems, I highly recommend Exclusive Technology Consultants. They will go to your home and provide technical support on your PC. Also, they have a year support plan and they provide assistance through remote access. Exclusive Technology Consultants are GREAT!!! Give them a call.

This experience was much better than I expected since the technician explained every thing he did and gave me suggestions to try to fix minor problems before calling for help.

The service turned out fine. It was more expensive than I thought it would be but that was because they did a lot of upgrading. They upgraded the entire computer which had been wiped out and they were able to save all four of the hard drives. They still have to come out to give me the manuals, wifi card and license numbers but I had to reschedule the appointment.

There were no troubles with scheduling and no additional costs. The job took about two hours from start to finish. They did exactly what they were supposed to do through the deal.

Chris DeBona provided excellent service and addressed and corrected computer issues expediently in a very professional manner! Also, he provided a 4-camera security system at a very reasonable price to be installed at a later time.
