 + 4 moreLallier Construction did a great job on our remodel. They responded quickly to our request for services and started work shortly after. They communicated well throughout the process, always letting us know when they would or would not be onsite. When they were onsite, they were onsite all day and did their best to clean up at the end of each day. The quality of the work is excellent and we could not be happier with the results.
Description of Work: Significant bathroom remodel after shower pan failure. Removed and rebuilt 3'x7' shower. Repaired faulty subfloor and retiled entire bathtub surround and bathroom floor. Finished up by reinstalling all plumbing, replacing baseboards and painting the entire bathroom.

Description of Work: Interior painting - living room, halls, dining room and kitchen. Ceiling, walls and all woodwork. They also fixed and re-plastered a droopy area in the kitchen ceiling.

 + 4 moreShower was rebuilt from top to bottom with custom cutouts for shampoos, new grab bar. What is behind the tile is built to code! The owner Russell Lallier was on site during the entire project. Always on time and on budget. I highly recommend Lallier Construction.
Description of Work: Walk-in shower pan (bottom) failed causing shower to leak. Entire shower needed to be torn down to the studs and rebuilt.

 + 4 moreWhat mostly impresses us is the responsive communication of Russell and his crew. He will call, email or text immediately with any questions or answers, he makes great suggestions on material selections and the overall scope of the project. He did not upcharge on material such as tile and even made pick up and returns for us from suppliers. He approaches each job with integrity and is personally on site, he doesn't just send a crew. We were so pleased that we have contracted for a larger kitchen remodel to be completed in the next few months.
Description of Work: Lallier Construction had completed an interior painting project for us previously and we were impressed with timeliness and quality of their work. We contacted for an estimate to remodel guest bathroom and Russell immediately followed up and gave us a competitive bid which was no easy thing since we kept adding to the scope such as painting bedrooms, removing sliding door, replacing ceiling fans etc. In the bathroom itself they replaced the tub with a walk in shower, hinged glass shower door, ceiling and vanity light fixtures, tiled shower wall and floor, quartz countertop for vanity and painted walls. He completed the project while we were not on site and we returned to an amazing transformed bathroom.

In our case, we struggled with a specific kind of exhaust fan (which senses humidity) for the shower. Lallier always does whatever is needed to make the project a total success. We continue to be very, very pleased with Lallier....
Description of Work: We used Lallier to do extensive painting in our home last year. This year, we hired Lallier to remodel our master bath. It was a total tear down and rebuild, although the layout of the room remained the same. Our goal was have the master bath look like 2017.

We picked out two paint colors and they gave advice on which walls to paint the accent color. We also had them install a back-splash for our kitchen. They gave us advice on which grout to use and the finished product looks outstanding. We have gotten many complements on the paint job and back-splash. I would highly recommend them.

 + 5 moreRussell Lallier and his crew were always punctual and worked with our schedule to complete the several steps of the project right on time. He explained every aspect of the project as it progressed and offered many good suggestions along the way. They were always very easy to work with.
Description of Work: We wanted to give our dated kitchen and master bathroom a facelift. We hired Lallier Construction to remove our old countertops and replace them with beautiful granite. The work involved drywall repair, painting, moving electric outlets, and installing a beautiful tile backsplash. They also replaced the bathroom vanity countertops, removed the "builder" mirrors, repaired the damaged drywall and got the walls prepared for painting. Finally, they removed our old sliding mirror closed doors and replaced them with our preferred double doors.

 + 5 moreThey are a good group to work with. Their people are careful in the house which is important on a remodel as there are things that can be damaged. Also, they always did a good job cleaning the site as this project involved several separate phases. Painting is very good, nice finishes and edges. Crown and tile work look very nice, already have compliments on results. Laundry remodel looks great. We are very satisfied with what they did and the price we paid.
Description of Work: Install crown molding, repair drywall where demo created issues, paint walls, ceilings and closets, install tile on kitchen island and replace chipped floor tile, install cabinets in laundry room and sink with granite, touch up paint all over.
