He cleaned up each work area and noted things that should also be done to save me problems down the road, such as my toilet valve flushers being corroded. While the chores were all basic, Nick did everything correctly, taking no shortcuts but I would also hire him for many other higher level chores if needed. I definitely plan on calling him again!"
