Painting was average. Condition they left the house was disappointing. I rescheduled business travel to be here while they were here, but then they cancelled just prior to scheduled start. All and all, not a favorable experience start to finish. On a positive note, everyone was very nice. Just disappointed in the quality of the work.

it was over the top from start to finish - very very professional and a perfect painting job

I was extremely impressed with the sales and service issues for this company. We ended up choosing another company, but except for the price, their knowledge and willingness to assist however they could was impressive.

Job was very neat and they cleaned up. Only negative was they painted FPL on-call box for the pool so I can't see the blinking light which tells me if FPL has shut off power to the pool pump.

Very professional and perfectly done. Will be the only painter I use. This is the 2nd job they have done for me and I was very happy with both projects.

The job was completed in 4 days. Sealing cracks, repairing some cement work, covering windows with plastic prior to painting, cleaning and painting the wrought iron, painting the soffit, gutters, and down spot. There was nothing left undone. We were gone the first day of the job and the painter (Franco) had covered the car in the driveway with plastic, so as to not get any paint on the car. He went the extra step and was very, very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend him and the CertPro for ANY and ALL painting that you need to have done. The owner, Jim was very professional as well, offering suggestions on colors and we had the estimate before he left our home - no need to wait days for the estimate to make your decision. We will definitely be using them again in the near future to paint the interior.

Needed painting done right away before floor was laid. His guy came in on the 24 of December and did what was asked and it turned out just perfect. Jim from Certa Pro was responsive and very easy to work with. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to others. Certapro was the only contractor out of about 5 different trades that I used that kept appointment times as well as performed as promised with NO hassle. Also, their pricing is below the other painting contractors I got quotes from. You can feel confident that you will get a great job done at a great price, you'll be happy!

Certa Pro did a great job. From the original estimate done by Jim, to the prep and painting and cleanup. We had some mounted tv's and pictures hangers to be removed and this was included in the estimate. They did a great job. They even had a painter remain after the work was done to inspect and touch up where needed. We had some previous paint and they even asked for this to touch up some areas that needed it. They removed all switch and outlet covers, taped all baseboards, cut in around everything, and applied two coats. They left the leftover paint for us, should we need it. Everything was covered with minimal cleanup required afterwards. The quote included Sherwin Williams Emerald paint and the quote was very competitive. We selected them over another painter based on Jim's attention to our needs, ideas he had to make the paint pop, and his approach to the job.

Job completed within the promised time frame for a good price and the final look was very attractive.

Beautifully! They were very efficient, professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Our neighbor told us about this great painter guy he knew as an excellent painter and he was right. We contacted him and he came right away. We are very, very pleased.

They had 3 painters and finished in about 5 hours. The did the ceiling and the walls and they did a nice job. The left out 5 doorways that they didn't paint because it would have costed extra. It's a shame that I have to get a paintbrush out and finish the job myself. They also did not include the gutters on the house.

It went very well. We had a couple of bad weather days, but other than that they showed and completed the job on time. Good clean up after the job, too. I would definitely use this company again.

Jim, the franchise owner is a useless human being who prays on people with the old "bait and switch". I would sooner gouge my own eyes out with a rusty spoon than allow this piece of work to ever come to my home again. I feel bad for the amount of people he's taken advantage of, especially the elderly, with his old "Oh yeah, one coat will do!" bull crap. This guy had the gall to show up in my house, and accuse me of being an a** for him not doing a good job of quoting the job. Then he demanded I pay him more. I hired this guy to be the expert. I don't know if 1 coat will cover or not, I'm not in that business. I am however a salesperson who takes personal offence to this kind of trickery, deceit and rudeness. Beware. This is the kind of car salesmanship that will hurt you. This guy, or any member of his team, will show up and tell you one coat will cover, and then he'll come back and tell you "oops I'm sorry, despite being in the industry for 30+ years I have no idea what I'm talking about or doing, please pay me more money" because he is a useless moron who prays on the elderly and the weak and hope they just cave in and give it to him. Avoid this shoddy dealer at all costs. The only positive thing I have to say, is that the subcontractor hired by him to do the work made everything right, regardless of what idiotic promises Jim made. Jim, the franchise owner, has been banned from my property after his rude and ugly behavior in my home. He had better not show up here ever again. UPDATE: Notice no discussion of the owner coming to my house and calling me an A** in their reply. They were paid, on time and in full. These people are completely oblivious and blame everyone but themselves. Did we get a second coat in the end after they baited and switched? Yes. But you have to take verbal abuse from them to make things right after they screwed up. Jim tried to tell me that they use such superb paint that you could put one coat of a dark paint over light colored walls that I shouldn't need a 2nd coat. "OK". Apparently this is common practice for so called 30 year "experts". Hah.

They were very good and excellent. They made sure that they cleaned and painted everything underneath, took care of covering up the windows and standing before they did anything that they have to. They make sure that was nice and even beforehand, covered the shrubs before they pressure wash the house, and they listen to our concern.

The quality of the work was excellant., done in a timely fashion and within the estimated price given before the job started. Jim Klepser was also very helpful in helping my wife select the colors. Highly reccommend CertaPro Painters of Central SW Florida.

We had a little trouble with the scheduling in the beginning, but once they started, the workman was very reliable and tidy. The job was done well.

The painting of the exterior of the home went well and they did a good job but when it cam to the fixing of the cracks around the pool deck (floor) they did a terrible job. We asked Jim if they knew how do fix the cracks and they said that they could. They came out several times to try to fix the cracks properly and when they finished, you could still could see the cracks. The paint has come off in many areas of the pool deck and now we have to hire somone that specializes in fixing the cracks and have it all repainted. I have to say Jim & his crew were very polite and nice people and worked hard and long hours. The only thing is, they do not know how to fix cracks the way they should be fixed. I should have wrote this review sooner but had to many things going on so am writing it now.

Jim was very easy to work with, has a good eye for colors. The painters were polite and professional. Totally satisfied with Certa-Pro and highly recommend them!

I was in urgent need of a painting crew to completely repaint my mothers florida townhouse and get it ready for real estate showing. The walls and ceilings had not been painted in over 25 years and the place was in serious need of a complete paint job. As a long standing Angies List user from up in Boston, MA, I immediately searched the list for painter in the North Port area. Jim was very courteous and professional on the phone and came right away. I had received 2 other quotes in addition to Jim's and he was by the far the most helpful, knowledgeable and the best price by far. Jim got a crew onsite in just a couple of days and the workers were absolutely fantastic in every capacity. ........Punctual, courteous, neat, thorough and probably the most hard working crew of painters I have worked with. They worked 11-12 hours for 2 straight days and completed the project in time for my first open house. The transformation was incredible. The day after the work was completed, one of Jim's supervisors stopped by to inspect and they even touched up a few small areas that they wanted to make just right. I would hire this company over and over again.

Jim and Sherrie of Certapro were great to work with. Contact was done from a distance, but with neighbor help and photos, I'm confident in the outcome. Jim was willing to give advice on colors that I may not have been brave enough to try without another opinion. The outcome was stunning (opinion of our pool service owner and myself). Many contractors won't give their opinions, I think because they think they will be blamed for the consequences. But, I was well aware that I made the decisions and Jim was there to talk it through, and I am so happy with the results! They showed up on time, completed the project timely, cleaned up after each day, and came back to check for touch-ups without being asked. Certapro was professional in every way. They will be painting the interior of my house within the year.

Jim and Sherri were fantastic. I was asking them to do the job from another state, so I had to trust my gut on their reliability and I am so glad I did. Jim went out and did an estimate and the painter did a fantastic job. Jim even power sprayed the drive for us. They went above and beyond and I wouldn't hesitatte to call them again.
