King's Pressure Washing

He and his handyman assistant arrived when he said they would, and I was pleased with the result--the work done was of good quality.

I have hired Richard twice now. The first time Richard came out it was to do pressure washing around the house. I wish I had taken a before and after picture because the difference was absolutely amazing. Richard took the time to get the work just right. Areas that I thought would not get cleaned ended up looking wonderful. He did such great work that my neighbors asked if he could do their driveway because the difference was so visible. On top of the quality work, he noticed that the side of the house had a small crack in it. Richard immediately alerted us and gave us suggestions as to who we could talk to to check it out. We asked him to repair the crack, but he was honest enough to let us know that there was a good chance that there might be some more serious issues than just the crack. He wanted us to have it checked out so we wouldn't have to pay for continual repairs. It's not often that you get that quality of service! The second job I had him come out for was a deck repair. He did an excellent job on the deck. He saved me money by inspecting each and every board keeping those that were able to be used again. (What a huge savings!) Parts of the deck was rotting and he left the area open to show me the work that needed to be done before doing it. He gave me several options for repair and I was able to chose what worked best for me. I truly have not had repair work done by someone who genuinely cares so much about his customers. Richard is very busy. He gives you a time frame and sticks to it. I had no problems with him returning my calls and answering my many questions. I would absolutely use him again for work around my house.

They did a good job. The man did a good job, and we were happy with it, very happy with it. It was $159, then I paid an additional $15 because he was doing the screening and the cement on the porch and around the pool, the pool deck. The framing of the structure, that get's dirty to and for $15 he cleaned that off. They were a little late and then he called ahead of time to say he was running late which was fine by us.

I called for an estimate and Richard said he could come Monday or Tuesday and probably schedule for a week later. I waited till the next week and called again, then the excuses started 'Oh I was just about to call you' right, I'I decided to take a vacation' so we agreed he would come when he got back -- two weeks later , never heard a peep. It could be worse , I could have agreed to have work done and be sitting here wondering if he is ever coming back -- Stay Away !!!

Went great. Richard has done many similar to mine and knew exactly how to verify all was clear. Would definitely use him again for this and other type jobs.

Followed up call with text message confirming address, followed up with further text the following day. Never heard back from them. It's now April 4. Not the first time we've gotten sub-par service from contractors ranked A in this site. Might be the final straw for us. The rankings don't appear to provide any guarantee of level of service.

They were good. They were comprehensive in that they made a list of things they saw that might need fixing.

Perfect! I loved them. I will use them again, as a matter of fact. They did an excellent job on the gutters. Nobody has done a better job. Price was good, price was reasonable. All As. Would I recommend them to other people? Yes, I would.

Richard came in and tackled the driveway with a number of techniques. He was very honest and upfront through the whole process and genuinely cared that we were happy with the end product. The driveway now looks significantly better and much more presentable for public view.

very well... there was not much of anythingn in gutters

This was my first time using King's, my prior gutter cleaning service person retired. I read the reviews on Angie's List and decided to try Richard's company. I was very impressed with his professionalism and honesty. I had replaced my tile roof a little over a year ago, and did not want anyone up on the roof. He was very accommodating while discussing everything over the phone. He was going to come over and give me a quote, explaining that if we agreed on the price, he could do the work that day. He used a ladder to go around the house and check all the gutters. Only one section, above the pool screen had debris in it. I paid the minimum charge of $98.50, which was worth it to me, considering he could have said they were all full and charged a lot more. I wouldn't have known any better, since I can't get up on the ladder myself. He was able to clean it out using a ladder, so he didn't go on the roof. He also used his blower to clean up a lot of leaves on my screen, which was great. I will use him every year and plan to also use him for power washing my sidewalks and driveway after the rainy season is over. Highly recommend Richard!

This was a big deal purchase. He did not clean the gutters very well. Immediately afterward my husband went out there and cleaned out a whole bucketful of stuff out of, I believe, of the back gutters. Other than that, everything seemed okay. I don't think we would try them again because of that. That is the second time that has happened to us. It is like they don't want to take the time to clean the gutters. The two gentlemen who did it were very nice and very personable. There weren't any problems there. First of all it was a bigger roof than they anticipated. Well, that's not my fault. They could have come and check it out any time they wanted to. So they had to charge us more money, which we paid. I guess they just got in a hurry is the only thing I can figure. My advice to others is to make sure they check things before they leave. The price we had before was a bit cheaper but my husband wasn't upset that we paid more because they did a really wonderful job on the roof. They collected all the leaves up there and bagged them. Others we have had have just blown them off the roof and raked them up. These guys bagged them up there so that was good. Their work on the roof, as far as we could tell, was very good. I think they set the date up and then my husband had to call and remind them but that was not a big problem. Their punctuality was very good. Their professionalism was very good. My husband seemed to think the price was alright.

The job was completed without issue and will have the company install additional gutter. Great service!

It was okay. I can't say it was the best and I can't say it was the worst. They sort of did the job and that was it. They charged me $50 more.

Purchased through Angie's List. On time, professional service. Gutters and drains were very full of debris - King.s did a great job of removing blockages and made necessary repairs.

Richard and his helper came out to pressure wash the siding and overhang of our home. We were due to have a painting contractor paint the exterior and his contracted pressure washing person did an extremely poor job. We called Richard at the last moment and he came out quickly and did an outstanding job. We would certainly recommend his pressure washing service to anyone!

Richard is great to work with. He and his coworker did a thorough job cleaning the gutters and ensuring the downspouts were clear. The blew the pollen and debris off the roof. I was so pleased with the work and professionalism I had him look at some other "handyman" work I need to have done. Looking forward to working with him in the future for my smaller home repair needs!

They did a great job. Everything that was pressure washed looked 10 times cleaner than when we did it ourselves last year. We will definitely call them again.
