He did the repairs that morning and has scheduled the roof vent adds. Was very pleased with the response, price, and work performed.

I would recommend him to anybody. He really knows his job and he's on business for a long time. I've been using him for 5 years and it went well. I called him and he was here the next day.

I had called Stevens to provide an estimate for a roof repair when I working on the sunroom ceiling and discovered a leak in one area. They arrived on the appointed day and were able to diagnose the problem as probably being confined to one small area. They provided a quick repair at no cost and said to call back if this was not effective. That was a week ago - we have had rain several times during the interim and there is no sign of any further leak. They even swept the "tree debris" off the roof while they were there! I will most likely need a new roof within the next few years and will definitely use this company!

It was excellent experience, professional team, punctual, attention to detail and even put our satellite dish back up and helped us get it working - now that is service. There was no disruptions, they kept the site exceptionally clean and they were so thorough in the paperwork process even included Florida Lien Law information to ensure we are informed and what his accountabilities were. We cannot say enough good things, we have had some very disturbing experiences with a local pool contractor, and Stevens is really a role model, not only as experts in roofing but. No business and customer service.

The owner and president of the company, Robert Stevens, came to our home the day after we had called to get an estimate for a new roof. He was very thorough in explaining about the products he would use and the warranties. He also gave us copies of his state certification and certificate of liability insurance, and information on Florida?s Construction Lien Law. No other company had done this. We were very impressed by what he had to say, that we promptly signed for his company to install our new roof. Finally, the day we were awaiting arrived. The men were very polite and there was no loud music playing to disrupt the neighborhood. When they left for the day, everything had been cleaned from the ground, and you wouldn?t even have known they had been there. Again, we were impressed. The men did a very good job and we love our new roof. Also, their office staff has been very helpful with any questions we had. We highly recommend Stevens Roofing.

The new roof looks great, the only problem is that it really rained one day and the roof was not covered in time and I have water spots on my bathroom ceiling.

My roof was 20 years old and showing it's age. Most insurers in Florida won't insure homes with roofs older than 16 years though I did find one that would insure mine, but I decided that it was definitely time to get a new roof. Got the names of two local roofers from Angie's list, one of which (Stevens) was also recommended by my neighbors. Called both businesses and their office people set up appointments for estimates. Robert Stevens, the owner of Stevens Roofing called to confirm and showed up promptly for the estimate. The other company did not call or show up - he called three days later but I don't like to work with businesses that don't honor their commitments. Mr. Stevens was very thorough with his estimate and recommendations, advising but not "hard selling" me to replace my two existing skylights, and informing me of the lifetime warranty of the roof and the fact that as a veteran I was eligible for a $300 rebate from GAF. My job was scheduled for early March, but weather and a death in Mr. Stevens' family put that back a few weeks. He kept me informed of the delay. When the work started we were away on a short vacation, but returned home just before the new shingles were to be installed. The workmen were courteous (the foreman was Mr. Stevens son) hardworking and neat, cleaning up each evening when they left the site. The job was completed in two days and when they left there was no remnants, nails, or debris anywhere that I could find. The next week I went to their office (Mr. Stevens was more than willing to come to my house) since I was nearby and paid the bill, also picking up the rebate paperwork already filled out and a Wind Mitigation Inspection certificate which can get you a reduction in your home insurance. I would certainly use this company again.

THIS COMPANY REPLACED THE ROOF ON OUR HOME. THEY WERE VERY GOOD. I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY AN A-PLUS! IF SOMEONE WAS TO ASK ME WHAT COMPANY TO USE THIS WOULD BE THE COMPANY.
