Everything worked much better for a time but seems to be slowing down again. It's still better than what it was and I don't have a problem with unwanted scripts popping up on my page, or with my pages being hijacked as much. I plan to sign up for their yearly remote cleanup service.

I still have a recurring problem, though I'm not sure if it has to do with online issues; it might have to do with my hard drive. I will probably take my computer to a brick-and-mortar repair shop in the future.

Everything went well. The representative call me on time and it took about 45 min, in which he stayed on the phone with me talking through my concerns with my computer.

It was okay. No additional costs. He did the job I needed done. Somehow I got switched over with wireless. I was happy with them at first but unhappy with how it turned out. The last young man that came was nice. They always want to try to sell you something.

Great. Tech came to our home on first visit

The provider called multiple times to reschedule appointment due to scheduling conflicts on their end. Unfortunately this meant wasted time on my part as I took off time from work to be at the house to have the service. The provider was very professional and tried to save the laptop, however it was too far gone. Update 7 August 2015 I will NOT use the provider again. We believed the information they provided us with only to find out later it was false. They tried to get us to spend as much money with their company as possible without actually fixing the problem. BEWARE Do not trust what they tell you. The company we used in Homestead that was able to fix the computer for cheaper than this company telling us our computer was fried and to spend hundreds more dollars with their company is Laptop Zone 307 NE 2nd Dr, Homestead, FL 33030 (305) 247-3369

He was efficient and friendly and fun to work with. I had this one problem that I have asked someone about before and I just got a blank look. I didn't get a blank look from Julian ..he simply went about finding out what he could do and succeeded. I am SO impressed.

That went really good. They were an A. I would use them again. They came out two weeks after I bought the deal. I got them on Angie's List.

They were really great . Had a coupon for two hours of work and the technician got everything done on my list and then some!!! Would have them back in a heartbeat and probably will !!!

The tech got on my computer remotely (3000 miles away) and worked on it for 1 1/2 hours. It is acting OK today.

I think they came in and did fine. I was pleased with them. They were expensive. I had no problems. They came out quickly.

Friendly, helpful, and patient. They walked me through everything they were doing. I am generally pretty good at these things, but they were a real "value add." I have been dealing with "IT Guys" for 30 years and generally find that their interpersonal skills are in inverse proportion to their technical skills. Not these folks. Not in the least bit condescending.

Went well, was here for about an hour and gave me some pointers.

They came out around September last year and charged $59 dollars flat. He was fine, there was just one guy. Everything ended up working properly. The price was fine. He was responsive and he was on time. I would not use him again, it's nothing personal. I don't think his experience was enough for what I was looking for but it okay for this particular instance.

My family member who was here at the time is out of town and cannot be reached.

Wonderful. The guy was great. He came out and fixed the problem. It couldn't have been any better. They came out and done the work quickly. I would definitely call them again if I have a problem. Very fair pricing.

Mark contacted me after seeing my negative review on their service. He was willing to make things right & offered to remotely repair my computer after hours at no charge. He determined that the issue had to do with corruption of my operating system & cannot be repaired remotely. I will still need further work done, but appreciate the effort made by Mark.

They installed the windows xp professional in the computer. I turned on the computer a week later when my grandson was over at the house. Could not log in because the keyboard and mouse were not working. Called and the manager told me that I would have to pay for another service call for them to fix the problem. THIS PLACE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. THEY HAVE TO PAY ANGIE'S LIST FOR EACH REFERRAL AND THEY HAVE TO MAKE THE MONEY BACK SOMEHOW. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN PERIL!

He was very patient & talked me through everything in pretty non-technical terms so I could understand it. I appreciated that I would use them again.

This vendor did not do work for me. I purchased a 'Big Deal' to have some in-home work done on my malfunctioning PC. But when I called to book the appointment, they called me back to let me know that my area was no longer serviced. They advised that I call Angie's List for a refund. I called Angie's List, and they said that they would refund the money if I purchased a new 'Big Deal' with a different vendor....well....since I still needed the work done, I did that. Then they refunded it back to my paypal account. So I needed to jump through a few hoops....but I got my refund and everything worked out.
