Russell is an effective communicator and very responsive. The job was started and finished on schedule. I had received several quotes and his was the best. The painting is meticulous! We are very satisfied with his work and highly recommend Lallier Construction Company!

Russell was very professional and great to work with he showed up on time and did a GREAT JOB I would definitely recommend him I've seen several of his paint jobs inside and out the man is great and very reasonable priced.

THERE ARE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE RUSSELL LALLIER'S COMPANY OTHER THAN "FABULOUS, WONDERFUL, DEPENDABLE, AND DETAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION. RUSSELL AND EITHER ONE OR TWO OF HIS EMPLOYEES ALWAYS SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND WORKED ALMOST FIVE DAYS COMPLETE THIS JOB. ON THE LAST DAY RUSSELL HIMSELF WALKED AROUND MY CONDO TO CHECK ON THE WORK THAT THE OTHERS AND HE HAD DONE; AND CORRECTED ANY ISSUES THAT WERE VISIBLE. I WAS ALSO INVITED TO CHECK HIS WORK AFTERWARDS AND ENSURE THAT I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED, AND I WAS. RUSSEL MADE SOME POSITIVE RECOMMENDATIONS ON THE TYPE OF SHERWIN WILLIAMS PAINT TO BE USED, BUT SUBSEQUENTLY LEFT THE GRADE AND COLOR OF THE PAINT UP TO ME. PRIOR TO THIS INTERIOR PAINT JOB, I VISITED THE LOCAL SHERWIN WILLIAMS STORE SEVERAL TIME TO LEARN MORE ABOUT GRADES AND COLORS OF PAINTS USED BY CONTRACTORS. I EVENTUALLY CHOSE A MORE EXPENSIVE GRADE OF PAINT FOR THIS JOB AND RUSSELL NEVER CHANGED THE QUOTED PRICE. ALSO HE AND HIS EMPLOYEES MOVED AND REPLACED ALL OF MY FURNISHINGS, AND ALWAYS CLEANED UP AS BEST AS POSSIBLE ON A DAILY BASIS. AT THE END OF THE JOB, RUSSELL HIMSELF DID A COMPLETE CLEANING OF ANY DEBRIS OR PAINT CHIPS LEFT BY HIS COMPANY. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL RUSSELL FOR ANY FUTURE CONSTRUCTION OR REPAIR NEEDS. BY THE WAY HIS PRICE WAS MORE THAN COMPETITIVE; AND ALTHOUGH FOUND IT LOW COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES THAT BID ON THE JOB, I WAS THOROUGHLY SATISFIED. THANKS AGAIN LALLIER CONSTRUCTION. YOU DESERVE AN "AAAA" RATING IN MY BOOK.

For the first few jobs I received other prices from other companies for things I wanted done but after he finished what he said he would do and didn't try to hassle with pricing after or during the job like other people ive delt with. I just didn't waist time dealing with other people. It would be a surprise to me if you had a problem with Russ's company.

I recently put a rental up for sale, which undoubtedly needed some clean up work done to it. I hired Lallier Construction for interior/ exterior paint, pressure washing roof/gutters, and dry wall/plastering repairs that were needed. They did an immense job. I was very impressed in how masterful they were in all areas. All projects were completed a timely manner. Not only were they very professional, but also competitive with their pricing. I would suggest this company to anyone needing similar projects done. In the end I had my rental property on the market for only 48 hrs and received an offer, in which the house closed 30 days following. I thank Lallier Construction for their hard work and believe their services enticed such a quick sell.

Painted the inside of our home replaced a door and fixed drywall due to a flood. Very professional company and made the whole process easier on out family. Would recommend them for anyone wanting to remodel there home.

We have been using Lallier construction ever since we bought are new home, Slowly remodeling room by room. They have always been on time and left never knowing there was work done after they finished that day. Lee had the outside painted also because the original builders grade paint had faded drastically since this home was built. we are very happy to have found a honest company and will refer them whenever we have the chance.

We Decided to use them when we seen the work they did for ours friends recently. We are very pleased with the work they did on our home. Always on time, very clean, and the quality of there work was excellent. The house Looks great with the new 5" inch baseboards and Fresh Paint ! We will highly recommend them.

First they were the only company that we contacted that showed up on time to give there estimate, and we thought they were priced very well so we decided to use them to paint our house. We decided on a start date for when we got back from vacation on the following Monday and they started on time that morning as scheduled. They were done in a few days and the house looks great ! there was no sign that any work had been done and there wasn't a drop of paint left behind. we will be using them again to paint some other rooms soon and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have there home painted and Pressure washed.
