It went perfectly. No complaints.

Though tech arrived well after the agreed upon time, he did call to advise. He was pleasant and knowledgeable and luckily I had an old hard-drive and he was able to repair on site. Will definitely use provider again.

SUMMARY - WASTED MY TIME... This is a company that contracts out independent contractors to clients in various cities. They only had one representative for the Tampa area and he was coming from Orlando. I had a tight schedule the day of our appt. and it was very important for him to be on-time and the company knew we had an urgent need for all of the above services. We had an appt. for 10 AM. He called after 10 AM to let me know that he was still at another job and would be there after he was done. We rescheduled for 2 PM, as I had a Noon appt. with a client. At 2:10 PM, when he had not arrived, I called him. He was still at another job and told me he would come "when he was done". ??? I had another appt. later that afternoon, and could not reschedule a second time (and I should not have had to!). Obviously, he does not know much about my business because my team and I do not have that kind of spare time. He used the excuse that he was coming from Orlando (but he had already been in Ybor City (east side of Tampa) all day since the morning???). He had SIX hours to meet with me and couldn't get there to meet me - and I had to call HIM when he didn't show on time. Obviously, he does not value my time. That's the message it sent to me. I called the main company and they were apologetic and said that they had thought he would come to meet me before any installations. They had no other reps for the Tampa area. It appears they are having a hard time retaining or hiring quality contractors for their business in the areas in which they state that they provide service. That's what the experience told me. This was to be a potential long-term and varied relationship for this company with my growing company, but they will not be getting my business. And now -- they have WASTED my time and impeded my process of addressing my needs by several days. Time = money in any business, and a company in the IT business should know this, and I will not work with a company who doesn't value my time. I am moving on to interview the next service provider.

Mike came over and he is fantastic! He did things that other people worked on over and over without being able to correct it, and he was able to do it. He is really good! He is fantastic!

The technician was very attentive and had an extensive knowledge of computer problems and how to remedy them.

His name was Aaron Kearney. He looked at the computer and told me exactly what was wrong. It had two viruses and a worm (?). He told me what software to stay away from so this doesn't happen again. It was fixed before the time was up, so he showed me the windows 10 changes and a couple of things that make the computer software work better. I was very impressed. I used the computer for about 5 hours tonight and it has never been this good. I would recommend them to anyone. They are not very expensive for the job that they do.

Greg, the tech, answered all my questions. He did not seemed rushed or in a hurry to get off the phone when I asked for more details. He was very helpful.

Overall it was very nice. I find nothing wrong with the company.

The provider was never able to show up twice for the appointment due to overbooking. The 2nd time we had scheduled for the first thing in the morning and after waiting a couple of hours I called and they did not know when the person could get over so decided to cancel the order and I did get my money back.

The first appointment they were late. I had to call them to see where the tech was. He had gotten stuck on another job. I had to reschedule. When they did come, my computer was tuned, cleaned up, all updates completed. They also removed unnecessary software that was slowing the machine down. I called back a week or so late with a question they were very responsive. I would use them again and recommend.

Excellent service. They called before the diagnostic started to make sure my computer was on and began the tests. They kept me informed by phone calls to let me know how it was going, Answered all my questions: such as "I don't think my computer is running as fast as I'm paying my internet provider for" It isn't. The technican gave me pointers on what I should as my internet provider for. He also assisted with information about an upgrade to WIndows 10 and acquiring an external hard drive.

I called this company to help me with an upgrade and printer problems. Mark answered the phone, asked me where I was located, told me he did work in my area but was currently in line at the post office. He said that he would call me back in 15 minutes. It has been 24 hours - no call back. I guess he is so busy that he doesn't need any new customers. I certainly won't be one.

Excellent experience with this provider! Super fast response time (thank goodness, because I'm lost without my computer. Once appt was set, they called in the morning to remind me of their arrival time and again when they were on their way. Their Service Tech was punctual, personable, polite, and most importantly....knowledgeable! He made sure every thing was in perfect working order before he left and he finished within the alotted time frame. Would recommend this fabulous provider to anyone. Mike was awesome. I hired him for two hours' computer work. My old computer was not loading Windows right when I turned it on, and I couldn't access anything. My family said the unit was toast, and I ought to order a new computer, so I did. I figured if the old computer was really beyond repair I could get him to set up my new one. He set up the new one while he was waiting for the hard drive repair on the old unit to run, so now I have two working computers! And not only that, he got along with my Jack Russell Terriers. I usually put Paco in the back bedroom when someone is working in the house because he barks a lot and is not nice to strangers, but Mike felt sorry for the little jerk and asked me to let him out. They were best buds before Mike left.

Service was very professional. The technician was knowledgable. Project took about 3 hours. I bought an external drive from the technician during the visit. I think it was overpriced after looking around I could have purchased this item for 1/2 price at a local big box store. I was charged 100.00 for a wd 500 gb basic storage. You can get one for $50.00. I did purchase a deal for 2 hours of service for $64.00.

We had some communication issues, but they have been resolved. The job they do is adequate, there customer service is just a little raw.

The technician came out (more than 4 hours late, stating he called and left a message about coming at the appointed time). I gave both my cell # and home #; no calls were received. Several days after the work was done, I was unable to open the MAPS program on my laptop. My KINDLE app did not work, either. When I telephoned the company and spoke to Mark, he said I would have to pay for another home visit to correct the problem. He insinuated that maybe my laptop had other problems. No. Not at all. Until the work was done to transfer files to my desktop, the MAPS program always worked fine...the KINDLE app, also. I should have to pay an additional charge to correct a problem that resulted subsequent to South Florida Tech Group working on my laptop? The attitude of Mark was extremely negative and he was accusatory. I should pay him more

The man arrived on time and was here for about 2hours. He removed the malware on my computer and installed malware detection. He was very polite and helpful. Some days later I experienced another problem. I called him and he repaired the computer remotely . I would highly recommend this company .

Well I've used their service twice now, and ended up signing up for a maintenance plan because that is probably the best course of action...seems like a decent price for the care I will get ..and I will hopefully get..I will demand Greg !

Showed up on schedule and spend two full hours with me - even after the initial need was met, continued to show me ways to be more effective. Very good communicator, very professional. The coupon is why is tried them - would have been a great value at twice the price.
