Hamilton showed up on time and went to work with my wife, getting all of her devices tuned up and operating to her satisfaction. The he ran tests on our home wifi and noted that there were walls essentially blocking effective an signal from the location of the wireless modem. Coincidentally, we had received anew modem from ComCast a few weeks earlier that I hadn't gotten motivated to take on the task of installing as I am NOT very computer/electronics literate. Hamilton installed the new modem in a different part of the house where most of our wifi needs are, then he ran more tests and recommended a wifi extender to the other end of the house. He happened to have one with him so we bought it and he installed it and then ran the tests again that showed a sigificant improvement in reception, so we now have really good upload and download speed throughout the house and the lanai. I was very pleased with his manner, his qualifications, his expertise and his willingness to work with a couple of older folks that don't reallyn understand how all of this stuff works. And he did it in the two hours so there was no additional charge above the Deal price (except for the wifi extender which was a very fair price and installed as part of the Deal). I know we will have some sort of issue with our computers and iPhones down the road and the first thing I will do is call Hamilton.

Arrived on-time, charged me exactly what they said they were going to at the time of booking appt, they knew about a wide cariety of technologies, not just web design and computer but also phones and printers and online advertising. We will be continuing to work with this provider over the next two weeks to finalize website and will leave another review after work is finished completely.

He really knew what he was doing and got everything done. I would probably use them again.

The people doing the service were great to deal with.They were efficient and proffessional. One minor point of contention I had was with the way the bills are sent.Once I needed extra work done outside of the regular maintenace.I got an invoice on the computer for this work and the top of the invoice said that the balance was zero.So I did not check it further,until I saw my credit card statement.They had charged my credit card,before letting me know the cost of the service and the zero balance was because they already were paid.It is a small point and I had no objection to the charge for the work done.I just like to know the charge when the work is done and get a better invoice which clearly states this .

I have had a lot of different IT people out over the years. These guys knew what they were doing, made a lot of recommendations, and gave me info I had never even thought about. I am looking forward to having them out several more times.

He tuned up my computer. I had a program that was putting an alert on my computer. He did a thorough scan and removed the problem.

It went very well. The laptop was fixed and all the viruses were removed. The technician did a fine job!

He got it to work with a cord. He worked hard and was very nice.

Technician was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. I am using their remote service for my PCs and it is going well. My husband is going to use them to clean up and optimize his Apple.

Went well and plan on getting the yearly agreement for future tests. Helped me with some questions about the computer.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!! Its been 5 weeks since I first conacted this company and none of my issues have been resolved. Tech ordered three different cables in which none of them worked. After contacting them in regards to the third cable not working they told me i needed to contact Dell. After doing so they said that my tower wasn't even capable of supporting an HDMI monitor and that exclusive should have known that from the beginning. After informing exclusive of what Dell said they said I than needed a "chip" than could cost anywhere from $60-200. On top of all of this they installed MS Office onto my desktop in which when I tried to open it after the tech bringing my computer back to my office after installation it kept saying ERROR and to contact MS. After contacting MS they told me they had no record of Exclusive Consulting on their vendor list as a supplier. MS told us to contact the police and FBI in regards to software piracy. Upon doing so, Courtney from Exclusive said the owner refused to do business with my office due to what happened with MS. I was finally able to get the product key from Exclusive after three weeks of asking. When i contacted MS they said it was registered in their name not mine! After spending 750.00 dollars nothing has been resolved. My monitor is still not connected!!!!!

I selected the Angie's List Deal online and paid $59. I contacted Exclusive consulting, Inc. to schedule an appointment for the 2 Hours of On-Se PC Repair or Tune-Up. The Salesperson tried to work out a date to come to my home for the 2 hrs, but it did not work out as the salesperson's base is far away from my home. I spoke with Courtney Crine, who told me that my home was out of their service area. I told her that Monroe County was included on the ad and on my certificate from Angie's List. Courtney suggested that I contact Angie's List for a refund and told me that she would correct her ad to not include Monroe County. Thank you!

Great technicians, quality service. A real bargain!

The technician arrived on time and was very professional. The services were no charge due to previous technician poor performance. This visit was outstanding in every facet and I would use this company when needed in the future.

Vincent was on time, courteous and efficient. He determined that the problem was the power supply and it needed to be replaced. (The computer would not start.) He drove to the Tiger Direct store right around he corner, returned within fifteen minutes, and installed the part. He then did some maintenance, installed software and I signed for the $100 part; all is well! The next day with the computer running smoothly, I looked up the part which, in fact, cost $49.99. I don't mind a mark-up, but I thought 100% markup was a little over the top. I called and inquired, the company was going to "look into it" and that is here I/they left it. I was very happy with the service; I am not sure if I should have asked for the receipt before paying but, so it goes. I would use this company again and recommend them to others.

They did a wonderful job, and they're even going to perform some additional checks throughout the year remotely.

I am beyond pleased with this deal. My technician, Vincent Prestia, is amazing! In two hours he solved all my problems. I use Angie's List often. This was the best deal ever!

The young lady who came was prompt and very nice. Initially, there were some issues where I had some problems re-surface however after a second appointment with a different young man, everything was taken care of.
