Sure glad we did. Installation, stucco repair, everything went very smoothly. Very professional crew. Great warranty too. It was a flawless and professional process beginning with the Design Consultant, Dave Cousineau, and ending with the installer, Matthew Ridgeway. When we visited their showroom, Dave was able to complete a design based on the measurements provided so when I left that day I had much more information than I expected on the initial consultation. It was also very helpful that Ambry has a showroom and factory right here in Largo and we were able to see all their products. Best of all , there was no-pressure to buy on the spot. We had an installation date within 2 weeks of the consultation. Matthew Ridgeway completed the installation in about 3 hours. He was ultra-polite, very professional and his work was stellar. We could not have had a more positive experience from beginning to end and the closet is more beautiful than I expected."

"We had an unfortunate accident when a car drove into my garage door, through the garage wall and then into the laundry room wall which did significant damage to my home. After the accident we started contacting contractors in the area and we got all kinds of different responses such as , they won't even consider to giving an estimate if insurance companies are involved and if I ask for an estimate I need to sign a guarantee that I will go with the company for the project or they are entitle to charge me a fee just for the estimate. Once I talked to AAA Services Jim put me an ease that they could handle the work and provide an estimate with no strings. The estimate they provided came very close to the estimate from the insurance company so we decided to go with them. The work took about a month and they explained day by day who was coming out, what work was being done and how long it would take which was very much appreciated. After the work was completed the garage, laundry room and Den counter top has never looked better. Thanks to Jim, Allie, Joe and everyone at AAA Services and their sub contractors for getting our home back in working order with minimal disruptions. Scope of work. - Replaced the garage door. - Removed all the debris from the accident. - Rebuilt the wall frames, added new dry wall, textured and painted. - Rebuilt cabinets. - Replaced crack granite counter top. - Replaced the flooring."

"10 word minimum. We recently did a complete remodel of our 3000 sq ft home and South Shore Construction did a fantastic job! This remodel involved blowing out walls,, creating an arch entrance, and moving the kitchen foot print as well as painting, flooring, electrical etc. Kevin our GC was very detailed and communicated well with us throughout the entire process! When a few hiccups happened along the way Kevin was quick to fix and resolve the issue. All the work was done at a very professional level. Go ahead and call South Shore! You won’t be disappointed!"

"Signed contract 11/12. Permitting request made; permit issued 1/30/2025. Drywall/insulation work begun almost immediately. Spoke on phone with GC just over 2 weeks ago to review time frame for rest of work. GC stated he planned to meet with me and walk through the following week. Stated painting would begin the following week (this would be the week of 2/10). Neither event happened. Also asked about floor tiling job, as I had outside company doing the job & wanted to let that person know when he could plan on the job starting. GC stated 2 weeks out; that would have been this past week. This didn't happen either. I texted GC 2/18 to ask if we could meet at house the next day. No reply. Called cell # 2/19 requesting call back to discuss lack of recent progress. Emailed 2/21 with same request, reminding him that I'm renting a place & am unable to stay indefinitely. Again asking about time frame on project. On 2/22, texted again, asking that he please call me. Each time I've attempted contact, I've asked him to please call me to discuss project & time line. He has not responded to me at all. This is the reason for my complaint. As of now, I feel left in the dark about whatever is happening or not. He is not communicating to me. I feel like he is avoiding contact. At present, I have no idea what his plans are schedule-wise for the project. It feels like my house project is in limbo right now. For more than a week, nothing has been done inside the house, with no explanation as to why. I think the GC has possibly over-extended himself, due to the magnitude of people needing assistance post-hurricanes and therefore may not have much spare time. But he needs to make sure his customers are being taken care of and communicated with."
