Steve and his crew were very professional from the start. He was very informative while visiting my home to give me the initial estimate and gave me a competitive price for the types of windows I wanted. When I had questions regarding his quote while comparing it to other quotes I got, he was responsive and honest. When it came time for the install, he and his team were there exactly on time and were very professional during the install. As with any old house, there were a few unexpected issues during the install but they handled them well. They even made some minor repairs that they didn't necessarily need to make. All in all, it took around 6 hours to install 8 windows of various sizes. I will definitely have them back when I'm ready to purchase windows and doors for the rest of my house.

Needed new impact-rated exterior doors, it include double front door and double french doors in the kitchen. Elected to go with Steve and his team. We've dealt with plenty of contracts as we update this home, and by far, Steve and Windpro are some of the best I've worked with, hands down. Price was reasonable for what you're buying. Punctual, easy to work with/ask questions, and have them explained, no matter where we were in the process. They were polite, and timely, not only visiting during the initial sales call, but also Steve was the same guy installing our doors--awesome, he knew the trade he was selling. Great finished product, to include painting, even going out of his way to create a few custom solutions for our project. We have some interior doors that will need to be replaced soon......I'm calling Steve at Windpro. Brown door pic is before, the 3/4 glass green door is after.

Steve was professional and thorough. The job was completed just before a hurricane hit, and he took the time to install the little "wall" piece to keep water from blowing in under the doors. Our remodel contractor was impressed with the quality of the installation. I respect the work and the level of communication Steve had, as I knew what to expect and when. Once the inspection was done, he returned ASAP to put on the finishing touches that hid the screws and bolts. While installing, a marble windowsill was cracked and he replaced it. I highly recommend Windpro.

Windpro did an amazing job on installing new PGT windows and sliding doors in our home. Steve and his team of professional installers did job on our home. We needed the windows and doors installed before our daughters wedding as we were having a reception afterwards at our home and Steve went out of his way to ensure that everything was competed in time. The look of our home is so much better and the windows and doors are so nice. We can't thank Steve and the Windpro team for the amazing job they did for us. I would highly recommend Windpro to anyone and have already done so to many of our neighbors who need replacement windows like we did.

My experience with Steve has been exceptional, to say the least. We just moved to Palm Harbor from the Midwest into a house that had original windows. WindPro replaced two hurricane sliders, along with hurricane front windows and double front door. I had at least 5 estimates and Steve's price quote was very competitive and that along with his passion, suggestions and honesty made it an easy decision to proceed with WindPro. Steve delivered quality service in the time frame promised. He and his crew were professional with so much detail put into installation and cleanup. It was truly amazing the enthusiasm Steve puts into his work. He was sincerely so happy when he saw the facelift he had given our home and he was truly happy to be a part of our transition from the Midwest. I had trouble finding someone who could/would replace the French doors leading to our atrium, as well as the door from the atrium to the master bedroom. This is interior work, but needed exterior storm-rated doors. Several places I called advised me to do it myself from the home improvement store, but the job was bigger than that. Steve is so knowledgeable and understanding, and knew immediately what had to be done. He had great advice, offered options when they were available, and took his time to help me decide what I needed and wanted. The install went smoothly and on schedule. His attention to detail is evident in the final product. We are so pleased with WindPro, and recommend them without reservation.

Chose this small business to perform our window and door replacement. The owner, Steve Cliffel, was prompt, courteous, meticulous in his work. We were out of town for part of the install and he texted me pictures of the work in progress. All the work was top quality, personally performed by Steve and his assistants.

A-1 service from start to finish. Steve came out, gave an on the spot estimate and was responsive to all questions. Final price was as estimated, and below two other estimates for same windows. Very quick turnaround. Steve did the install himself so he knows the product and the job requirements.

I chose this company from reviews on Angie's List. I got 3 estimates, and WindPro was one of the two lowest by a substantial margin. We were having 9 windows (40 years old) replaced, including four 4'x5' double-hung and a 6'x5' picture window. Steve (WindPro owner) was personable and forthright from the beginning. We were under a time constriction, and Steve had the windows on order as soon as we agreed to the terms, before the contract was signed. The windows arrived as he had estimated, and he had scheduled installation for two days in same week that they arrived. He and his crew arrived at 8:30 on the start day, and finished in the same day by 5:00. His crew was as personable and considerate as Steve. The work was very well done, and neat (i.e., caulk and clean-up). Steve even returned a couple of days later to clean the windows better. There were NO surprises in the bill...it was exactly as the estimate/contract.

Steve answered my Angie's list message promptly. He was the only company willing to come out. All the other companies would only come out if they were the ones who installed the door. Steve fixed the door in under 15 minutes. He was extremely friendly and honest. We plan to use him for windows once we decide to move forward with the install. It's so hard to find contractors like Steve now a days. Would definitely recommend!

Steve at Windpro was the most professional and honest window contractors I got quotes from. His price was the best, the windows were ready earlier than expected and he installed all 3 sets in one day! His attention to detail is great and his customer service was fantastic. I found him to be honest and detail oriented in his workmanship. Would reccomend him to anyone needing windoows or doors.

My experience with Steve and his company was phenomenal. From quote to install, everything went perfectly. He quoted a competitive price. Steve was not only extremely professional but he was also honest, friendly and passionate about his work which really set him apart from the other similar quotes I received. When we replace the rest of our windows, we will be using Windpro again.

Steve,the owner of Windpro, does the measuring and installing- along with an assistant. They were efficient and professional. Steve attends to details and takes pride in his work - and it shows. My husband and I are so pleased with our new doors that we ordered a replacement for the old hollow door that goes between garage and house. If we could give Windpro a rating higher than an A we would.

WindPro responded to my call. Came out in a timely fashion and provided me with an estimate, they took time to explain the product, giving me choices, on type of window and color. They took my order and as soon as the windows were made they promptly installed them. I am retired from the construction industry, have done window replacement myself. The came at the time they said they would do the installation. They did a fantastic job of removal of the old windows and preparation of the openings. The installed the new windows according to manufacturers spec. They were careful and did a perfect job. They removed all debris and took care of my walls and floors so as to not damage anything. They presented themselves in a professional manner in all ways. I would not hesitate to use their services again, or recommend them to someone. I do not have the words to say how pleased I am with the entire project from the bid to the inspection of the finished work. I do not say these things lightly after 44 years in the business I have seen the worst and the pretty good, this company is the best.

The process was very good from beginning to end. Steve was responsive and worked well with us--very detail oriented and included our input and needs. Working on the job, he was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. The sales and ordering part and the installation all went very smoothly. The door looks great and it is just what we wanted.

The experience with WindPro could not have gone better. The owner Steve was completely honest and helped explain the quality and types of windows he had available and others offered in the market. He was upfront with the time required to order and time needed by the manufacturer. This helped my wife and I make an educated decision and set our expectations. He listened to what we had to say and helped us develop a strategic approach in selecting what windows and doors to complete first since we could not replace everything. He called the day before install and showed up promptly the next day. His team was professional, focused and had an eye for detail. We were amazed at the care taken removing the old windows and precision with installing the new windows. This is the most impressive part of dealing with WindPro, the attention to detail and striving to hit perfection is unmatched.

They were professional and honest, and determined that the problem was not the windows, but instead stucco cracks. They caulked the cracks for me as a temporary fix, and gave me detailed info on what needed repaired with the stucco. Generally, I am always very wary of new contractors and the most important thing to me is that I feel that I can trust them. WindPro gave me the feeling that I could, and I would recommend them.

Steve arrived promptly ,measured the spaces and a written estimate was completed. After 4 other estimates we decided Windpro would provide us with the best quality and price. The windows arrived when promised and Steve and his associate installed them. They were both excellent craftsmen with an eye for detail and precision not always found in the trades. After all the windows were installed, they cleaned up the area inside and out. We would defiantly use them again.

This is the second time I have used WindPro. My wife and I purchased an old house with windows from the early'60's. Steve always shows up on time (a rarity these days in contractors) is true to his word, uses the best materials and his prices are reasonable. When you have a contractor that treats your home like it was their own, you use them again and again. Steve has replaced 3 windows for me one of which is a 10' living room window. He has also changed out the side door to my garage which leaked during heavy rain. He used the best materials and now this door is no longer a security risk and looks great! Steve always uses dropcloths, sweeps, vacuums and cleans up after each job, removes the old materials and uses a blower outside to get rid of any dust. Highly, highly recommended.

They did an excellent job! Very professional not only in the removal but installation. Kept area clean and updated me on the progress. Asked me to inspect work. Highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for windows and/or doors. You will be very pleased with work and professionalism.
