Our experience w/ CertaPro Painters was FANTASTIC from start to completion ! ! ! Communication was consistent w/ what was promised and their staff was helpful & courteous both on the phone and while work was done in our home. YOU WILL NOT be disappointed w/ this company's work ! !

I would highly recommend CertaPro Painters of SW FL. They were very professional, courteous & friendly. They treated our home and property as if it were their own. They were never too busy to answer questions. They pay very close attention to detail. EXCELLENT JOB ! 100 % SATISFIED !!!

Tony’s crew made so many MISTAKES. That we keep finding more issues everyday. We thought that we got all the paint issues corrected but still have more issues . We have had them out four times. I am so over it, we would of been better off doing it ourselves, because Tony’s crew didn’t do a professionally job. I would never use them again. They made so many mistakes that it took one guy over 5 hours to fix them, that guy done a great job on what we found at the time to fix. Now that we have looked through the house again we have found more mistakes from Tony’s crew. it took over 3weeks to get Jim back out to show that Tony's crew didn't perform the job via quote.

The process was smooth, the team was excellent - very happy with the results. Not your cheapest place, but quality product and quality work make it a good value.

The whole process exceeded my expectations beginning with Jim Klepser, owner, coming to the house and making helpful suggestions and recommendations for color selections and then providing a detailed project summary with the estimate. The paint crew, Rafael, the supervisor, arrived at the scheduled time and verified the work to be done, then worked diligently for 4 days to give us an outstanding finished product. The crew was easy to work with and they verified every item on the project summary before starting their work. They also had us look at the ongoing project at the end of each day and easily answered all of our questions. They were a pleasure and treated my property as if it were their own.

We could not be happier with the service that was provided to us by CertaPro Painters. The whole process of getting things started and finalizing the details was so fast and easy. Terri in the office was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. The four gentlemen that came out to our house to complete the job were very courteous and professional. The end result looks amazing!! We highly recommend CertaPro Painters!

Fair price and very responsive. Our house is on the water and gets a LOT of sun. The original paint looked great but faded in less than a year. Jim came back, determined they had not used the correct paint, and completely repainted the house at no additional cost. Nice!

From start to finish, working with CertaPro was a very positive experience! We were on a tight time frame and Teri, the office manager, worked hard to set up an estimate appointment with Jim. Jim spent a lot of time with us going over our painting needs- he even helped us with the paint colors! Tony and his painting crew were also excellent. They were very professional, friendly, punctual, neat, and hard working!! We could not have asked for a better outcome- our house looks amazing thanks to the team effort of CertaPro! We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends!!!

This was the second time we have used CertaPro Painters. Jim, the owner, came out to give us an estimate. We talked about what needed to be painted, paint colors and the timeframe for getting the job done. Terri, the office manager, scheduled the date and the paint crew. Supervisor Frank, and his dad, Ivan, arrived on schedule as planned. They were professional, hardworking, neat and friendly. You could tell that they really wanted us to be happy with their paint job... and we were! The whole inside of the house looks beautiful!! We will definitely be using them again! We really appreciate that CertaPro stands behind their work, and cares that their customers are satisfied.

They did a great job! Arrived each day on time, were very clean and careful... and finished the job in less than the estimated time. I was very nervous about having our whole place done at once, but Tony and his crew were wonderful. It was the easiest work I ever had done.

They were on time, used good paint and did everything that we asked. If we found a blemish it was fixed. Would use again.

Horrible work crew, horrible job. Crew chief had a back injury and was having a hard time painting he wasn’t doing a good job. The Owner Jim is nasty and unwilling to return calls or to fix anything until I called corporate. Came to see house 8 months later not when job was done. Blamed me for All the issues paint bubbling, peeling, was supposed to come with Sherwin Williams rep and did not. Had to ask him to leave my property because of his attitude, eventually had to use an fbomb to get him to leave as I have a heart condition and he was very nasty to me and he was upsetting me with his accusations. I will have a sherwin Williams rep here and three independent painting companies to assess and will be going the legal route. Not worth using this company or it’s independant franchises. They don’t have a crew they sub contract out.

I would hire them again and I recommend them to others. They are responsive and shown up on time. They are professional, their equipment is current and the people seem to know what they are doing.

The salesman was very informative and told me exactly what to expect. The two man crew worked very quickly and did a great job. Everyone was great about answering my questions. Everyone spoke English and treated my property with respect. They cleaned up after themselves and by the end of the project, you would never know they were there. They left the left over paint on the lanai and they put down brown paper first to protect the floor.

Igor and Felipe were very nice, professional, personable,efficient and left everything neat and clean. They put drop cloths on the floors and covered everything with plastic. They primed the stains, let them dry and painted the stains. I have popcorn ceilings and the fact that they painted over the stains instead of spraying the popcorn material was very helpful to me as I have asthma. The job was done perfectly. I would highly recommend CertaPro Painters. I was very pleased.

Jim and Sherrie Klepser run a very professional business. Our experience from the time spent going over the detailed estimate to the final walk through at the completion of the job, was excellent. They kept us informed throughout the entire project. Their crew was punctual, diligent, courteous, and fast. Any issues or necessary adjustments that came up were resolved quickly. Tony, who ran the crew, was on top of everything. Their cost, although not the lowest, was very competitive. Jim also worked with us to accommodate some necessary pre-painting items involving other trades. This included coming back after we had left town to complete some work that he couldn't finish until the other contractor left. I would unconditionally recommend them for your painting needs.

Great. All work was done as promised. Workers were polite and responsive. Cleaned up after finished.
