It went very well. I had them work on my Gateway. They rebuilt it with brand new technology it after a crash. It took them a week to get my computer back to me.

Provider had correct disk to do software install for printer functions. Set up printer to wireless network. tested printer, scanner, copy and fax functions. Attached correct cables to phone to receive faxes from existing landlline.Installed ink cartridges and paper.Demonstrated all functions of printer.

The provider was supposed to troubleshoot the problem but was not sure what was actually wrong with the computer. He repaired what he thought was wrong with the computer and it did not correct the problem. Since it was a one time cost for the repair, I would have to make another service call to repair and that did not make sense when it was not repaired correctly the first time.

We had an issue at first but he resolved everything to my satisfaction and I was really pleased with how everything turned out. He was professional and really gave me great customer service.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was fine. They came out within a couple of days, and there weren't any additional fees on top of the big deal. They ended up loosing all of my daughter's music on her itunes while we were on phone, but it was fine. I don't think it was great, but it was what we needed. I just needed them to get rid of the virus, which they did, and that is the most important part.

It was great. He came promptly and did the work I wanted done. He did other things too. He did everything within an hour.

the consultant was great-very knowledgeable and answered any questions. only problem was in regards to confirming my appointment and then his arrival later than expected.

No results. The tech was obviously working with others at the same time resulting in long delays. The 2/17 appointment was for 7 pm and I called twice before he rang me at 7:15. No apology. After more than 2 hours the driver was not fixed and we rescheduled for 2/20, 7 pm. When I called at 7:15 to ask why the tech was not calling the dispatcher said something about he was moving equipment (?). Not my problem. I called again, no action. The tech finally calls at 8:37 pm and leaves me a message for us to resume. Again, no apology. I did not return the call and waiting for a full refund. Will never use this service again.

I was very pleased. It took him almost 2 hours to take care of the problem and it is working fine now.

It was okay. I had some malware on my computer which was causing it to be slow. He changed my anti-virus ware to a different variety. They kept trying to sell me a maintenance plan. They also put a bunch of stuff on my computer which was their own software; they didn't tell me ahead of time and I didn't appreciate that. I tried calling them after the visit and I had to jump through a lot of hoops to reach someone. The tech was also wearing a lot of cologne and it lingered in my home for hours.

We agreed to have somebody come out on Feb 6th, 2015. He contacted me on Feb 5th to let me know he didn't have representatives to come out to my house. He then told me to give him a week, but I actually had to contact him on Feb 13th. He told me he still did not have anybody available and to contact Angie's List for a refund.

It was not what I expected. He came in and he was a very nice young man. He cleaned out a lot of junk in my computer that I could not do because I don?t have the appropriate program. The goal was to speed up my computer. I thought that I will be sitting there and he will show me how to do it myself but that was not happened. The deal includes that they can remotely access my computer in order to fix it if you have any problems with it. I did not take that $99 package because I was not comfortable with people remotely accessing my computer. But all in all, he did speed it up and he was very nice. He answered all the questions that I had. He put some programs that I can use to check if I have a lot of junk in my temporary files. The information he provided was good. There were no dislikes about the service provider it was just something that I misinterpreted what they advertised. I think that they should be clear when they advertise something. I think that they should be more honest on their objectives and how they do it. I had a family emergency at the time I purchased the deal so we had to delay their service and they were good about that. There were no additional charges apart from the $59 deal. I will tell others that the deal was reasonable if it is understood well. It was a good deal. I will recommend them.

Spoke with the company and they informed they could not have anyone in my area within my time frame.

He did 2 computers. He had both of them working and set up very quickly. They were much easier for us to use. We are very satisfied with the service.

When I scheduled the appointment, I received a response that the tech would come between 9AM & 12PM. A few days before the appointment, I called Exclusive Technology to ask if I could get a smaller timeline. I was told she would have the tech call me when he was on his way. He called, as was promised, and arrived at my house around 9:30. We sat together and he listened while explained what was happening with my laptop. I thought I could have had a virus or worm, or maybe I had outgrown the storage and memory. So, he checked everything on my PC and looked for any junk that was installed with other software, like tool bars. He saw that there were several tool bars and explained that this could be what is causing my PC to be sluggish and lock up. He removed the tool bars that I wasn't using and rebooted. He reviewed the spec on my PC, checked the performance and memory, and other things that I can't even explain, and rebooted a few more times, timing how long it took to boot up. He determined that my PC was in good shape;no viruses or malware were found. I was very satisfied that he took care of the problems I was having. 4 weeks later my PC is still working great. If I run into the same problems I was having, I know that I should check for and remove any unwanted tool bars. I will definitely use Exclusive Technology Consulting for any computer issues I have.

The service technician was very professional, polite and helpful. I had used a different service locally (not through Angie's List) and believe this technician was much more knowledgeable and also explained situations in terms I could understand. Will sign up for an annual contract for at least one of my computers! Excellent service.

They installed a video card onto my computer and did a good job.

She was very nice and very efficent. She was here for an hour at the most and it went very well.
