Russell was easy to deal with and did a very professional job painting my warehouse. I thought I needed two coats of paint because I went with a lighter color but he said one coat would cover just fine which it did, saving me a good chunk on money. He came out a second time (at no additional cost) to paint some overhead door panels which were not installed until just after he painted the building. The work was done quickly and within the time frame we agreed upon. I now have the best looking warehouse in the park!

The team of two were punctual, professional, polite. They did an excellent job during the two days it took to begin and complete the job of repainting the high cathedral ceiling of my small lanai. Over the years, humidity and dampness had caused the previous tape to break away from ceiling, requiring repair and repainting. Always polite and professional, Russell and the other team member arrived on time and paid 100% attention to the job. Both days on site, they cleaned up the lanai and left it orderly and ready for the next day. The quality of the work was exemplary. I am amazed at what was accomplished in two days. The ceiling looks like a new ceiling. Thank you, Russell. Job Well Done!

Russell Lallier and his partner are exceptional! Very professional, responsible & reliable! 3 qualities which are very difficult to find in SW FL contractors. We contracted our painting job in January but did not want the work to start until April. Russell was able to commit to a mid April date in January and kept his word. They showed up every morning at 8am, set up, painted all day, and CLEANED up every afternoon. Highly recommend!

Russell and his crew were great from the beginning of the job to the end. Russell is very friendly, professional and willing to do what it takes to make sure the job is done well. Very punctual and clean. I would definitely recommend Russell to anyone who needs their house painted.

They responded by saying they might have someone who could do our job and to forward them pictures. We forwarded photos of the deck we currently have that needs to be replaced along with detailed info of what we want to have done. After two weeks we made another contact to find out if they would or would not be able to give us estimates. Even a "no" would have been appreciated, but we never heard another word from them.

Russell started and completed on schedule. Very profession and very nice. He and his employee did an excellent job. We will hire him again and refer him to friends and neighbors.

Russell was very responsive to coming to our home to give initial estimate. I prefer text communication which worked well for us both to arrange a time. He committed to 3 days to completion and work was done on time. He made useful recommendations for type of paint. He and Jose were courteous and respectful and the actual paint job was very professional. The drywall repair was excellent; they had to match a plaster pattern on the wall and I cannot tell where they made the repair. We will call them for future painting or drywall needs.

Russell and his crew, from start to finish were amazing. All the work was completed in four days, with the first day being the exterior washing of the home and workshop. When you pressure wash a home that had not been cleaned in a while, (we bought it as a foreclosure), the process takes some time and the potential exists to leave behind a mess. Russell and his crew though cleaned up everything and did an excellent job of pressure washing and filling cracks. They also went the extra mile and re-caulked all the windows and doors. Neither my wife nor I were home during most of the days while they worked, and were very pleased when we got home each day to see the results. They took great care to make sure no paint was spilled on the slate floors, and taped off the bead board ceilings on both porches to prevent overspray. The trim work around the windows was meticulous. The method they used to apply the paint over the stucco left no spots unpainted and the coverage was excellent. The large barn had never been painted and now matches the house perfectly. On one day, I was able to be home for part of the day and spoke to the crew of two who along with Russell did the work. They were extremely polite, professional, and hard-working. We were more than pleased with the results and would gladly welcome questions from other Angie's List Users. Russell was very punctual, professional and very skilled at what he does. He responded to my request immediately. Price was reasonable and fair. He made some suggestions on an area of our house that was uniquely constructed and it turned out great. It took him less than one week to paint the entire interior of the house. The painting was done very well as well as the drywall. I would highly recommend him for any of your painting or drywall needs.

Excellent work on everything! Russ was a pleasure to work with. I have him working on a tile kitchen backsplash and a kitchen island.

Russell was the first of 5 contractors to respond to our request for quotes, he took his time and noticed things we hadn't thought about. He made a number of great suggested. Russell was not the least expensive but we liked the fact that he provided the quote himself, he took his time and had great attention to detail. He showed on time and did an exceptional job. We are not easy to please but we could not find fault with any of his work and were very pleased with the outcome. Russell took the time to do the work right the first time and our condo looks Awesome!! We got 5 bids for painters, we only got 1 bid for our shower. Russell will be replacing the shower and tile in a few weeks, we have no double it will exceed our expectations. We would recommend Russell and his company to all my family and friends!!

They showed up on time each day and performed the requested work. All work was professionally done. I have no complaints with any of the work. I will be using Lallier for several other projects I have coming up.

Patched holes that took 8 hours and I had to finish to make them to my standard. The job was not bad but not the way I would have finished them. I looked at the work and told him it was ok because I didn't what to pay any more he was charging $50.00 a hour.

Russell did a great job. He arrived when he said he would and finished when he said he would. He left the home neater then it was when he started. The paint job was great and he did everything the we discussed. Will gladly use him for my next project.

Contractor was originally signed up to paint a new construction house with no furniture, curtains, rugs, etc. Due to unforeseen circumstances with closing we had to move in prior to painting. Furniture, shutters, etc. were all in place by the time Lallier could reschedule painting (at no additional cost). Lallier completed the job in a completely professional manner, while maintaining the time schedule and always keeping and exceeding the schedule provided for completion. All work performed was extremely well done and on time. We would highly recommend Lallier Construction for any work scheduled through Angie's List.

Russell was the first to answer our request for prices. He was extremely available to provide the needed information. After couple of meetings, Russell provided us with a date to start the Job, and candidly he exceeded our expectations. He was always on time and worked diligently to finish the Job on time. We will without any doubt use Russell for any future projects! Great contractor with great ethics!

Russell Lallier did a fantastic job. There is little evidence of the cracks and the hole left by the subwoofer. He was even able to do the painting for me as well. Russell's also a super nice guy. I picked him because he's rated pretty highly here on Angie's List and I definitely understand why.

I contacted Lallier Construction through Angie's list and I got an email back right away saying that he could come over and look at the job tomorrow. When Russell came over I hired him and he jumped right into it and was able to match the paint and caulk perfectly.

The work went very well.It took him a week to finish.He was very methodical.He came every day and worked the whole day.He was very easy to deal with and gave us a written estimate.
