Could not have gone better.

The technicians were very punctual, and had the problem diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes. They were very courteous and professional. I will use them again!

These guys were very pleasant , professional and helpful, they fixed my fridge leak fast, i for sure will use their services again.

Johnson's technicians were very knowledgeable regarding the working of the refrigerator/freezer. Tim went the extra mile by clearing the problem instead of charging me for an unnecessary replacement part. He also gave advice on how to prevent this problem from occurring again. The technician provided excellent service which was very refreshing. Will be first number we will call for any other household problem we have.

They are great. They put in the extra mile. They don't necessarily get it right the first time. When they installed the replacement one. It did not work. They purchased another one, without charge and installed this one. It is run by two brothers. They are very knowledgeable.

I told him I had the fault/error codes and he gave me a 75% surety that the problem is the motor. I then went to AppliancePartsPros and they also told me it was the motor. I ordered it ASAP. Will fix myself now! But the man I spoke to on phone from Johnson's was very nice and helpful... But need to add that at least this company doesn't work on the High Efficiency Machines. At least I am assuming its because of the HE and Direct Drive Wash. The parts seem to be expensive. However, he told me a new motor would cost over $300, in reality the motor cost $233. Which I suppose is a good thing for me!

Of course, when they arrived the refrigerator was working again. But this time when they pulled the fridge out from the wall, the wall and compressor motor area seemed unusually hot. It appeared that perhaps the condensor fan unit was not working properly .... and upon unplugging it and plugging it in the fan would not turn on. Everything else checked out normal so it was felt that this was the problem. The part was put on order immediately and they hooked up an external fan to keep the unit running while we waited for the part. Because the first part did not fix the problem, they credited that amount and put it towards the new parts and service. We discussed the fact that if the unit should still have problems - the only real alternative would be replacing the circuit boards, which would be a high expense and an unknown wait time - do to the current issues in Korea, distribution has been slow and spotty. Over the weekend the fridge quit working yet again ...... so I ended up buying a new one. However, even though the fridge was not repaired by them I feel very good about their attempts and communication with me regarding the issues. They will be the the first call for any major appliance repair I have in the future and I would highly recommend them.

Johnson Appliance Service had to order parts so they patched things together until the part arrived which didn't take long. They were very nice, professional, reliable and came when they said they would. They didn't charge us until the job was completely done.

Mr. Johnson, his brother and nephew know their business well. We recently called them to replace the ice making unit in our 2 yr. old refridgerator. They can repair most anything. They are resonable, honest, professional, and punctual.. I would not call on anyone else......

The dishwasher controls went crazy, flashing error codes and the unit would not shut off unless unplugged. The Johnson team promptly came out, assessed the situation, and ordered a new computer board. They returned punctually on the day the part arrived, installed it and we were up and running for Thanksgiving. We called the next day when the machine exhibited the same error codes, they contacted experts at Frigidaire who scratched their heads and suggested also replacing the control panel (the experts had not come across this problem before) The Johnson team ordered the panel (at no additional charge to us!!) and, again, arrived when they said they would, replaced it and it works like a charm. In the future, when we need appliance repair, we'll be calling Johnson Appliance Services. They are knowledgable, punctual and professional.

I phoned to have my refrigerator repaired. It had stopped cooling. They came out the same day. They immediately diagnosed the issue and replaced the part then; NO ordering and NO waiting. Awesome for me! Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Look no further this is your guy, very professional/knowledgable, had all the parts on the truck--very reasonable rates--fixed three different problems in one trip!!

I especially liked Mr. Johnson's attitude as he assured me that I wouldn't have to buy a new refrigerator as he said there is no appliance he can't repair. I am very pleased with everything from start to finish (he was at my house at the appointed time). He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable man and I would recommend him highly..
