First, let me say that Russ is very easy to do work with. We’ve done other major renovations, and Russ was by far the best to work with. He has good suggestions, works thru issues that arise, and is fairly meticulous in his work. Russ took out a jacuzzi tub, expanded the shower and master closet, and also added custom cabinets, quartz counter tops, and painted. It came out great, and we will look to use Russ again on future projects.

Renovations projects, in my condo in Florida, were completed in a timely manner, and in a neat and professional way. Since I live in New Hampshire Lallier Construction went over and above, on more than one occasion, to help with issues that were not on the remodeling agenda. I would highly recommend Lallier Construction for any renovation projects.

It went well. They were prompt, cleaned up each day, quality was excellent. They were easy to work with, communication was excellent. Russell had good suggestions for various aspects of the job.

Russell and his team were awesome, every step of the way. They provided expertise to help attain the outcome we were looking for and kept us apprised (we were away while the work was done) by sending photos and calling periodically throughout the project. They even came back for a couple of minor touch-ups, many months later, free of charge to ensure we were satisfied. Russell was recommended by our neighbors and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing any kind of home remodeling done. Thank you!

Started less than 3 weeks after first contact. Work was completed in 5 days with the exception of the glass door which was custom made. Arrived every day at 8am and worked a full day. Tile work was exceptional. Russell and Shawn are very friendly and easy to work with.

We were very happy with the end results of our remodel of two bathrooms and new flooring in our bedrooms. Lallier is a very professional company that responded well to any requests and were very helpful in all aspects of design. The quality of work on tile, paint, trim and installation was top notch. Their work ethic was excellent, showing up on time and working till job was completed. We recommend them highly!

After receiving a few estimates we decided to go with Russell and Lallier Construction. The most expensive but certainly not the least expensive. His estimate is probably what sold us as it was very detailed with add on items as options. We did not pay a cent more than what what was on the estimate. The project took a week to complete and they were here from 8 to 4 each day. We are very please with the attention to detail how clean everything looks. I have already recommended Russell to a friend. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

This was the 2nd time hiring Lallier Construction. Bathroom turned out beautifully. All work was completed in record time. Tile, paint etc looks great and installation was quality work. I hired Russell to do the remodeling of our master bathroom. I had hired Russell two years ago to paint the interior of our house and I really appreciated his professionalism, his work ethic, and the quality of the work. I had the same experience this time around with our master bathroom remodel. He and his crew did a quality job and exceeded my expectations in terms of timing of job completion. The bathroom had to be gutted and totally remodeled. He gave his opinion, when asked, as I selected the materials for installation, but was always professional in respecting my decisions. He was responsive when I had questions and we worked well together to solve minor issues that came up along the way. I really enjoyed working with him and his team and will hire them again for future work that we have planned.

I cannot say enough good things about Lallier! Probably one of the best experiences we ever had in dealing with the contractor. Russell and his team reliable, punctual,meticulous and very professional. They finished ahead of schedule and on budget in spite of a few changes we asked for along the way. I had hired them for interior painting, and was very satisfied, so I contacted them for exterior painting. Their price was competitive, and Russell was helpful using the exact colors that my wife and I wanted. They were professional and finished the job on time. I have recommended them to friends.

The bathroom was done in 8 days with the exception of the shower glass that had to be ordered. After the glass was installed, it was less than 2 weeks. The bathroom looks great and the quality of work done was great. Russell has some good ideas when it comes to remodeling and gave us options on things we could do. We are hiring him for additional work and another bathroom remodel.

Great company to work with! We hired Lallier Construction Inc for a laundry room remodel, specifically to add cabinets, utility sink, granite countertops and an electrical outlet. Russell Lallier was quick to respond to our request. He met with us, reviewed the project and our needs and quickly came up with an estimate. Throughout the project, Russell kept us informed whether it was for cabinet lead time, countertop preparation etc.. He would always let us know the name of the people coming to the house, the time of arrival and what they were expected to accomplish. We are extremely happy with the results and would definitely hire Lallier again. They have our highest recommendation!

Russell was very responsive to our need to repair some ceiling damage due to an air conditioner leak. They were able to schedule us within a day or two. They showed up on time and the repair looks great. We will likely hire them again.

Russell Lallier and team responded quickly to our urgent remodelling requests for our Fort Myers vacation home. Not only did Russell pay close attention to every detail, he spent time to give an explanation on the entire process, and made great recommendations which we are now so grateful for. His team was always punctual, professional and delivered on all commitments. As Canadians, we were not there to monitor progress and quality of work, but Russell bridged this by sending us daily updates, pictures and never hesitated to reach out to us to ensure we were completely happy with the work underway. With an extremely tight timeline, Russell and team exceeded every expectation and gave us the piece of mind that we needed. We will certainly call on him again for our next remodelling project!

It went extremely well. Russell was very accommodating with the last minute schedule changes I had. The work was done exactly as I required and on schedule. They repaired the drywall in three ares that had water damage, and painted it to exactly match the three different colors in those areas. They noticed and repaired areas that needed attention that I hadn't seen. They reinstalled 3 ceiling light fixtures. They also replaced 8 smoke alarms, which means I'll sleep more peacefully without false alarms. I will recommend them to friends.

Overall great experience. Russell and co did an excellent job patching and texturing the cracks on various parts of the ceiling. They were professional covering up floors (prior to painting) and cleaning up at the end of day. I would use them for future projects in the house.
