Josh Free was on time; worked efficiently and came under estimate.

The work was done very well, on time and as estimated.

When Josh arrived with one of his employees, he thought he was coming to make an estimate and I thought he was coming to install the light fixtures. When he realized that I was expecting him to install the lights, he and his employee went right to work and had those lights installed in less than an hour! He was so professional, and his price was so reasonable, I will definitely use him again. I had him give me an estimate on replacing a bathroom vent and a kitchen vent and a bad switch. He is scheduled to return at the end of July.

Very professional and courteous. Gave me a bid to have the work done. The bid was in line with another estimate we had. We are not using Halo for this job, but we will definitely consider using them in the future because they are professional and seem to have fair prices.

I had actually used them before to test my dryer socket outside in my shed....the dryer would turn, but had no heat. It turns out that the breaker had tripped and wasn't getting enough electricity...my fault. Josh, the owner, was extremely nice & explained the problem and showed me how to remedy the situation, should it happen again. He only charged me for the service call. I called them again, and this time my new lights were installed...perfectly! This company is so nice to work with ...very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They are definitely my "go to" company for anything electrical!!

Installation went very well. Electrician put down drop cloths in work area and cleaned up when completed. Halo actually did several modifications during the construction phase of my home and they were always responsive with the wok done in a truly professional manner. In the beginning I had no real knowledge about the company but can state that I had approximately $6,000 dollars worth of sound equipment sent directly to their office. It was well taken care of and professionally installed per my direction. Halo is Truly a great find here in SWF.

Halo did a first class job in installing a new main electrical panel. Their service could not have been better. Very prompt, professional and courteous. Answered all our questions. In addition, the timely and complete communications with their office were simply outstanding. They keep the customer fully informed every step of the way. When I called for an estimate, his office staff was very polite. Josh came out within a couple of days to give me an estimate. I did obtain three estimates, Josh was the lowest price. When Josh arrived he was very pleasant, punctual, and went right to work. He reviewed with me what I had requested be done. He did not become annoyed when I asked a lot of questions. The finished product was very well done. Josh reviewed the work he completed with me and was pleasant about my asking more questions. They cleaned up after themselves, finishing a job well done!

I called Halo on Monday Aug. 11, 2014 To ask about installing some outlets in our home. Appointment was made for next morning at 8am. The owner Josh and Rob showed up on time, and did the job in two hours or less. Very professional and extremely polite individuals. Also very reasonably and fair pricing. We will call them for any future electrical work to be done. We would also highly recommend them to others looking for electricians.

The experience turned out very good. It was a big job. They were able to complete everything in a timely manner, and when there were unforeseen problems, they took care of those. I had a damage by one of the workers one time, and they assumed total responsibility. Overall I thought they were very professional, and responsible.

They were on time (early in fact), courteous and very professional. After they determined what materials would be needed they went to four stores until they found the exact match for my switch/outlet plates (mine are ivory instead of white and not available everywhere). They really went above & beyond and I was extremely grateful for their consideration of my special needs. It was also a pleasure to work with Lisandra who did an outstanding job of fitting me into a very tight schedule at the last minute. I feel blessed to have found such an honest competent company and I highly recommend Halo Electronic for all your electronic needs.

I own a rental property on an island in Florida. My Tenants called and told me several lights weren't working. I searched Angie's list and called Halo Electric. They were able to do the repair the day I called them. The tech showed up on time was very nice and completed the job. He ended up replacing five ballasts in a hard to get to place as well as a few bulbs. I found them to be reasonably priced.

We had a big electrical job to do. We wanted to add a transfer switch for our new generator and to do a major update/add lighting project throughout our 2,600 square foot home. I called Josh based on a recommendation and could not be happier with his work. He arrived right on time and answered all our questions about how to add lighting to many areas of our home. Josh was able to give us ideas on making things work best for what we wanted. We had many questions and Josh always had good answers, he can think out of the box to solve problems. Communication with Halo was great, I always got a call when they were inbound and all my emails were answered promptly. Josh and his workers were always polite and hardworking. Halo took great care to keep our home clean. They always arrived with the right parts and if we changed our minds on something they adapted. Josh and crew wanted us to be truly happy with the project and went the extra mile every time to insure that all was perfect. Josh is a personable young man who knows his business and will do the job right. I have looked for a good electrician since we moved here, I have found him. I give Josh Free and Halo Electric my highest recommendation!

Work was scheduled with the power company and completed within 8 hours. The original electrical panel incorrectly identified home circuits and Josh took the time to correctly identify specific circuits to their respective circuit breaker. He also made an unscheduled return call to help us with the pool electronics installation.

While this turned out to be a simple fix, to us it was a HUGE problem. We had decided to proactively replace the batteries in our 7 smoke detectors before we left town for a month so our housemates wouldn't have to worry. So, try to do something good and of course it comes back and smacks you in the face!! We replaced all the batteries and one of the detectors didn't sound right in the test, so we were a little worried about it. No problem with that one, but three others started chirping. Keep in mind, no chirping before, chirping after. We tried replacing the batteries again, no luck, and it was driving our dogs crazy. I checked out electricians in the area on the site here and almost everyone was closed on Sunday, however we found Halo Electric which happened to be very close to our home. While I was on the phone with the answering service, the electrician as already calling me(Josh) so I hung up and spoke to him. He assured me he'd be here in about a half hour and sure enough he was. He pulled down the detector and unplugged it which we tried and could not do, showed us how to reset it and put it back up. He then stayed around 20 additional minutes to make SURE that it was not going to trigger again and freak out the dogs. The icing on the cake was that he felt bad that he had done so little and that the dogs had been traumatized so he charged us less than the normal fee. I'd call Josh and Halo Electric any time. Really great customer service.

Everything went exactly as planned and quoted. Great guys. Did exactly what they said with no surprises. Excellent work! Would highly recommend.
