Stevens is the best roofing company I have ever dealt with. Very responsive to their customers and their work is impeccable. I highly recommend them!

We had a leaky roof after another Roofing company redid our entire roof. We called Stevens Roofing and they came out and caulked the entire chimney and flashing but could not see any other cause of the leaking but said if there were any more problems give them a call and they would come back out. We did have the leaks stop from that but still had leaking so we called them back and they ended up removing shingles and putting in a liner that was MISSING from the other Company. They did all that for FREE. They are a stand up company and are in business for the long haul.

The owner was rather rude and sarcastic. He kept saying he couldn’t get to my job for 8 to 12 weeks and if I found someone who would do it sooner, than they were a bad company!! I didn’t appreciate his attitude.

Terrible. They came on a day that I was not home to look at the needed repair, and when they were supposed to come, they did not show nor did they call me. I had to call them and ask them where their repairman was and they said oh they came by 3 days earlier and decided that they couldn't do it. They did not bother to contact me in any way to let me know this, Meanwhile my roof was still leaking badly. Very unprofessional company

Excellent! From the estimate to the actual work, these folks are the most professional team we have ever seen. They are punctual and polite. They were here over a 3 day span and the only way you knew they were here was the noise on the roof. Every day they cleaned up the yard and work area. Except for the new roof you never knew we had any work done! We have already provided 3 friends with their cards and referred another to Angies List. Even the county inspecter commented on the quality of work Stevens Roofing performs.

Went very well. Very professional men with much experience. Punctual, cleaned up during and after installation. Answered the few questions I had. Some oil spots on the driveway from trucks and equipment. All was cleaned up before they left. Can't say a bad thing about the men and the company. Hope I never need another re roof, but if I ever do Stevens will get my money again.

From the very beginning of my roofing project, the people at Stevens Roofing were courteous, professional, kind, and had very good pricing. I was totally impressed with their work and how hard they worked. They were very diligent about cleaning up nails and debris afterwards. The roof looks wonderful. I would recommend these roofers in a split second! In addition, the warranty is 50 years and is transferable. Amazing!

Everything was good until I needed to have follow-up service after completion of the new roof. It has now been one year and Stevens Roofing remains unresponsive as well as GAF the product manufacture of the roofing materials. The Golden Pledge of service to issues after the install is a joke.

He did great clean up, did permits. He also helped me with veteran paperwork to help me get a rebate. The office girl, Rhianna, was also very helpful as this was a long distance transaction.

Very professional job done and picked up all trash and nails! They were all very nice and did a quick, great job! With a 50 yr. shingle, we should be OK for quite a while! Except for our neighbors tall tree, that looks like it is going to fall onto by dads bedroom. Than we will positively have them back.

Stephens roofing was excellent to work with. From estimate to completion they were very professional, courteous and timely. The roof was completed quickly and looks great. The clean up was exceptional. I've seen many roofers leave a dumpster in the driveway for the entire project but Stephens did a thorough clean-up each day and took their trailer away rather than leaving it in the driveway. The roof looks great and has been getting many complements from neighbors. We had a wind mitigation inspection done after installation and the inspector said the job was done very professionally and correctly in all respects. I strongly recommend Stephens Roofing, Inc. any needed roof work.

Waiting 5 years unless we have a problem.

Everything was perfect. They were hard workers, used quality products. Their workmanship was A1, their reliability, dependability and attention to detail was all excellent.

Stevens Roofing was one of several contractors that we requested quotes from during our search. The owner (Robert Stevens) was the only contractor who took the time to explain what he proposed, the benefits of installing an entire GAF roof system, and the outstanding warranty & protection it afforded our home.. The following products were installed on our roof; (a) "TigerPaw" synthetic underlayment (superior in every way to 30 lb felt). (b) "StormGuard" peel & stick (A high quality leak barrier that creates a watertight seal and keeps water out of the most vulnerable areas of the roof, including the eaves, rakes, & valleys. (c) "Pro-Start" (starter strips, versus cutting up shingles as a starter course at the edges) (d) "Seal-A-Ridge" Hip & Ridge Cap Shingles (versus cut up shingles) (e) "Cobra Ridge Vent 3" (highly effective attic ventilation which he installed in every possible location above and beyond the minimum required). (f) "GAF Timberline HD Architectural Shingles (Sunset Brick) in a word...beautiful We couldn't be happier with the quality of materials and the workmanship provided by Mr. Stevens, and his pricing was very competitive as well. We would not hesitate to recommend Stevens Roofing to anyone looking for a high quality roofing contractor!

They did a thorough inspection and determined I didn't need their services ! Made several suggestions and corrected one small issue. Great Experience.

Went great. Made and appointment. Explained everything he would do. Got an estimate. Agreed on the price. Came back when he said he would and made the repair for the price agreed on. Cleaned up everything afterwards. I would not hesitate to call Stevens Roofing again if I need them.

OMG!!! Waited over two weeks for an estimate for a FLAT Roof repair. Finally, after called every other day - got a response this morning - Was told that when the estimate went out my roof was "Heavily Tarped" so they could not give an estimate and that they don't do Flat roofs!!! REALLY - First - no tarp on my roof. Second - why waste 2 weeks of my time???

We recently bought an older home and were unsure of the age of the roof, but thought it to be old enough to consider replacing. We had three roof contractors look at it for estimates before Stevens Roofing Inc. All of the three gave us estimates. Stevens was the only one who asked us why we wanted to replace the roof. He inspected it and told us it was not only sound, but that it was not very old and was of excellent quality shingle and good workmanship. He said the roof has years if not decades of life left. None of the other three licensed contractors who inspected the roof for estimates told us this. Besides his honesty, Stevens Roofing was one of the only two contractors who communicated with us. The first two bids we got both lost the job because they did not stay in touch with us and their business practices seemed sloppy, missed appointments, unanswered emails, unreturned phone calls etc. This ended up being a good thing, as we didn't really need the roof, but it was a nice change to deal with Stevens, who got back with us, showed up, and even recommended local businesses who could do other things we need to do on the house.

It was excellent! I can't speak more highly of them! They were kind, polite, and spent time with us working around the rain. They also left things very clean.

Friday, 9/12/14: Called to explain problem (leaky roof) and to schedule a service call. Was told to expect a roofer to come and assess nature of leak and required remedy on Monday, 9/15/14, in AM before noon. Roofer was to call ahead when leaving for my place. Monday, 9/15/14: No one came or called by noon, as was promised. At 2:00 PM I called the office to report the ?no show? and to ask when I could expect the roofer to come. The office lady apologized, said she would contact the roofer who had been scheduled to come to my place to get an estimated arrival time, and promised to call me back. No one came or called back by 5:00 PM; office is now closed. Tuesday, 9/16/14: Called the office at 12:00 PM. Got connected to answering device and left message, asking them to call back and tell me when I can expect someone to come inspect and fix my leaky roof. 2:45 PM - No one called back yet. Called the office again and left another, more forceful message on the answering device requesting the courtesy of a call back. 6:00 PM ? No one called back, no one came by, office closed at 4:00 PM. No further contact attempted by me.
