Description of Work: While I ended up not using Richard for pressure washing, I liked his professionalism and personality enough to ask him to removed the gutters from our house prior to it being painted. He was able to complete the job at a good price and prepped all of the wood for painting. I would definitely use him for pressure washing in the future.

Description of Work: King's pressure washing showed up on time, did a good job on the pressure washing of the house and carport area, with one exception. One of the staffers did not pay attention to where he placed his feet, trampled the garden plants, and when I mentioned it, the owner said, "Oh, they'll be fine." That's not the answer I expect when someone damages something on the property. The answer I'd like to have would be along the lines of this: "Let me make it right for you." If we were to hire them again, I'd like the assurance that if they damage something, they'll be sure to fix it. A few of the plants never were "fine" again. It's the kind of thing that tarnishes the otherwise professional job.

Description of Work: This was a replacement deal for another company that didn't perform. King's was very professional and responsive. Arrived when promised. Did a thorough job. Cleaning roof debris was extra because it wasn't included in their Angie's List deal and cost extra, but was reasonable.
