"Horrible. Paul Abott does not stand behind his work. Contracted for new AC install. First no license to work in Charlotte County. Second Ac failed county inspection. Had another AC company come out to trouble shoot for what was to be corrected. Paul Abbott only fixed to pass county inspection. Gaps in drywall and duct work. No drain pan install. AC not upgraded to handle unit. Black mold grew in AC and duct work. Paul Abott would not stand behind his work and cost us another $3000 to have reputable AC company complete repair issues. Steer clear of Polar Bear Air Cape Coral and Paul Abbott and sons. He over talks you, talks down to you, especially women. Steer clear of him and his company."
