Explained in detail everything he was doing to fix my computer; also advised me what to do and not to do in future when certain pop-ups appear and to call if I had any questions after he left. Was very impressed and will certainly call them again as I am totally not technical and I felt very comfortable with Greg as he did not talk above my head.

They did a very very good job. They came and did work for my mother. She's almost 80 and they were just very conscientious of making sure that she understood because she's having to change her operating system and whenever you do change the operating system to updated it it's a little more difficult but they were very kind and good. My mom asked them to come back to do some other things like reloading her garmin. A garmin is what helps you find where you're going. She needed to update the maps and she didn't know how so they were kind enough to come over and explain that. They were professional and personable. They seem to know what they were doing. They were a phenomenal price.

I placed an order through Angie's List for this companies services last fall. Although I had to reschedule a couple of times, when I did find a date that was workable, I received a call either the night before or the day of the supposed service from Ms. Crine, the person with whom the arrangements were made. She informed me that the technician who was to do the job had been in a bad car accident. She did not offer a different day in the future for anyone to come out to my house. I asked for my money to be returned which Angie's List followed through on since Ms. Crine never called me with either an alternative date or technician to do the job. I decided to give the company another chance. First off, I learned that Ms. Crine was no longer with the company. The gentleman who spoke with me about rescheduling could not have been more accomodating. It was as if I was in touch with a new company altogether. I was able to schedule a tech to come to my house very quickly. The tech-Ryan-called me prior to his coming which I always appreciate because I know how hard it is to follow a schedule, keeping in mind drive times, traffic and even how long the previous appointment takes. He spent the full two hours here and did a fantastic job. So fantastic that I plan to have him return to teach me some basics that by now, I certainly should know how to do but don't. Perhaps one of the most appealing things about this company is that they can send someone to your house to work on your computer. The idea of having my computer worked on via cyberspace does not appeal to me. Having my password in anyone's hands other than mine is unacceptable. As long as they keep sending polite, educated people to my home to work on my computer, I will continue to hire them! Whatever negative report I may have written about this company before was entirely based on the performance of Ms. Crine, who is no longer an employee with Exclusive Technology Consulting, INC.

Everything went great with the job. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and very nice

here several hours loading programs but wanted to have viruses cleared from computer and be able to download pics etc. but still have same problems have used a computer store before to get rid of similar problems and they fix it but cost 100. guess u get what u pay for !!

My computer, which was bought in Jan. 2014, was not functioning right--shutting down, lots of pop up screens, delays, etc. My printer (also new) was no longer scanning documents. I checked Angie's List to see if there were any deals. I came across Exclusive Technology Consulting, Inc., who was offering a deal for $79.00 for two hours of on-site computer work. I bought the deal, called the company the following day, they responded the same day, and we scheduled for work to be done the next day (2/5/2015). At 9:00 am, as promised, I received a called from Greg Gonzales--he said he would work on my computer remotely. However, I protested as I wanted the work to be onsite, but he assured me that he would be able to fix my computer. We initially had problems logging on, but finally I was able to get to a website, which he would use to work on my computer remotely--he instructed me throughout the entire process. It took more that two hours to fix the computer and the printer. Greg was polite, respectful, professional, confident in himself (without being arrogant) and was a pleasure to work with. I have no regrets and am quite satisfied with the work that was done. I actually bought a maintenance deal for $80.00, which was on Angie's List, for an entire year of service to my computer on a quarterly basis. My computer and printer are now functioning perfectly, as they should be.

They were responsive for scheduling. Three different people worked on the computer. One came to the house and the two others worked on it remotely. For the first visit, the technician was here for a couple of hours. I sent them an email when it still was not working fine and another technician worked on it remotely for over an hour. After the last guy worked on it, he said that the operating system was compromised and there was nothing more than he could do. He offered some opportunities to repair, but the laptop is five years old and I might as well just purchase a new one which I did. I don't know anything about computers and I do not know what happened. I am unsure if it was specifically anything they did. I can?t quite figure out how that would happen over a matter of days. While they worked on the laptop, it still worked, but it progressively got worse each they they worked on it. 2/13/15 I have since spoken with them and I feel that the problem had nothing to do with them. I feel that if they would have communicated with me effectively from the on-set, I would have had them fix it and not have spent so much more on replaceing it.

Everything went fine. The tech was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I would use this provider again in the future and would recommend them to other providers as well.

They did everything I wanted. Very nice young man. He was very thorough and patient.

The tech gentleman drove from Broward to my home in west Miami-Dade, diagnosed my PC in my home, and immediately determined the suspected problem as a failed hard drive. Before he left, he provided an estimate of what the total repair would cost. He took my PC, did further testing off-site just to make sure that what he suspected was indeed the correct analysis, and called me to get the OK to proceed with the repair. He was on time, exceptionally professional, and communicated with me effectively. In just a few days and for a very reasonable price, he drove the PC back to my home and it?s like new! Service of this type is a rarity in Miami.

He was very knowledgeable and cleared up all my issues. I will definitely call him again if I have future problems.

It’s still doing some of the same things that it was doing prior, so not all of the issues were resolved. One of the problems was somewhat fixed, but after 2 weeks or so came back. It is more workable overall though and he did leave me software to help clean files that I can use when needed moving forward which should prove to be a help. I am just surprised that the problem is not resolved as I was very impressed by him when he came out. He spent every bit of time fixing the problem as needed, but it is now back. UPDATE ; Feb 9th, 2015...It appears the persistent problems were a result of my own incompetence. The technician called and cleared them up over the phone...

I didn’t know they had emailed me initially and that delayed scheduling. It has taken too long to get the service. They told me they would call me on Friday and give me a time on Monday. They didn’t call on Friday and I had to call them. They told me they would call me Monday for an appointment that same day. I have requested a refund as I used another provider because I could not wait for service.

Randy showed up at the appointed time after giving me a heads-up call 30 minutes earlier that he was en route. After briefing him on a persistant graphics card issue with my PC, I left him alone and he went about testing and updating all likely components for answers to the problem. At the same time, he ran 2 separate malware scans on suspicion that my reliance on MicroSoft Security Essentials solely was still allowing undesirable software to get through. Results from the scans showed significant malware intrusion and I know now to cross-check with 2 or 3 different anti-virus/malware programs once a month for much better security. At the end of 2 hours, Randy presented me with a system report showing graphics hardware and drivers now working normally which was a great relief. Before leaving, he also gave a few tips on how to make my wireless network better and at less cost - always appreciated!

That service was okay and he did the PC tune up for me. The guy was nice and helpful.

I made the appointment and the technician never showed up or called. He was supposed to have been here between 9-11am. I did hear back from the company but I no longer want to do business with them. Note-the grade for responsiveness and professionalism are directed towards the Director of Operations, Mark-he was in contact with me.

They were good and the issues I had.

I had to have two different technicians come out. The second technician was great I would use the service again.

Will not service area for another couple weeks.

Deal was contracted for on-site service. When I called, I was told tech was on vacation but they could do job online. I told them I needed on-site service as agreed upon and would wait for tech to return from vacation. After more delay, I was told that tech had left company for personal reasons but they would be happy to do online evaluation. I told them I was not happy with their dishonesty and wanted refund.

Big Deal went so well I bought into their maintenance program. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

I was very pleased with the service.

My experience with them was very nice. I took out a contract with them for a year. The price was very good.

Ryan was here first on Dec 19,2014. Things were going a lot better. Ended up with one glitch so Ryan returned on Jan 7, 2015 and fixed the problem. So far everything is working great. The first visit as $59.00 as stated but had to pay $40.00 more for second visit.
