Being new to the Morriston area, we found ourselves having to use the web to locate a repairman that would be trustworthy enough to inspect/repair our AC for a newly purchased older home. A real person answered and I wasn't bombarded with having to select option 2 for English. The actual repairman answered and was pretty confident with his diagnosis of the issue. He gave us a time which happened to be the same day and the issue was repaired in less than 10 minutes. He was responsive, courteous, and super fast. I will definitely use him in the future.

Great! Decided to replace dishwasher versus repair.

He just told me the problem over the phone. He told me what to do. I did it, fixed the problem and dishwasher has been running ever since. No charge

Showed up, did repair, no games. Still working perfectly.

He was not able to do the repair because he does not work on Bosch appliances. Unable to get parts from Germany. However, Amazing Repair Service does all manufacturers and made the repair in 2 days. They replaced the hot water inlet valve and replaced hoses that were not long enough when Lowe's did the original installation. Total cost $185. Would definitely use Amazing Repair Service again. Note: I was not encouraged by anyone to write this review. I just want to help anyone having a foreign appliance.

Tech came when he said he would be, he checked a few lines and knew immediately what was wrong and changed a part in the back and now it works better than when I got it new. thanks Johnson. will use them again. they repair all types of appliance.

Tim and his apprentice were prompt to arrive professional and complete in their work.

Called for him to fix refrigerator which was not cooling. Replaced board . Unit did not seem to be working well. Called Jim again. Was very rude and use a swear word "only thing wrong with it" Went away for Thanksgiving came home to same problem. I called another repair company. They said board was wrong or bad. Jim came out again replaced board. Was extremely short and almost obnoxious. I went away for Christmas and New Years only to return to same problem with unit. When I called to get my money back he refused and now will not even return my calls. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Very poor business man.

Advised me on how to check for my problem. He also recommended someone since he doesn't service my area. Very helpful.

Jake Johnson arrived within 1 hour of my call to him on the day after Thanksgiving to repair my refrigerator. I was really impressed with his knowledge, courteousness, and very fair pricing. I would HIGHLY recommend and will most certainly use him again should a need arise! Update: 2 days later the refrigerator problem I had returned. Jake came back as soon as I called him and determined the part he had replace was apparently defective. Unusual, but it happens. Jake honored his warranty to the fullest and did not charge me a dime for the return visit. It's been almost a month now and I could not be happier!

I set up an appointment and the repairmen arrived on time. They spent about 30 minutes diagnosing the problem and found I had a bad pump. They gave me a reasonable price to replace the pump and I declined. The dishwasher is about 8 years old and I did not want put over $200 in repairs when I can buy a new one for about $400 since they are all on sale this time of year. They charged me $45 for the call which is more than fair for the time spent. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again for any appliance repairs I might have.

I was very impressed with the repairmen. They found the problem immediately and had the part with them for a repair job on the spot. Also they were prompt and courteous, and left my laundry room spotless! Also, they called me a half hour before arriving. Great service and I would certainly recommend Johnson Appliance Service to my friends.

He put a new thermostat in for me. They did a great job, and synchronized the unit and the compressor. They don't try to up-sell you on things you don't need, The price is reasonable, and they're extremely honest. They were born and raised here, too.

Doc Johnson is very cordial and easy to talk to and arrived promptly. Very thorough in his evaluation and very quick to assess the problem. His prices are very reasonable and he is honest. I would hire him again for any future appliance repair I require. Recommend him highly.

I hate making service calls, since appliances cost so much now and seem to have more problems. However, Johnson Appliance Service helps alleviate much of this with their awesome service. They came out less than 24 hours after my call, showed up when they said would, and diagnosed and made the repair within a short time. It was pleasant, and the guys are the type you can have a conversation with as soon as you meet them. I appreciate their service and they saved me money by saving my appliance. I will keep their number stored for any appliance repair needs I have in the future. Since they also service home heating and cooling systems, I will more than likely call them now if I need help in that area. Thank you Johnson Appliance Service. I typically do most household repairs myself. However, when I tried to figure out why our 3 year old Whirlpool/Maytag with French Doors began pooling and freezing water in the bottom of the freezer, then flowing out onto the floor, I was stumped. I've cleared drains before, but I couldn't even find it. I called Johnson's first thing in the AM and they put me on as their 2nd stop, saying, and quot;I know exactly what the problem is.and quot; This father and son team arrived on time, after a call to tell me they were on the way, and immediately began working on the problem. As the son worked on my frig, with periodic help from his father when needed, dad explained what the problem was and that it was a common problem with this type of refrigerator. They both agreed that once cleared, the problem may never return, or it might, it is just hard to predict. Either way, it is a design problem not only with this make, but generally with this style of refrigerator. I watched as they worked and quickly came to realize that, while no parts were needed, this repair required not only specific knowledge to access the problem, but special tools to effect repair. Because of the complexity of accessing the drain, the repair took about 1.5 hours, and while I learned about my refrigerator, I also learned some things from this owner about our area that, even having lived here for 26 years, had never heard. The only reason I rated them a and quot;Band quot; for Price is that I tend to be on the and quot;cheapand quot; side of things and really have no basis for accurately evaluating the cost. I'm sure many would think the repair cost was very reasonable. They are reliable, reasonable and I'll call them again, if the need arises.

I contacted the provider to service my refrigerator. They returned my call very promptly. Unfortunately they did not service the manufacturer brand I own as it takes months to get replacement parts from the manufacturer. The provider was extremely helpful in assisting and guiding me in what I needed to do to resolve the issue I am having with my unit. I am very grateful I contacted them and thankful that their guidance was able to help me even if they were not able to come out and service the unit. If I need another appliance repair I will definitely contact them.

A great father and son business. They arrived on time and were able to diagnose and repair my refrigerator. They also gave me valuable input regarding my washing machine. They are honest and fair and a pleasure to do business with.

They diagnosed the problem quickly, order the part and were able to come back the next day to fix it. Perfect.

CJ took one look at the freezer, where we had ice on all the food under the ice maker and knew exactly what caused the problem. He had a universal model in his van, and fixed it right away. He was very knowledgeable, and professional. We will certainly call Johnson appliance again if we have any problems in the future.

Called and received an immediate call back from Johnson Appliance Service. Set up an appointment with us right away. Called before the appointment time to say they were on their way. Arrived a few minutes early which was great. Very professional and explained the situation with our fridge. Removed the back and saw that a heater element that keeps the and quot;frost freeand quot; ...........and quot;frost freeand quot;. He replaced the heater element, set the temp properly and asked us to let the appliance work for 24 hrs. WAALAA! Working great. Thanks Johnson Appliance for taking good care of us and helping us save alot of money on a new refrigerator. We will be sure to recommend you to our family and friends, which is large in this area. This father/son team is wonderful and are now my go-to guys for my appliances.

Was able to get to our problem the day after I called him. He arrived approx. 1 hour early. He advised that if it was the compressor it would be just as cheap to buy a new fridge than to buy a new compressor. He went about trouble shooting and advised us that if what he found wrong did not fix the problem, then we would be better off buying a new fridge. He went back to his truck and got the repair item, installed it and it worked. The company is very reliable and also very very busy. While he was at our house he received 3 more calls for service. He carried the part that we needed where as most Home Warranty Companies, have someone come to trouble shoot the problem, then have to get permission to replace the item then they order the part and have to return. All this time you go without whatever you need fixing.

Service arrived at time as promised. The problem was diagnosed promptly, part was replaced and unit was up and running within 45 min. We were looking for a service that was very capable and now we have found one! Thanks Tim!!
