Description of Work: Installed 2 Water Conditioners. I feel this company is trustworthy.

Description of Work: We have a Culligan which is not the softener sold by this company. The technician was polite, professional and provided useful information; however, we were more interested in working with the softener that we have than purchasing a new one. The service call was reasonable with the coupon. We selected this company because Culligan is listed on their site as one they service, but in hindsite, I would go directly to the Culligan representative. We have now done that and are in the process of working with the one that we have rather than purchasing a new one. I might call this company in the future if we want to install their water softener but not for repairs on our Culligan.

Description of Work: I was having trouble with the smell of our water and wanted to get some information. I called Florida Water after finding them on Angie's List. They came out the same day, which was a blessing because I was off that day. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable about his industry. The information he gave me confirmed my thoughts on what was happening with our system. He gave me several good options to fix my problem. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable in an industry not known for that. If you ever need someone that knows his stuff it is Matt.

Description of Work: The water treatment system was completely "frozen" with debris. Another plumber, one of those contract companies, said it wasn't his problem, it was the City of Weston. The City of Weston laughed and said to get another plumber - so we did. This guy was fan-fan-fan-tastic. He did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would, and not a dime or a minute more.

Description of Work: I just bought a new house and I realized that I have a conditioner outside of my house. I then recieved a letter from them telling me that it needed to be serviced. They have been very friendly and I dont feel like they are in it to sell me more than what I really need. They are very nice and punctual!

Description of Work: We have the best water. They gave us almost a lifetime supply of soap. They were great. We have never been so happy with our water. Even the person who made the appointment was one of the nicest people that we have ever talked to.
