The technician showed up on time and was very professional. He transferred all my data from my old computer to my new computer. He also resolved my issue with my external hard drive. He downloaded the drivers and made sure that everything was operating properly. He also installed a cleaner and scanned all my files for viruses. I used this company in the past and I was very satisfied with their service.

We can not express how extremely happy we are with South Florida Tech Group. From the very first contact til the service was finalized. ON TIME! Very professional. Very polite. There was no doubt in our minds that the representative (Mike) knew what he was doing. We would not hesitate to use their services again. Actually there should be no other service considered except them! We will recommend them and recommend them and recommend them!

Thought the guy did a great job and was very personable. He was very willing to anwer any questions I might have.

It all went well. I signed up for a two hour repair session and was really hoping it could be done in two hours. I must admit i had a feeling before we started it would go over and i would be charged additional fees and it did and i was.but still I was very happy with the rep that helped me. He was very professional and personal.

Very good tech did all the things asked

The tech did a great job. He resolved almost everything on a long list of issues with both the operating system and a number of programs. He was knowledgeable and competent. More important, he was able to fix issues that a number of previous technicians -- including from Geek Squad -- failed to resolve.

HE ARRIVED ON TIME, LISTENED TO MY PROBLEMS, SAW MY PROBLEMS ON MY COMPUTER. THEN WITH A THUMB DRIVE REMOVED SOME VIRUS. EXPLAINED SOME TECHNICAL THINGS THAT COUULD GO WRONG. TOLD ME ABOUT SOME PROTECTION PROGRAMS TO USE. WAS AN EXCEPTIONAL INSTRUCTOR & "FIX IT" PERSON!!

He took a long time to complete the work. It cost a lot more than I planned on spending.

Greg was the service tech. He stayed with me until the problem was corrected. He was professional and knew exactly what to do to fix the issue.

I have a Windows 7 Intel Core i7 Computer that would not connect to the Internet. I had a company look at it remotely and they couldn't find anything, I then brought in a local PC Repair person who also gave up on the problem. I was ready to get rid of the Computer when I found South FL Technical Group on Angie's List. Chris came to the house and in minutes he determined that the Operating System had to be reloaded. Since I had Windows 7, Chris suggested that I upgrade to Windows 8.1 now and when Windows 10 is introduced next year I can Download the new product at no charge. Chris took my computer with him and 24 hours later he returned with what acts like a new Laptop. It is crazy fast, has new applications that I had never heard of and most importantly, it connects to the Internet. I would highly recommend South FL Technical Group for any of your Computer Service Needs.

Aaron did a nice job of tuning up our two laptops - one Windows 8 and the other Windows 7. Will be returning to replace a fan on one of our laptops to finish the repair. Pleased with his knowledge and service.

The provider gave me additional time for the service. I did have an up charge but it was reasonable. The company was on time, friendly and professional. Unfortunately the one problem I had was unable to be repaired. The resolution I was provided would be far more expensive and time consuming. The provider did get my computer functioning again.

Went very well, all issues were resolved and the representative was very thorough with the repairs.

I bought a big deal for this service. We ended up signing up for their yearly maintenance where they do maintenance once a quarter. They were very thorough and very knowledgeable. Their price was reasonable.

The tech determined that the problem wasn't fixable. He called his office and got a price for a new computer. He took my old unit with him and installed all of my programs into the new unit. However, there were some glitches and I talked to the owner, Mr. Fortune. He spent an extensive length of time with me and my computer to try and satisfy me. He took remote control of my unit and cleaned up spam, checked all the programs, installed some new apps. His attitude was great and he seemed determined to leave me as a satisfied customer. He exceeded brilliantly. I found this company to be ethical, professional and extremely knowledgeable (an important characteristic when dealing with computers). I recommend them highly, and particularly Mr. Fortune.

Performed scans for viruses and updated software programs. Removed malware and got computer running much faster and more efficiently. Very good experience with this company.

It went well. We were satisfied. Everything went very excellent. I was here with them the whole time. Our security system had viruses and he talked with the security system and he said that it was the type of computer that we have that sometimes it just doesn’t work which I never heard of. But he suggested a warranty for free and installed it and everything has been great since.

Removed items slowing down computer. Gave advice on software, downloads. Connected wireless printer to laptop. Advised on new operating system for laptop.Suggested improvements for desktop and laptop. Gave other pieces of valuable advice as he worked. I learned more about computers in 1 1/2 hours than I've learned before in a whole day.

The service went very good. I found them on Angie’s List. He came on Saturday and took it home and he brought it back on Sunday.
