Description of Work: Excellent and thorough AC Tuneup. Explained what he was doing as he completed each step of the tune-up. Pleasant, professional and honest. Changed filter and added freon too. Would highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I knew what the problem was. Other vendors wanted me to pay to diagnose issue. Shades brought the part that I told him was needed and made the repair in less than 20 minutes. A+ for fairness and honest business practices.

Description of Work: This is in progress. He arrived and reviewed my AC/Heating system. There was no effort to sell me anything, which I thought was great. He's going to return and install a new smart thermostat and vents once the order comes in.

Description of Work: Art recharged my a/c system a year ago on July 2, 2014, so when it wasn't working this past summer (July 2015) I gave him a call. He came same day and determined that my Freon levels were OK but that the incoming water temperature form our building's cooling tower was too warm for my heat pump to work. He did not charge me for the call, so when I return to my condo this winter I will call him to come back and check it out again. Art is a super technician and comes when you need him, like when you have no a/d. He's a good guy to have on your team. My condo association has since corrected the problem with the cooling tower and my a/c has been performing OK.

Description of Work: During the hottest month of the year, on the most unbearably hot day of the month (full sun all day), Art O'Sullivan and his helper Kevin installed a new central air conditioner and air handler (the latter in my 140-degree attic). They arrived on time and would not leave until every aspect of the installation was perfect--9:15am - 4pm. Amazing. They cleared out the old equipment, fixed a drain that I had never noticed, etc., etc. They deserve the highest Angie's List rating available!!!

Description of Work: Replaced entire system, condenser, heat pump. Prompt and efficient. Wasn't lowest bid but reasonable and the whole thing looks much better. Haven't tried the system yet as it was done today.

Description of Work: They recharged my condo a/c unit. It was not cooling very much and of course it's hot and it's his busy season. He was very responsive in setting me up for a call real quick. I was the next to the last call after 6 PM. He did not take the time to check for the source of the leak, which was understandable as he's so busy now. Hopefully we will make it into the cooler season so that the leak can be identified and fixed.
