Called FWT for an estimate on a water softener/conditioner and they were quick to send Chris out to provide a reasonable estimate. He answered all my questions and made a recommendation on size and type of unit. The next week Jason and Jacob showed up on-time for the installation. They did an outstanding job of placement of the unit and routing of plumbing and electrical lines. Very professional! I would highly recommend FWT. Our water is now perfect! After living on the beach for the last 1.5 years with hard water, I wish I would have made this investment sooner.

We had Florida Water treatment come and add a chlorine injection system to deal with extremely strong sulfur odor in our well water (originally treated with aerator tank). Our water was getting breakthrough smells of sulfur and bacteria. After chlorinator was installed with carbon filter, the water is extremely clean and zero sulfur OR chlorine odor. We also had a Reverse Osmosis installed in the kitchen sink. Matt the owner is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions regarding options, different treatments, etc. I was really impressed by their customer service. Chris, the installer, was amazing and everything was done extremely neat and the new equipment looks great. I am extremely happy with how everything came out. I will be a returning customer.

It went super smooth. From start to finish, the whole process was made super easy by Matthew Zarra and his team. Definitely recommend this company and their system. You will see the difference from day one.

I was extremely impressed with Florida Water Treatment. We made an appointment for a Wednesday and they called us in the morning to tell us they'd be here between 1:30 and 3:30 pm. Guess what happened next? They called us back later in the morning to tell us they'd be EARLY.....How often does that happen?!? When they arrived, they got right to work. Within a couple of hours, they had the whole system installed. Jason, the main person we met with during the install, was unbelievable courteous and professional. He walked me through everything that they had done and showed me how to maintain the system. From the day Matt came by to do the estimate, till the moment Jason and Chris left our property, these guys were great. I would not hesitate to use them again. Another great plus is that Florida Water Treatment not only installs the equipment, but they are the manufacturers as well, so you know when you get the manufacturer's warranty exactly who you'll be dealing with. They were able to explain the entire system, how everything works and all my best options in layman's terms. Great communication with the office as well. The system is running beautifully and water is amazing. This is a solid company with integrity and attention to quality. Highly recommend them.

It went very smoothly. Jeff, the owner, handled our order. He showed on time and had the new system installed and working within a couple of hours. He was a pleasure to do business with.

Although the installation seemed fine, it was the one year mark when we had new filters installed. The taste of the water wasn't great, but only got worse with the new filters. Being new to Florida I presumed this was just how the local water tasted, but I felt the filtration would protect my family. We learned that the system had been installed incorrectly and the waste line was crimped by the technician, preventing the waste water from clearing out of the system. The company handled the situation by denying that it happened despite photographic evidence. They simple defended themselves and said it wasn't possible. The technician they sent was crude and seemed poorly trained. I don't know what to say other than AVOID THIS COMPANY! We have since learned that although they claim to manufacture their own systems, this amounts to cobbling together generic parts. No thank you. We have since installed a Culligan system and it works the way it should. Our water tastes great and I know it's clean!

The response time and the installation was quick. FWT was on time and very professional. We also decided to add a reverse osmosis system to remove any other chemicals and salts. I would recommend FWT to all my friends and family members.

We received a quick response as soon as we contacted Florida Water Treatment. Matt came out the next day to assess our needs. No high pressure sales! System was installed a couple days later. What a difference in the quality of our water!

They are very good at what they do and I would rate them excellent. Everyone was very professional and I even got a coupon to use as well. I would highly recommend them.

From the first phone call for an estimate to the completion of the install I was treated with upmost professional service from everyone I came in contact with Florida Water Treatment's staff. They quickly assessed my problem and scheduled my install within a few days. The work was done quickly and the area was left spotless. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work, the water and the price. The estimates I got from others could not even compare. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has been dealing with poor water quality.

Referred by Carr Plumbing when it seemed we were going to go with another plumbing company that was quoting something a lot higher for a water softener (but had the 'Tankless' water HEATER we'd hoped to install). Their sales professional was immediately out to bid / inform/ encourage and gave a very reasonable quote for installation of what was probably a superior system to that which we eventually were able to have Carr install (a 'Fleck' system). We went w/ Carr on the softener because it was only fair after their having referred FWT in the first place as well as two wonderful electric companies. Nice when companies have mutual respect for their fellow service providers! When we eventually need the water softener replaced we'll consult FWT. Appx. cost is 'ballpark' as i don't have either FWT or Carr's (slightly lower) bids available.

We've started a claim with BBB.org due to them damaging our brand new water heater to the point where the rod cannot be removed. Their answer to BBB: It was like that when they went back the second time with the right tools to try to remove. They were the ones that failed to remove in the first place. I am not even sure they are licensed plumbers to perform such work. This is unacceptable from a good reputable company. Please see what they did to our water heater. The receptionist was rude from the beggining and very defensive. Maybe because she was waiting for us to call about our damaged watee heater, which by the way, I am still researching to see if at the time of the job performed they were licensed plumbers to work on our watee heater. Then after we sent a non functioning chroline filter from our well water treatment (another fiasco) that we paid to ship back. She said that was damaged (it was exactly as they installed). Because I was unhappy with her errounes answer of “you should just googled” for her again erroneous assumption. I left a negative review on Google she then sent the check for the chlorine with a sarcastic Thank you for your thoughtful review. I am not even sure the owner knows how rude she is with his customers. They are still blaming old pipes for what they believe makes our water smell. Which again we don’t have any smell thanks to true professionals. We just happened to get our house inspected and the plumber show us pictures of what it was done to our water heater. Why so defensive? Because they know they were wrong.

FWT showed up on time for the estimate and actual installation. The new unit is doing a great job in softening and filtering the water coming into our house.

Steve came out and discussed a new system with me. No pressure, no hype, quoted a reasonable price and set up an appointment for a few days later. Two guys came and removed my old system, put in the new one and were done very quickly. I could tell they knew what they were doing! They took time to review everything with me and made sure I understood how the system worked. High praise for this company!
