Gary is a pro and got me squared away straignt away!

Price I had a little problem with, but then that got straigtened out. I thoguht it was overpriced, but then the MS Office was $399 and I got a special for $300, so pricewise it was good. They were right on time. I would use them again, I am dealing with them right now. They were supposed to be here, but they are doing through the computer on theirs. I thought they were good, considering I am not a computer whiz or anything. They certainly knew what they were doing. They were very professional, technical and they knew their technical work as far as I can say. They were punctual and everything else. I have no complaints thus far.

It went great - Zach was entirely professional, very knowledgeable, went above and beyond, shared useful tips (nifty tools, etc.) along the way which I am now heavily using. Well worth the investment of 2 hrs.

They were very punctual. He didn’t do one thing that I don’t know if he could have done or not. An older computer I got from my sister and when I go to banks it will say that you need to update your browser because you might miss some stuff and it said that on a couple things so I asked him about updating my browser and he kind of fumbled around and he said it took a lot of work.

Everything went smoothly and I learned a lot. The tech representative was patient and understanding and answered all my questions. He was quite knowledgeable. I signed a year contract with this company in the event of problems again. In that way they will connect with my computer remotely or come to my home to fix any problems. They will also handle my Microsoft downloads. I was extremely satisfied with the tech representative!

They called soon after and I said all I wanted was to update my software. They said it would cost $200 and I had to get Windows 10, which was untrue, and that I COULD NOT USE THE ORIGINAL $49 TOWARDS THE UPGRADE. I then asked for my money back and have not received it to my knowledge and it had been about 3 months.

Fine. He was unable to fix the laptop. Played with battery but did not do anything beyond that and said it would not be worth putting any serious money into laptop. (HP Pavilion windows 10 2-3 yrs old) He set a program on desktop to reorganize files which took hours to complete so left early. He probably put in about an hr on the first visit. I asked if the additional time carried over since he did not spend 2hrs (contract was $49 for 2 hrs) he said no. He came back a few days later to transfer the pictures and music and charged another $40 for about an hour work.

Paul came when appointment was. He went right to work. Solved the problem with two computers. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Was done within the time allotted. Found out after he left wrong game was uploaded. Called company and they sent him back. He uploaded correct game at no addition charge. If we need tech again we will call them.

Professional technicians who listened to issues and solved the problems quickly.

So far I've had 2 done. They were done remotely and all was well.

He didn't really do anything. He came late and didn't make our appointment. I called the company and they apologized saying they messed up the appointment time. When came, He was very sniffling and asked me for a Kleenex. He knew he had a sinus condition. He ran malware on my computer. He stayed for an hour and I paid for two hours service. I don't feel like I got my monies worth. He took the Adblocker off my computer and never reloaded it. He ran the malware to see if I had any viruses. For my second computer, he said it wasn't worth working on. I called him today and asked him about the Adblocker he took off my computer. He said he wasn't aware of this, but that would call me back but he hasn't called me back yet. I'm very dissatisfied and would never recommend this company again. I'm very unimpressed by the Tech that they sent out. I thought the price was good, but I didn't get my monies worth.
