Excellent! Very professional crew - they were fast, they did quality work and excellent worksite cleanup

This project started by meeting with their project supervisor, who was very thorough and professional in explaining the work that would be done. They handled all of the building permits and we were scheduled within three weeks. The crew was amazing. They arrived early and worked until late afternoon; finishing the entire roof in two days. They put down tarps around the entire house to catch the waste materials, and we would never have known they were here - the cleanup was so thorough. The office staff was very friendly and efficient in handling our contract, material choices, and invoicing.

Called and scheduled estimate. Bob came and gave me the price of repair. Arrived two days later and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Will use them again.

AWS did a great job re-shingling our home.

Friendly, courteous visit... took measurements... discussed re-roofing options. Mailed quotation for service... Never heard back from again... no follow-up at all. So essentially, we cannot accurately rate this roofer since they did not do any work... we interviewed 5 roofers, and only 2 followed up... so maybe this is the norm for this industry. We ended up going with one of the roofers who followed up and offered to work with us on pricing.

They good work and I had no problems with them.

My wife and I thought it was a very good professional appointment with Rob. He left a very good impression on us and spoke highly of the AWS family owned business he works for. He seems to take a lot of pride in their work. The fleet truck he drove was not a big expensive contractor special rig so the company doesn't look like it is wasting money either.

The original proposal was prompt and thorough. The communications leading up to the job were great. The crew was on time and worked well and did a great job. AWS is not your average roofing contractor. Very pleased.

They came, they inspected, they gave me a quote which was very close to the price of the top of the line asphalt shingles, we picked out the color, type and style at an online site with pictures. They asked for the first deposit when the materials arrived and they did and I did. They showed up on time. They worked diligently until it was done, they were polite and considerate of my requests. They brought in an expert to recommend how to do the vents, they worked out great. They did everything I asked them to do. They repaired some rotten wood planks, there was an allowance in the bid for that. I decided to upgrade to the glued down system which is better to protect against uplift from the winds, which is great because we are beachside in Florida. The white cement tiles are interlocking and 90% heat repelling. The roof looks great, I am very pleased with the result. They even helped me with the insurance company, who wanted proof of the new roof so I could get a discount on my insurance premium. They did this for free which was also very helpful. The insurance company send me a refund. They provided me with a release of lien upon final payment which I always request.. I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful experience with this 5 men crew, the estimator, and front office.

After contacting them they came out and gave an estimate and were very patient because we had a delayed start date. Once they began their work they were finished in three days. As an added plus they referred me to a gentleman that replaced my soffit and fascia board with aluminum (he completed his job in one day as well).

We developed a leak in our roof. We hired a company to repair it. Needless to say, it still leaked. We saw AWS in our community and asked them to stop by for an estimate. They checked the roof, immediately saw the problem and gave us an estimate. They were back the day they indicated they would be and repaired the leak successfully. Note the prior company charged us double what AWS did. The prior company also said IF the repair didn't work, the entire section of the roof needed to be replaced since it was installed incorrectly. We asked the AWS representative if the roof was installed correctly. His response... "absolutely." Extremely honest company. They were friendly, courteous and prompt. I hope we never need another roofer but if we do, we will call AWS.
