Excellent, very responsive. They replaced a row of lights that pulled out of wall and were just hanging by wires. Prior box was plastic and Halo (Jim) replaced it with a metal one. I can't thank them enough. Fair price of $95 and $20 discount through Angie's List.

Went well, easy to schedule, quick response and resolution. Was running a little behind but the office and electrician called to say running late and update arrival time. Quickly found the issue and replaced. Easy to do business, quick, friendly and knowledgeable and will call back when need any electrical work.

Jeff arrived at our home on time. He found the problem and made all the necessary repairs to our lantern and inside switch. Everything is now working perfectly. Jeff is a pleasure to have working in your home.... he's personable, professional, neat, fast, and a man who knows what he's doing. We weren't charged an arm and a leg for his services either. Everything was so new in a timely fashion. The electricians explained what was going to be done and they were neat and clened up after themselves.

My wife and I are building a new home. We are looking for bids on the electrical work. This is not anything fancy....a 3/2 home. I called HALO based on their reviews here. Initially they were very responsive. I called and was told they were interested and to send the plans via email. After one week they contacted me and said they hadn't had a chance to quote it but would soon. After the second week I emailed to check on the status and received an email back saying they weren't interested in bidding it BUT their rate is $90/hour plus materials. I wish they hadn't wasted 2 weeks of my time waiting on something they didn't intend to bid on. I'm glad others have had a good experience with HALO. I did not. I was hoping to support a new business but it's difficult if they're not even interested enough to give you a quote. Guess I'll go back to some of the tried and true electrical contractors around town.

Could not have been happier in dealing with Josh Free and his team on this job. From the initial visit to review the job requirements thru the installation and cleanup everything went smoothly. The three person team was professional, very easy to deal with and accommodated requirements such as placing cable runs along outer edge of garage attic so as not to interfere planned storage. They willingly explained what they were doing and sought owners input on such things as exact placement of the panel. In addition I found that his administrative help was prompt in responding and went out of her way to schedule work at a time that met homeowners needs. Would highly recommend Halo!

If you want to work with a highly competent, smart and nice guy then this is your new electrician. Josh did an excellent job in fixing many, many things in the unit I just bought. From a panel change to fixing really bad recessed lights to installing new ones, he was spot on. We also had installed a huge ceiling fan and he called to let me know he did not like where he installed it and was going to move it! I know tons of contractors who would have never let me know that and just would have left it. Since I was doing all of this remotely, it was important to me that Josh was respectful of my house and that he took photos to show me the work completed. He did all this and more, like finding that a box was wired incorrectly. I also appreciate his wife who runs the business like a champ ? they even let me ship a huge fan to them for installation. They are a great team and if you want quality work, great communication with excellent outcomes then call Halo.
