Cleared off all the grime from the exterior of the home.

We were impressed with the professionalism displayed by the team. Upon their timely arrival, they went straight to work and completed the job quickly and efficiently. All debris (and there was a lot) was removed leaving the property in very good condition. We will be calling King's Pressure Washing for future assistance with tasks as they arise.

I called for an estimate. I was told I would get a call back but I did not. I called a second time. I received an estimate and agreed to have the work done. The work was done when promised and done well.

I originally contacted Richard to clean my gutters after my Big Deal fell through with another vendor.He said he could do it, but it might take a couple weeks. During that time he did contact me to let me know when he would be able to do it. He called me Sat morning & said he could do it that day and I agreed. Upon arrival he went on the roof & checked for debris. One of the drains was completely clogged & I was quoted a charge for that which I accepted.When he finished he found that he did not get confirmation from Angies List to do the work. We got on the phone to Angies list & spoke with Victoria, who took care of things on her end & we were good to go. Richard was easy to work with & I would call him again.l

Richard promptly returned all of my phone calls. He asked me specific questions about my project such as square footage of my home, number of stories, etc. He then gave me a verbal bid and asked me for my address so he could look up my home on Google Earth. He told me the approximate date he could come to my house and confirmed the appointment the day before the visit. He showed up on time, completed the job beautifully and came within 35 dollars (about 10%) of his original bid. He did extra work by cleaning some mold off the side of my house. The eves are cleared out, the soffits are clean and the outside of my home looks great. I would use Kings Pressure Washing again and I would recommend it to my friends. Great experience.

I utilized Kings Pressure washing services through purchasing a deal that they offered for a full service residential pressure washing. After purchasing, Kings contacted me within 48 hours and we arranged for a date the following week. I should note that Kings informed me that the deal was supposed to require an additional fee for two story residences, but since Angie's List had not added this to the deal they happily offered to waive the fee for me. Kings arrived when promised (two workers, I believe one is the owner) and the two of them were very friendly and professional. They worked for almost 3 hours on my house and even took the time to point out some areas of wood rot that they noticed while performing the pressure wash, which I appreciated. They also cleaned pine needles off of my roof even though the deal did not include roof cleaning. The house looked great when they were done. Overall I was very pleased with this company and would definitely use them again!

I am very happy with the service provided by Richard and Matt. As some others have pointed out, Richard is very busy and can be a little difficult to contact. But once we get a date/time scheduled, everything was great. They arrived, surveyed the situation to give me a price, worked very hard, did an excellent and thorough job, and were very friendly. All in all, the work was very good, and the price was very fair. I would definitely call Richard again in the future.

Main problem is lack of punctuality and indeed showing up at all. Pleasant in person, but unreliable finally. When asked to send written estimate for pressure washing of patio -- I had not asked for any written estimate from him previously--he did not, and he never called back. He has potential because he seems to have a genuine interest in the customer, but only if he can address these faults, and better organize -- and stick to--a schedule.

Very well. I actually called for a second cleaning in March. They did a wonderful job!

Contacted the owner 2 weeks ago about power washing my 2-story house, and pavered areas. We arranged a time to meet at the site. He arrived on time, and we inspected the property, and discussed the work to be performed. He gave me a price to do just the power washing the house, and separate costs for other work. I told him I wanted the power washing done, and I would think about the other work. he said he would call me the following week to schedule a time to do the work. The next week came and went, and I did not hearing from him. Waited until 9:25 am., Tuesday morning of the following week, and sent him a text saying it was my understanding he was supposed to have called me last week to schedule the work. Was he still interested in the job. 36 hours later, at 9:16 pm. the following night, he sends me a text saying "Yes I am." I replied back, when can he do the work. He didn't respond. 16 hours later, having not heard from him, I told him I could not handle his unresponsiveness, and I would find someone else to do the work. How this guy has an A rating on Angie's list, I don't know. I am new to Angie's list, and I am beginning to wonder about how service providers are rated. What I do know is I will never call him again.

I highly recommend this company!! Richard and crew thoroughly cleaned my gutters and removed pine straw from the roof. They showed up on time, explained what they were going to do and went right to work. They were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. A pleasure to do business with. I will be using them again and again.

The owner of this company Richard did an excellent job. For the last 2-3 years I have had my porch tile and pool enclosure pressure washed from a company that I thought did a good job well for same price Richard did an excellent job. He goes above and beyond and does a very thorough job. His customer service is excellent and he aims to please. He also has great tips for keeping the area clean. We will definitely be using this excellent company again!

It went as expected - they were on time, and the entire job was done in just over an hour. Very professional company and would use them again.

I contacted Richard to get a better understanding of what his services include for cleaning out my gutters. The deal was $98 for 120 linear feet of gutter. My gutters in the back were very backed up due to a large oak tree shedding it's leaves this time of year. He explained that they bag the leaves, but do not haul away. Many vendors leave the leaves on the ground and don't clean up. The bagging of leaves was important to me so I hired him. He called later in the evening the day before the job to make sure the schedule was fine. He showed up, did the job well, and bagged the leaves. The leaves were backed up as to fill up one of the valleys going up the roof, he cleaned that too with an extra charge of $20 which I felt was more than fair. I would recommend using his services.

I bought the $98 special but because we've neglected our gutters for so long there was extra work and cost involved. Richard and his helper had to remove the gutters from the house to get all of the impacted dirt out of them. He also replaced some screws that were too long and caused a clog in our back gutter. I thought the price was more than fair. I would call him again.

Came 2 days after I called; did the job the same day after I approved the quote. Did the gutters from the roof, which was very high. Did a great job. Cleaned up afterwards. Inspected by roof while he was at it and cut a few fronds intruding into the gutters. Overall, excellent and would use again.

They are always on time, courteous and do excellent work.

I purchased the $98.00 Deal. For several reasons the job turned out to be more difficult then expected. Richard worked hard to fix the problems and did a great job. Because I already paid the 98.00. I should have been charged only $139.00. My wife wrote the check for the full amount $237.00. When Richard realized we overpaid he called us right away. His honesty was appreciated. We have used him again.

I am definitely calling them again. The price ended up being more than the Angie's List deal, but it was totally worth it. Honest contractors, punctual, and very professional. They even alerted me to a minor repair needed on one of the vents on my roof.

Richard promptly contacted me after I purchased the angie's list deal and he was very accommodating with scheduling. My gutters were completely cleared out, including several "trouble" areas of compacted material. They did a great job! I definitely plan to use them again for future needs.

They cleaned the facia. Then did a lot of scraping and primed and painted. Looks great!

Did an excellent job. Was very careful not to get too much gunk in the pool, cleaned up beautifully. I am now considering them for another job.

When he came out he found the errors that the other company made and corrected them in a timely, professional manner. The price includes the cost of the correction. Highly recommended!

Richard has pressure cleaned our property for 3 years now. He is very knowledgable and he and his employee do a really nice job. Everything always looks beautiful and clean afterwards. Richard is a very nice person and is also a handyman. He repaired quite a few slats that were coming lose from the wood fence along the back of the property.
