Great! Steve was very responsive and came right out to provide impact window background information, answer all my questions with utmost professionalism and carefully go over all available options.

I had Steve from WindPro install 13 “Hurricane” windows in 2017. I reviewed his company at that time as Excellent for the prompt, honest, and quality workmanship. I had a minor problem recently with a window as a result of cleaning one of the windows. I called WindPro for some advice....Steve made time to check the problem personally, and make an adjustment. WindPro is the company you should use for window replacement!

Steve Cliffel, WindPro owner, was the only estimator to recognize a special installation situation for two of six storm windows and to provide custom manufacturer window features that the other companies said were not available. Steve and his partner were craftsman, not just professional workers, in performing the installation. I am construction project manager and it is rare to have craftsman these days. WindPro was the lowest bidder.

We just had Steve and Dave installed hurricane windows in our house this week. It turned out great and I'm VERY HAPPY with the result. Both Steve and Dave were very courteous and professional. They took time making sure things were done correctly. I really appreciate the fact that Steve took time explaining things throughout the whole process. I can't say enough of how happy I am of the result. I highly recommend Steve and Dave for your next window project :-)

Steve and David are professional and a delight to work with. Their price for the job was very competitive with other estimates we received. They arrived on the day scheduled for the job and went right to work. They worked hard and very efficiently and completed the job the same day. They are both very personable and easy to talk to. We are thrilled with the job they did, and would not hesitate to give them our highest recommendation.

The company is excellent I would urge everyone to use them. They were always on time, respectful and meticulous in there work. Even the county inspector said they went above minimum requirements. The owner Steve is very knowledgeable and gives you all the info you need to make an informed decision. He uses the best product for your situation for the best outcome. Both Steve and Dave are great. They installed 3 exterier doors and 7 windows all impact rated in the time frame they quoted. I was home the whole time and they didn't mind all my questions during the install. They delt with the quirks of an old house so everything looks and feels perfect. My home is safe and quite.

WOW!!! Steve and crew is honest, timely, clean and does fantastic work!!! I had an opening in a secondary building we have on our property that used to be used to feed horses and goats through. The opening was literally hacked into the side of the building. Steve came in and installed french doors that totally transformed the place from something that looked horrible into pure beauty. The door quality is fantastic and WindPro's craftsmanship matches, if not exceeds that quality. I am very picky when it comes to quality. Steve was great. Very professional from the first step. His work is meticulous. It was a pleasure to have him and David transform our house. His communication was clear and his response to all questions was quick. They work very hard and the final product is a testament to their professionalism. They get my highest recommendation!

My experience with WindPro was phenomenal. As a first time home owner I really needed to trust my window team completely. Steve Cliffel came highly recommended from a good friend and I am so glad he was. Quoting was simple and straight forward. He had books/illustrations to help us understand and appreciate what it would look like as we were changing the style of two important window sets & the two exterior doors. Steve walked me through the whole process, the timing, the install, deposits and guarantee. He was subtly confident of his product/service mix which made me even more comfortable in my contractor choice. Installed in no time, fresh foot coverings every time his team came back in the house and **** courteous too! His recommendation of what he called a 25/50/25 window off my dining area really opened up my cluster of small palms across the backyard access. He insisted I immediately go buy outdoor floods to illuminate from the ground up these palms - and I'm glad I did. All I can say is WOW! I called and spoke with Steve to ask if he did window repairs. Unfortunately he does installation only. I asked if he could recommend someone or guide me in the right direction. He was phenomenal and super friendly. He walked me through locating the permit for the installation. I texted him photos of my windows so he could have an idea of what kind and who the manufacturer. He was able to help me identify who they were and gave me tips on next steps- all in one call. Again, he helped me tremendously even though I wasn’t going to use his service. Now I know I will use his services if I ever need window replacement. By him just helping me shows me what type of businessman he is.

It went great. The price was very reasonable. (roughly$4000 for 3 impact resistant windows and one sill replacement). It was a seamless process from start to finish. They have high quality products that will last a long time. One of the best things about Windpro is that they install the windows themselves. They do not use subcontractors. This was very important to me since I've had issues with subcontractor installers from other companies I have used. No problem here. Windpro installation was seamless. This company went above and beyond, and we will definitely be using them again.

Steve and Dave with Windpro Windows and Doors demo'd our old broken windows and installed 7 new hurricane proof windows and 2 hurricane proof doors all in 1 1/2 days. Steve ordered the doors and windows and they delivered and installed them on time as promised. The quality of the work and products was exceptional. They left no mess as they cleaned up as they installed and answered all my questions and even showed me videos proving the toughness of the windows during testing.

The workmanship was exceptional. Steve and Dave from WindoPro Windows and Doors were courteous and clean. We had all of our windows and both outside doors replaced. The quality of the product was well worth the cost. The windows and doors are airtight and provide a sound barrier between us and the outdoors. We bought the doors with full glass panel and built in blinds.

Excellent. This was by far a great process from beginning to end. Steve took a great deal of time on his first visit to explain all the options and give advice about products and installation. A couple of weeks later I was questioning my own decision about the type of installation. Steve came back out and answered all my questions and concerns again, re-measured, and we made a decision to go ahead with our original plan. Although this was a delay and an inconvenience to him, he never was anything but professional, thoughtful, and cooperative. Due to typical Florida weather, he and Dave parsed out the installation over two days which was not a problem for me. They both made every effort to pay attention to detail and workmanship which resulted in a high quality finished product. Both doorways are beautiful, done right, and with high quality materials that will withstand all types of Florida weather -- sun, wind, rain, and hurricanes. I am extremely pleased that I ended up choosing WindPro to do this work. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Steve came by my house to measure my windows and give me a quote. He was very professional and courteous. The quote was not out of line, but unfortunately it was not within my budget (I did not realize how expensive hurricane windows are). However, I would definitely call WindPro again for any other window or door needs I might have.

We recently purchased our home in Dunedin and wanted to replace the old windows and doors with impact windows and doors. After meeting with Steve we knew Windpro was the right fit for us. We are replacing all the windows and a French door set with impact resistant windows. We contacted WindPro and setup an appointment for an estimate. Arrived promptly on time and did an initial walk through. We have a few unique windows, so he said he’d want his partner to come and take a look later in the day. They returned within a couple of hours and walked thru all the windows again, working out the technicalities of our unique windows. They seemed genuinely interested in our project and were very personable. They left saying they’d have a quote within a week or so. He called back the next day to ask a question about our stained glass window, which resulted in my texting him a picture of the window in question ... and that’s the last we heard from them. We waited over a week for some kind of response and when we didn’t get one, contracted with another company.

Steve & Dave did a fantastic job, very professional and fun experience. Don't bother looking anywhere else in the area for the best quality job done right. We know as we were present during the entire installation.

Excellent! Steve said it should take 1 day with some cleanup/final touches on the next day. They showed up on time, were very professional and completed all major work on day 1. Concrete repair needed to be done for the sliders due to rusted rebar. On day two after the inspection the remaining minor trim pieces were installed. Cleanup was perfect, nothing was left behind. There was a small manufacturing defect in one of the glass pains. Steve ordered and installed a new pain, no questions asked. I highly recommend WindPro and will use them again when I'm ready to replace the rest of my windows.

Perfectly. Steve Cliffel is the ultimate professional. He skills are top notch and so are his business practices. He demands excellence from himself and his workers. And besides that, he is very likable man. Always communicative, punctual, and honest. The doors (and in the past the windows) he has sold us are the top of the line. We are more than pleased with the quality of the products he installs. We will never hire anyone else to do doors and windows in our home.
